I told them what I wanted based on my daughters recommendation. Her being a Paul Mitchell School graduate. They kept debating about it until I agreed to their suggestions. Now I have an $80 hairstyle I dont like. Stylist claimed 20 years experience, yeah 20 years of doing it wrong is experience I guess.

Walk-ins are welcome but they cant tell you how long the wait is going to be and then if you blink shell say the longer you stand here the longer its going to be. . . OK, lady. Bye.

Poor service, I went there and they told me 2 ahead of me, and I told them if I can go next door real quick and they said that’s fine. Do I went next door, how did 2 become 5 ahead of me. Why did the worker said it’s ok to do but then added 3 more customers in front of me. Poor service.

Stylists are all very skilled, and very professional. Cant beat the prices either! I recently had my waist length hair cut down to a very short pixie, and I just love the work they do, and the friendly conversation to boot. Will definitely be sticking with them to keep my hair nice and short!

Had an appointment for my grandson at 11am with Carol. Arrived on time she was working on another person and told me it would be a few min.30 min later we are still sitting there. She didNot not even communicate with me to let me know how much longer or anything. So I walked out horrible service will not be going back.

Had a great visit. Not a long wait, and the stylist paid attention to what I asked for. Everything seemed clean and in place. I never get haircuts or styles so Im not sure what prices are elsewhere, but it seemed a little much once I needed to get my hair blowdried. But nonetheless, great service

Absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!! I came here to add highlights to my virgin hair while keeping my base color . My hair was healthy it had never been colored before. I’d spoken to the “stylist” Carmen and sent her pictures of what I wanted. I asked if this was something she could do on my hair, she said yes. Still, I kept in mind that because I wanted a lighter color and only highlights it would possibly take a few visits. She never mentioned this herself.She has cut my hair in the past. And I had family who’d went to her also. She RUINED my healthy curly hair. She was very irresponsible and neglectful. She admitted my hair had become very light ( which I wanted) but SHE thought it was too light and used a darker toner to make the highlighted parts darker.She caused my hair to turn an orange copper color. I was mortified. Then she offered to bleach a second time. At this point, feeling embarrassed and disappointed I went through with it to “fix” the color.Afterwards, aside for the damaged, the texture of my hair was completely destroyed. She didn’t offer a protective treatment, which I found out most salons do have about after the fact.My hair had streaks as light and as YELLOW as a highlighter. She did NOT offer to tone it and was ready to sent me away.Luckily there was another stylist there who was knowledgeable about toners and helped tone down the yellow brassy color a bit.Carmen ruined my hair and not once apologized. Even after admitting to adding the wrong toner. I would not have known this but my hair looked soo bad she admitted to using the wrong color. She does not know what she is doing.Poor customer service no empathy at all. I did not come to this salon seeking a cheaper price. I came because she’s cut my hair in the past and always praised how healthy and strong my hair was. I thought she was knowledgeable and capable. I was WRONG. I never asked for the price as I was willing to pay whatever amount as long as I got the results she so confidently promised.Please reconsider before coming to this place. We all expect honesty from a stylist who is coloring or cutting our hair. If a job cannot be done or they are not capable that stylist should be upfront and HONEST. She reaffirmed over and over she was capable of this task. My advise is go somewhere else. This place is no good.

I have a particular person that I like to go to to cut my hair at Fantastic Sams, but anyone you go in there are very skilled at their job. The place is always swept clean and the receptionist is friendly and if youre not sure of what type of haircut or Style you want they have books to look at to give you ideas of what type of haircut or hairstyle you can choose from be it short, medium or long. Fantastic Sam has a senior day on Wednesday where you get a very big discount for your haircut. Their location is on the corner of Moreno Beach Drive and Cactus Avenue in Moreno Valley.

Staff was really nice but The lady who cut my hair did a horrible job I told her I wanted my hair in a V and in medium layers..my hair isnt in the V shape never again will i come here

You can get a really good cut or style here for a relatively good price, but it all depends on who is working or available at the time you arrive. For this location, my suggestion is that you call ahead to find out when Selena is scheduled to work. My experience is that she is the only one at this location who knows what shes doing. This rating is based on my last visit four days ago. The woman who styled my hair did such a poor job that, before I could go meet my date, I first had to go home to wash and restyle my hair.

Greeted by friendly workers. Shampoo, haircut and blow dry. Loving my haircut, just how I wanted it to look. Pam did a wonderful job. Left business feeling like a million bucks. Husband like it too!

The cosmologists was nice, however she cut my hair too short. I wanted 1-2 inches on the back, and she cut it to less than an inch. The top is alright, but the sides are just not good. I picked a style out of the book, which was unique, and I got a generic mens haircut.

Great experience! Have been going for a long time. Usually its empty and I save a lot of time coming here instead of the places that charge way less. Pay a little extra but save time waiting.

Hairdresser really took the time to color my hair. Hair cut was awesome. Other places gave me a crooked cut..lol. First time going here will definitely come back.

I walked in and I was the only customer. The two ladies just continued their conversation as if they didnt need my business. Finally after ten minutes one decided to cut my hair. As if I had nothing else to do with my day. Customer attentiveness is definitely lacking.

This place sucks!!!! The few times I’ve been they don’t cut it to my expectations even after thoroughly explaining how I want my hair cut!!! I literally just walked in at 6:48 pm and was told sorry they’re closed when in fact they close at 7 pm. Two ladies were working on customers with nobody waiting at all!!!!! Fu*k this place

I just went and the lady who did it completely botched my hair Ive never felt so insecure about my hair ! I would NEVER recommend anyone go there. I cant believe they would hire someone like that.

My wife get her hair done here so I tried it out. I not happy with my hair cut the lady that cut my hair did not do a good job. You can see where she use the clippers and it is all uneven. I will never go there again.

ZELDA cut and RUINED my hair. Its totally uneven and so short I cant even have it fixed yet two days before a cruise I told her about! LADIES RUN!!!!

One of the hairstylist treated me horribly by me here waiting for 2 hours just to get a highlights and one of them made the excuse of the long process of the highlights and when they have enough time to do it but no that never happened as well as the racial discrimination from Mexicans and whites and I was the only Filipino there waiting and gave both my dad and I attitude with many amounts of excuses extremely unprofessional.

Overrated. Overpriced. But they are open late!
