Very disappointed! Paid over 5k to get two issues taken care. They could not fix the problems. I took the vehicle back in 3 more times but no good results. Take your vehicle there for an oil change maybe but not for any major repairs or you will waste a lot of money time. Very very disappointed . Will contact the corporations headquarters about it.

Cesar did a great job fixing a hanging cover under my truck. I went in there on a Saturday afternoon and was immediately greeted by the staff. I explained the issue and I was given a better than expected price for same day service. I left my truck and returned 2hr later. My truck was fixed and they Cesar added an additional service. I had taken my car to the dealership and they said I needed a lot of work done. He could have said yes they were right and taken the profit. But he was honest and only did what was needed. I had to take in my mom’s tire to get fixed. Upon walking in Eric welcomed me and asked what I needed help with. Told him I needed a nail taken out and patched. He said he’d take care of it. I asked how much, without hesitation he said no charge. When I picked up the tire he said that they take care of Military. This was a very nice gesture. Tldr: Eric + the crew @Tire Choice Auto Service are the best.When I first moved to Moreno Valley, I needed a simple oil change and smog check for my car. I went to this place down Perris street called :My Auto Care. I told them what I needed, my car was fairly new although I was a second-hand owner. 1st off they took 3 hrs to start the service my car. I got a call after they did a free diagnosis, they wanted to tell me all of the things that were wrong with my car that they could fix. To be real, I think they were trying to take advantage of the fact that I was a young female that didnt know much about cars and wanted to take all the money they could get out of me. The service I went in for would have summed at a bill of $120 give or take. But with the service they suggested I should have them do the bill would have been over $600. About a few months later, My car had a flat tire and obviously I needed to get it fixed but I wasnt going back to that place. I decided to go to Tire Choice Auto Service and Eric greeted me and after I told him the service I would need he came out to my car to look at my tires. He told me that my car was not very common, my tires were tiny so he would have to order a tire and so he did, it came back the next day. When it was time for me to change my oil again I went back to Eric because I trust him with my car. I have been back to Eric a few times, there is never a wait and he doesnt give me flack. Now I can walk in, and hell just ask me for the keys and hell take care of my car + call me when its done. His prices are very reasonable + I wouldnt go to anyone else with my car. Thanks Eric.

I took my vehicle here for new tires and to have my engine light checked. Being a female taking a car In is very intimidating. Eric was very courteous, helpful, honest, and quick. He did exactly what he said he would do and walked me through the process as well as made sure I understood what needed to be done. I came here from SF and was worried two of my tires were unable to get me back home. Thankfully an associate assured me one of them is good to go while the other one needs to be changed. He told me what he saw and why he thinks it should be changed which made me gain a little knowledge of tires. It definitely helped a girl out and I would definitely recommend going here. Eric is an amazing manager as well, hes very professional and helpful!

Very friendly guy and my car was ready exactly when he said it would be. Great place to take your car I had a nail in my SUV I wasnt sure how to go about getting it out I called them and they immediately helped me figure it out once I got there Billy had my tire fixed in less than 15 minutes without charge I was so blessed to have him help me. I went to Autozone to find out an issue on my car and for a new battery but the customer service was horrible and supposedly can not find a problem with my car. Plus they were short staff and couldnt put the battery in for me. And didnt even have the right tools. I went next door to Tire Choice desperately to help me so I can make it to work. And Will and Eric went out there way to install the battery and even find an issue with my car. I now know whats wrong and Im good to go. I came in with a screw in one of my cars rear tire. What impressed me immediately was their reaction to help a single lady with a tire problem...even by offering to not charge me for my first visit. Their policy is to not put any single woman in danger by sending her away without helping her just because they were close to closing time....what service!!! Id recomend going to Firestone off of allesandro in Moreno valley. The service here was extremely rude from the begining, the staff member who attended us was unwilling to listen and was extremely rude with his response to my husband. He seemed extremely irritated when he though he would have to actually work on the car ( I mean thats what this place is for right?). Anyways we took our vehicle to Firestone and were met with a waaaaaay better attitude and a fair and low price for the same thing the staff member here was so lazy to do.

My car had a problem with the power steering. I recieved a power steering flush but that didnt fix the issue. I expressed how I felt and received excellent customer service from Eric and the rest of the technicians towards resolving the problem. They figured out the issue, a bad alternator and replaced it. They even called the Chevy and Cadillac dealerships to see if my car had any recalls so that I wouldnt have any additional problems later on. I feel at ease, very thankful, and appreciate the help and honesty that I have received.

So Ive previously done my brakes here about a year ago and the service was great!I heard screeching noises from the brakes of my car and I called up Goodyear and talked with Kevin and he said to bring it in for a quick check up. He went above and beyond!We took my car for a ride around the block and he checked on my brakes, my wheel alignment, brake fluids, power steering wheel, oil etc. And everything was good, the only thing that needed a tune up was some air for my tires!Kevin quickly put me at ease because I have a long commute from LA to Moreno Valley so I have to be on top of my car especially! And I want to thank him for putting my mind at ease!Very honest and upfront about everything! And even reminded me to make sure for my next oil change to rotate my tires!P.S.
