Daniel was very helpful and greeted me as soon as I walked in making himself available. And listen to the issue I was having with my car. His mechanic was able to fix the issue within minutes for the best price around. And I will definitely be coming back again to this shop! 👍🏽

Went for an oil change and actually ended up getting more than expected but they helped me get the best options for my car so the service was great and helped me get the parts I needed and my car was ready to go.

Was on my way home from El Monte with some new tires and wanted nitrogen put in them instead of normal air. Called around and eventually called Tire Choice. Spoke to a employee named Jose on the phone who ended up being a management member. Said to bring it in, and hed help me out. The technicians were busy but Jose took care of me and made sure I left happy and satisfied with the customer service provided. Really helpful guy, and even swapped my old valve stem caps with ones that indicate nitrogen.

People friendly, time taken with a phone call explaining the detailed report as to what more was needed. HHR needed a lot more work then expected, they were super nice and professional, had brake service done, I will indeed make this my place in the future. Thank you so much!

The worst place ever too expensive, they try their best to get you in their plan once your their customers then they start making excuse and rejecting you. I bought brand new tires he explained it includes, tire rotation, flat tire repair and more after 2 weeks i had a tire leak, the new hired manager was telling me that i have to pay for leaked tire. I showed him the paperwork . I ask for Manager he said that i am the manager and i have been working here for a week

Key stuck in ignition after spending $1175 with these people.. Glad I have a garage to put my van in for the night, someone could just jump in and go..Still paying $1920 tire choice credit for work done on van but they missed hanging alternator, now cant get key out of ignition..

I needed a tire rotation asap called multiple shops and they were all booked. They told me i needed to wait about 2 hours just for a tire rotation! This company has taught me to always get a second opinion. I am frustrated at the moment. I put my trust in them and now I find myself about to be out of 1400 dollars. I came in and purchased some tires with an alignment in July, I forgot I had just did an alignment and took my jeep back on a separate day because it was vibrating bad august or beginning sept and got an another alignment in which the company did not tell me I just got one. When I looked at the papers they give I find myself having paid for 2 alignment within 2 or 3 month. When I asked the manager Jose he said you should get an alignment every 3 months anyway. I still trusted what he said. I then go back to ask him to check out my jeep because the vibration was getting worse. I describe that as I the speed climbs I feel vibration and whenever I brake it vibrate. He said I need shocks so I paid $700 for shock. I took it back and said it’s not fixed and now he tells me I need $700 for rotors. I don’t have another 700 dollars and I feel like now I never needed shocks to start with. I feel like I put my trust in the wrong company and now I am paying for it. I have no funds during this pandemic to pay for rotors at this time and the company did not even offer me any help after I feels it was they mistake to tell me shocks when I needed rotors. I don’t recommend if you are a female and don’t know about cars

I DO NOT RECCOMMENDED**!!Very dishonest service. Brought my car in for wheel alignment. Charged me over $120 for not aligning anything. Mechanic said my axles were causing my car to steer to one direction. I replaced my axles and it still steers to the right. Why would my rear axles cause my car to steer hard to the right? Anyways that didnt fix the issue. These are very uneducated mechanics who just want to meet there daily $4000 quota, is what I heard them talk about the whole time I was there.I DO NOT RECCOMMEND**!!

Awesome auto service every time. I came in a few times because the air pressure on one of my tires became low. After two episodes of this, I finally brought in my car because I was convinced that I needed a new tire. Thirty minutes into my appointment, the manager came in and said my car was ready. He told me that I had a nail in my tire and that they repaired it for free. Staff is super helpful and the manager is very nice which makes the experience always positive. I will keep coming back here!

I can’t tell you enough how helpful this tire company was to me!! They close at 6pm and they were willing to stay past their closing time and on top of that they had to go all the way to Perris for our parts. They could have easily told us to come back next day. Went to another location a while back here in town to get a code read and they wanted $130 for a full diagnostic to read the engine code.Came here and they did the code, and serviced it cheaper than the other location with zero pressure, honest answers to questions, and the best customer service from a mechanic in my entire life. Just came back again recently for new tires, they identified another problem AND even looked at my paperwork for me (I wasn’t on site) to determine it was covered under my dealers warranty.In short, best, most honest, most reliable service in Moreno Valley. Will come here as long as this is my home.

LES SCHWAB tires put my staggered tires on incorrectly causing the front tires to rub on my Lexus. I pulled up to TIRE CHOICE and they got my in right away and fixed it!! They knew about staggered tire and that they can only be rotated from side to side not front to back. LES SCHWAB Moreno Valley did not and could have damaged my car!! BRAVO.

These guys tried to charge me $145 for a used tire and installation with standard air. A simple google search will give you a ballpark estimate of how much it costs for the item ( a USED tire ) and the service. As theyre a business and get way better prices than what we get on the street, I guarantee theyre getting the tire for ( >$30 ), meaning the service is $115... Slimy. I would advise against using their service, however just dont let them play you because you need service. That is all.

I haven’t been to a locomotive shop in a long time. I was well overdue a visit. Our experience here was more than helpful, I was informed of the things that I needed necessary for my car, and although I couldn’t really do anything at the time being the mechanic helped me out the best he could and made the experience much easier.

I usually change my own oil but ran out of time preparing for a family road trip. I took my truck in and had the oil changed, and tires rotated. MIke was very nice and professional I even picked his brain about the best tires for my truck if money was no option. The service was super fast and soon after I was on my road trip.

Went to other tire shop and although I had an appt I was told there were 8 people ahead of me and it would be quite awhile...they told me about this shop and they took me in right away and were not condescending. I would rather deal with them when it comes to stressful things like this than that other shop. The guys all smiled and joked around kept things light that really helped put me at ease.
