Only one lady here that knew how to do nails and used sanitized equipment. She no longer works here. The one main lady is rude, does not clean her equipment she can not shape a nail unless you want a short and square extremely bad attitude. She marked her business as closed but its open. DO NOT WASTE ANY MONEY HERE!

Got my nails done yesterday, a mani with gel polish. The polish is glittery. The layers arent even or clean. There are spots where I can see my nail thru the polish. She did a horrible job on the most basic service...polishing my nails.

Sorry, Im not a hand model....lol. Mindy does a really good job doing my nails exactly how I like (very short and natural looking). Prices are reasonable, based on what you want and its well worth the $$!!! Ive been a customer for 4 years, I always make an appointment, and it usually takes about 45 mins for a full set manicure.

First time here such friendly staff there. Definitely coming back.

I have been going there off and on for 8 years (dont wear nails all the time). I get excellent service each time I go. I have recommended this place to friends and each time they have been very satisfied.

Went in for the first time on Saturday to get my nails done, the place wasn`t too busy but the Chinese lady still seemed to rush through my nails. I got my hands and feet done and they did an absolute HORRIBLE job. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to ANYONE. They were nice and all but do not trust them for your beauty needs. My nails are deformed and badly painted, and you can tell the real nail apart from the acrylic one. Its been two days, I just want to cry...

Fast service and I have had a couple of disappointing experiences with different nail techs but not enough for me to stop going. They rush to get you in and out which I like but they need to ensure they are doing a good job along the way. What I have noticed as a result of my last couple of visits is that they are up charging on the pedicures. Regular spa pedicures are $18 but they show you a menu with prices starting at $23 rather than $18. I do not like being taken advantage of and like to see all of my options when it comes to spending my money.

I tried this place for the first time today. My technician was Tina! I was so impressed by how thourough she was with the shaping of my nails. She really takes her time and does a great job! And she did my eyebrows perfectly! I will definitely be back!!!

I can give 5 star some workers but other not so good. The lady has a long nails and overweight. And the worker ask if she was 5 month without cut the nails and because she is big need to cut the nail. And the place is pricey $$$$

If I were to give them no stars at all I would. It was the worst experience, they over charge me for short ugly nails. The lady was so in a rush she made my nails very short after I told her to stop filing. I advise not to go unless you want to pay a ton for the worst quality nails. Maybe i just got the worst people there, but my sister also hated her nails

The staff is friendly and work hard to make sure you are happy with your services efore you leave. Appointments are a good idea but they do welcome walk ins as well.

Long rant, prepare yourself.Ive been coming here for 4 years now & Ive slowly watched this place decline. The only person here even capable of doing nails is Mindy, but shes always booked. Theyve messed up my nails so badly that I went back to get them fixed. This isnt the first time this has happened either. It was 3 days & they were falling off, shaped wonky, crooked & all different lengths. I called ahead to make sure that Mindy would be able to squeeze me in to fix them & she said she could. So, I head over & of course Mindy is busy, she tells me to wait, which I do for about 30 mins, for her to eventually turn around & tell the SAME WOMAN who already botched my damn nails to do it again. So, I ask how much to just get a whole new set since every nail is messed up. The last time this happened, she gave me a discount of $25 for a new set to fix what THEY had messed up. I thought it was ridiculous even that time to have to pay for them to fix their mistake but $25 for a new set isnt a bad deal so I went with it. This time she wants $45. Knowing Ive gone there for 4 years through all the trials & tribulations that has become this hit-or-miss of a salon, knowing I was only there to fix something they caused & not me, evening knowing that I was just there 3 days prior & this wasnt even the first time they had royally messed up my nails, you think Mindy would have helped a sista out. But nah, she just cared about the money. She had no care about the quality of the salon she manages. So, I said no thanks, I can spend that money at the mall & they wont mess up my nails & I peaced the eff out of there & this time I wont be back.Bottom line - this place is no longer about quality, Mindy is the only one who should even be charging people for her craft, even the eyebrows they do are horrible now. I came out of there looking surprised because they took so much of my damn eyebrow off even after I said I like to keep them a little thick (thats what he said lol).Im sorry I was such a good tipper for so long! Eff this place.Also! Ive seen them damn near bring a woman to tears by continuing to yell the price at her over & over just because she didnt understand how it went up so much. Ive seen this happen 3 separate times, too. Theyre rude as hell now to top it all off.

I came here to get my nails done for before a baby shower I asked how much for a Mani/pedi which I was told cost $27, what a deal right? WRONG. That is the rate for a pedicure only. I waited and waited for someone to do my nails after my pedicure had finished only to be forgotten about while sweating in the hot building and to top if off I was to be mocked by a manicurist. If you like sweating and rude service this is the place.

Went in and got pedi/mani and eyelash extensions. Worst eyelash extensions ever first day and some fell off already. Definitely never going back!

Worst place for eyelash extensions and gel manicure. Tina glued the eyelash extensions directly on my natural lashes and put way too much glue. Messy job the glue got on my bottom lashes as well. Barely have a week with gel manicure and it’s been chipping off.
