Great experience for my first time. They always keep you informed of whats going on. Just yesterday went to Jiffy lube and waited in their office for 10 mins and no help @ all. They saw me and continued with their job. So going to Valvoline right away drove in, stayed in my truck. They asked what service was needed and was done in 25 min. The only thing they didnt have was an air and fuel filter but just came in for oil change but if I couldve done everything it would of been great.

I get my oil changes here all the time. I have no complaints. Its always done in 15 min or less, the customer service is exceptional and they never pressure me to get services I didnt come in for.

It is always a good experience having my car serviced there. The staff is very friendly and informative. They do very well on all of the check points as well as servicing my vehicles. I will recommend and use them again.

I gave them a two because one of their employees didnt even know how to take off my air filter cover plus she didnt reset my mileage in time after she messed it up.

Wonderful service. I went in for an oil Change. It would have cost me 149 for a volvo, but after checking my oil, they informed me that my oil was clean and full. Most places would have used the opportunity to collect revenue. They didnt. Wonderful service and great attitude. Excellence on purpose.

Went for a regular oil change they checked the air filter and everything was alright until my car shut down one day. took it to a dealership and they told me the person who took the air filter out last didnt put it back correctly and now I have to pay extra money because of this unprofessional place with some of the least experience people that seem very unqualified to do simple services like oil change battery change and air filter change. Go elsewhere sure they save you time but youll pay more in the long run going here. I was a customer with 2 vehicles coming here not anymore you lost my business. Spend more time actually working on the car and making sure its done correctly instead of trying to sell people the same things every visit

I was in and out with a fresh oil change for my truck. The only thing preventing me from giving them a perfect score may be an integrity issue, or even worse, they lied. My truck is equipped with air pressure sensors in each tire. The air pressure in my tires is, and always has been, a little high per factory suggestions. Like, not even close to 35psi which is the suggested level. The computer at the location stated 35 psi, my receipt stated the tires were checked and listed as OK for 35 psi, but the air pressure sensors show the tire pressure is still well into the 40s. Its not even close if Im being honest. None of the workers said anything about my tire pressure. So, as stated earlier, did they lie, or did they even check my tire pressure?

I called ahead of time, got a price and when i get there, after about 30 i was told they did not have my filter. Lost time could have gone to another location. I got there at 1810pm they close at 1700.

It went really fast and a good set price I didnt even have to get out my car everything was done while I sat in my car I will be going back there for another change

A very busy location but the staff is very professional and did try to get the oil change done quickly. They check all tires for pressure and filled the washer fluid. I will return for future oil changes.

In April 2020, I did get an oil change there. I appreciate the fluid check and tire pressure checks. Makes a difference in customer satisfaction on the positive. Friendly service.

My experience was great! The staff there are so nice and proffesional. I like the fact that Brandon answer all my questions and inform me on what my car needs and doesnt need at this moment. I knew he was been honest because I was able to look at the screen,while he was telling me all the information regarding my car. I will definitely would be coming back. They did a fantastic job today on 7/30/20. They didnt just reach into my car, they asked before opening the door. They all had masks from what i could tell they never removed them. They had 2 lanes in use and we used the 3rd and they still attended us quickly. All within 15 min. Thanks guys.

I got an oil change full synthetic and was in and out within 10 min. Wasnt busy, which is why the time was fast and paid about $92 with their website coupon, was $104. Overall great experience and I didnt mind paying that price for the speed they offered.

Service was great. Very fast. Only downside is they put the wrong filter on my vehicle. Took it to another shop and they were stunned at how tight my filter was. The filter used on my vehicle was much smaller. After taking the filter to napa they told me the filter was for off road vehicles, none matching my car. As convenient as it is I dont want to chance getting the wrong filter put on. Especially if I am paying $60.00

Full synthetic oil is overpriced. But the synthetic blend,works. Best way to get the oil change done. Techs check everything.

Never again will i take any of my cars here. My wife took her car last week to get oil change. Today i noticed oil drops on my driveway and the dam oil plug was loose. These guys need more training. I also had a missing brake fluid cap. I had to go to the dealership to buy a new cap. These guys need to Pay more attention to what theyre doing.

Went in to get an oil change and I spent over 140 $ because I was finissed into getting my air cabin filter replaced by some chick who charged me 60$ for basically doing nothing but sticking in a 20$ filter into a slot in my car -___- my coupon didnt work because I was getting synthetic blend oil change so it costed me 70+$, its basically a drive thru oil change place everything else abou the place is legit, I just didnt like how that girl didnt discuss the price before doing the filter change

The man that guided me in was rude. I have my 2 immune compromised kids with me. The customer in the next car didnt have a face covering on. He had me pull up along side him, never asking him to cover his face to even receive their services. I was very uncomfortable with this. Then I sat there & waited for 30mins without any communication from them. I finally just asked a young man passing by, please guide me out, i refuse to wait anymore

I stopped in to get a new air filter for my car, and they were fast, courteous and efficient. Nate offered to check my tires, and recommended that the tires be inflated to the proper level. They included this service with my air filter purchase as well as topped off my lubrication levels.Great service. I have been there many times, and have not yet been disappointed.

I like Valvoline instant Oil change because you can actually see everything from what is being done to your car and the charges youre paying for.

They are fine if all you are doing is changing your oil other than that forget about having them replace ANYTHING on your vehicle. They pulled out my air cabin filter and ripped it. I do not know a lot about car maintenance and did not know the price to replace an air filter. I felt pressured to have them replace it then and there due to the damage they caused. They charged me $60 for something I later found to cost $8 on Amazon. I called the manager who could not have been less professional when talking to me. I know my loss of business makes no difference but I hope I can save someone some of their hard earned money and forget about using Valvoline.

I have been a customer here for the past 5 years, and in my last visit I was blown away with the best service ever. This was on Saturday July 11,2015. The promptness in taking my car in, the proper manners and courteous attention plus the knowledge display, added a lot of assurance that my car was been pampered. Would i keep coming back?, you bet I am. The only regret I have is not remembering the names of the staff at hand, but you know who you are and I give a loud shout out to all of you. You should be proud of the way you displayed the professionalism and vast knowledge on the job. And I hope they are paying you well, as its not everyday, customers get that type of dedication and respect. Kudos to all of you and to the management behind curtains for such an amazing staff. These people at Valvoline are awesome! Super efficient! Marcos is a pro! I loved the customer service and attention to detail. I had my Radiator Flushed, Transmission Serviced, Fuel Injectors Cleaned, and Oil Changed in about an hour for a good price. I watched people come in and have their oil changed in under 15 minutes and never had to get out of their car. You will not beat this type of work ethic and efficiency!
