Very busy, but great service. They expanded there building so theres more booths now..fingernail polish doesnt peel or flake..can wear for 3 weeks or more if you have too. Massage chairs could use a little service.

Ive been a customer to this nail salon for years now. I only go for a pedicure usually and the lady that does my pedicure name is Mimi. She is amazing. Shes very thorough and very professional. I dont go as often as I would like to due to my working schedule. But every time I go I never feel rushed and I always appreciate her work.

I went for a pedicure and from the time I sat down I was made to feel not wanted. Yes everyone smiles in your face but I know what they were thinking. When I put my feet in the tub I got burned and instead of turning it down, I got cold water. So she starts my pedicure by clipping my toe nails without even asking me if I wanted them cut. I was talking to my granddaughter next to me so I didnt notice her doing it. So now I have stubby toes. I also ordered the callous remover. She put the remover on my feet and put my foot back in the water. I looked at my daughter and her feet were wrapped in plastic with hot towels like Ive always seen it done. When I mention it to the lady she argued with me how her way was better. I thought I was the paying customer?? The killer was that I walked out and paid even though I complained about having dirty feet and stubby toenails that took hours to dry. The manager shook his head like he really sympathized with me but all he kept asking for is my money. I couldnt even get a plain manicure without an appointment. This place is clean but the manicurist I had sucked and with the manager/owner only wanting my money and not my experience, I for sure will not be back

Go here for pedicures. Always busy so make an appointment, but service is good.

I’m from Florida and the nail salons there treat people better. This would have been my second time coming here and I was very disgusted by the service I received. Before walking in I called to see if there were any available chairs open so that I would not have to wait. I was told there were no wait time and I could come. I came in and was greeted and seated properly but when it came to getting serviced I was not. I sat there for over an hour. I came in at 12:44pm and at 2:26pm I was still not serviced nor spoken to I had just received a color chart and my massage chair turned on. Afterwards I asked when I would be seen I was told next by two different people. I then went to the front counter and asked the rep what was going on he said with attitude that there were appointments and they serve them first regardless of when someone came in before the time that person appointment is set. I understand about the appointment thing but what I don’t understand is if you have people waiting and no appointments set during that time frame then why would you have them still waiting??? They need a better system and better customer service.

I called and booked an appointment for Tuesday June 29th. I called that day and the salon was closed. Be careful they will book an appointment knowing they will be closed.

Wait time is minimum an hour even with appointment. That is the only down side. Jessica is a good technician, I would ask for her.

Management sucks here. They are never on time with their appointment. I came in for an appointment at 1 they didn’t help me until 2. They over book and accept walks in when they say appointment only. It gets very crowded inside. It’s also hard to schedule an appointment.

I have gone here for a few years now always to Lin because shes always done an amazing job and in half the time. I went today and the lady did a nice job but not what I wanted miscommunication whatever but when I offered to pay the difference to get what I wanted I was told Ive already done alot of work. I go to pay for what I want and what I got I could have done myself. Unfortunately from this experience I probably wont go back. I dont understand how you refuse more money.

Do not go here! Less than 24 hours after getting the nails put on I had to pull one off bc I was in so much pain. I had to tell the nail tech multiple times that she was hurting me. She tried rushing through the entire process. All my cuticles are on fire. In 25 years in getting my nails done I have never experienced anything like this.

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for several months and I’ve always had a good experience however you have to be very careful with the nails because they break very easily and very often. As you can see my pinky nail broke off last night after only having my nails for two nights

The people are nice but my problem is why make an appointment if they will put other customers in front of you.they ask you to wait when you have an appointment. I will not be coming back to waste my time waiting for them to finish others persons nails when I had an appointment for that time. So got Dam frustrating when you have things to do.

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this place ! After One of Paris nail’s employees literally pushed me out, Tully’s welcomed me with open arms. They were patient with me because of all my changes and they did a way better job than the picture I showed them. They completely turned my day around and I ’m truly thankful for them. My first time there I had gel nails with a white thin line tip. 4 days later all chipped. I went back and had them redone and payed. The second person, didnt do a nice job. Im over it!

As a hairstylist I heard many positive feedback about this place from my clients so I decided to go try for the first time. Thank God I got it done before this second shut down due to Covid-19.The place is very clean and very up to date. Even though I waited a little longer than my appointed time it was worth the wait. Nancy did an amazing job with my ombré nails in coffin shapes. She’s very nice and pleasant to talk to. I will definitely go back to her from now on. I highly recommend her! 👍🏼👍🏼

Friendly staff, they do talk in different language so its awkward just being there but they do a great job. Its been a week and my nails are still looking alright.

Went to this salon for the first time and had the best experience ever. My nails were shaped so nicely and overall I loved how they came out. The shop was nice and clean and everyone there was very nice.

This was my first time here. The spa chair that they sat me in, the massage part, didnt work. The lady that did my pedicure took her time and really worked on my feet. It was nice. She wasnt trying to hurry and speed through like some other places that try to rush and not take the time to make your feet lool and feel good. She was nice and did a great job. Her name was Kelly. The girl that did my nails was Lin. She was nice as well and she asked me what shape i wanted my nails. I told her I wanted almond shape and she did it perfectly. I love the work that these ladies did and I also got gel on my hands and feet. But I think next time Ill stick to regular polish...maybe... to do my acrylic nails with gel and my pedi with gel it cost me 68.00 plus 1.00 for them to run my card...plus 10.00 tip. My total was 79.00. I really hope my nails last a long time. It was my first time doing gel...for the price I may lool elsewhere to get nails done it i just may settle for regular nail polish. We will see. All in all they do great work. And if u dont mind spending this amount of money, you should definitely check this place out!

1) Must deal with rude man at front counter;2) Must be very careful about which technician does your nails - not all are skilled;3) Understand that getting dip will damage your natural nails just as much (if not more than) getting acrylics. It only took ONE time to completely ruin my natural nails. Plus, it didnt help that the technician (term used lightly) had me soaking in acetone for 45 minutes; then proceeded to use use the machine to buff off the dip and sanded down through layers of my real nail!! I now have ridges at my cuticles that are so deep no nail polish can hide it.

The girls did an amazing job on my nails, including a repair and cateye polish on all nails. No smudge, no dings and left a good edge so I can still pick even needles up. Could have done without the rush rush rush from the guy at the front desk as well as the attitude when questions are asked though.

The lady was awesome. I told her my gripe with the last nail tech and what I wanted and she fixed everything. $45 for a fill and design. Not including tip. But she was thorough. Love it.

They do nails good but I only get my lashes done there now because they change the price every time I go. I asked her why that was and she got really upset. People were agreeing with me like how is it ever $60 to do a fill on medium size nails like no. So since that it’s been Lashes and they barely get that, only in emergency situations.

Best place in the inland empire

This place is always busy so make sure if your getting a few things done, you give your self about 3-4 hours. Specially on the weekends. Love my eyebrow lady TRINA . Pedicure would be Jessica and Christina. For my nails would be Julie and John.

Services good a little pricey But worth it

Nancy does an amazing job and I will wait for her anytime I come in. Amy is usually the person who does my feet. Now Trina does my eyebrows....I have been coming here for years on and off ( only when I dont get my nails done is when I dont have nails). I agree with people who have complained about the the man at the front...he is not pleasant but I am not there for him anyway lol...

Clean, decent nail salon. This is my emergency location in case I can’t make the drive to my favorite nail salon (Angels Nails & Spa) located in Moreno Valley. I’ve been here about 15x or more and haven’t had any complaints about any of the nail technicians. They are nice, their quality of service is good and they listen to you on what type of service you want. The guy at the front desk sometimes sounds impatient, frustrated or stressed out but I’ve never seen him work on anyone’s nails. He normally is seen taking down names answer phones, make appointments and takes the payments.

I waited almost 2 hrs to get my nails done. It was worth the wait. I got a simple red chrome color blinging enough for holidays and conservative enough for corporate job. Tullys is the right choice.

I make an appointment for my daughter to get a pedicure, we wait there for more te 45min past the appointment time schedule, people coming in and out and nothing. No one call my little girl name. Finally I talk to the guy at from and they star scramble trying to get my daughter next, but the waiting time by now is another 45min. I dont recommend this place. Good luck if you decide to go there.

Very prompt with ur appointment. No waiting, excellent work. Prices for set of acrylics varies. Simple around 20. Very good work. I pay about 25 to 30 for my fills. I do get fancy . Glitter, design different colors for different nails.

This is the best salon in town for the work they do. My friend tried another salon and her nails were broken in less than week, so now she will go to no other. I was kind of embarrassed to go in last week as a man to get a pedicure, but I had a toenail I could not cut, so I went in. Mimi took excellent care of me, and now I should be able to cut my own toenails again. I will go back again to Tullys as I need to.

This is the only place I go to get my nails done. Make sure to make an appt before hand. Jessica does a great job on my nails every single time. Flower does great on my pedicures.

I walked in with my mom asked owner how long a wait.He just kept writing on his schedule like I wasnt there found it rude never looked up and greeted me. Finally got an answer and pointed to others sitting there like I didnt know they were waiting not very friendly or personable

So I spent nearly 80 bucks on my nails mind you I just did my nails 4days ago. And it looks like I need a refill soon.The wait time is horrible. And quality of there nails is poor very weak. I will call my bank to get my money back since I been calling them and keep hanging up the phone every time I try to speak to the owner.. BAD SERVICES...

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been too. Take you money somewhere where they value and appreciate customers. If I could give this place a -10 I would. The owner has no people skills and doesn’t care about the customers. I had an appointment at 1:00 pm and I arrived at 12:55 pm and he told me that I needed to wait 10 minutes more. 25 minutes passed and he was going to take another 20 minuets more. I reminded the owner that I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and he told me “ that I needed to wait as long as it would take him to finish with his client. He said if I wanted, if not I could go elsewhere. He proceeded to say that he didn’t care about me or any of the clients that were there at the salon. ITS NOT MY FAULT THAT HE DOESN’T KNOW HOW TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS. When I’m saying that he doesn’t care about his customers, It’s literally what came out of his mouth. Don’t support this rude and unprofessional business owner!!!

They are always in a hurry and rush the work they do. Because of that I’ve never had my nails done and been fully satisfied. I tried multiple different people but my nails were always either lumpy or crooked. I’ve now gone to a different nail place and seen the huge difference in the quality of nails for an even lower price! I won’t be returning here.

Well lets start off by saying they are very friendly very clean and wow they do extent nails, amy was the best foot person Ive ever dealt with since me moving from Philadelphia to California, len was awsome with my nails and yes me and mother will be going back its as if we never left Philadelphia at all. I went to this shop to get my nails done for my wedding the day of. The manager was so helpful and friendly! He knew i was stressed and kept checking on me. I had the best nail tech I get compliments EVERY DAY on my nails! If you want quality and courtesy this is the place to go!

Be careful, All nail techs at this shop can not do nails. They harass you to get more service than what you came in for. Also I believe the are using thinner on some of the popular gel colors. My daughter gel was chipping off after one day. When she went back to have it fixed the front desk man tried to blame her then had to wait over a hour to get something fixed that should have been done right the first time. Also didn’t want to take my credit union debit card to pay my $115 dollar bill. Asked me to go to atm at neighboring stores. No the machine wasn’t broken. When the atm machine was out the of service they decided to use my card.

The owner of this place is extremely rude! He is the guy at the front desk, he usually makes you wait at the front and then takes you more inside just to make you wait more and forgets about you, I was there and I ask politely how much longer, he’s answer was “what do you want to get?” Like he made me sing my name and what I wanted but I guess he had forget about me ! And told him I wanted a refill, and that I would like to know how much longer he also said “don’t you see everyone busy” extremely rude!!! Never going here again!
