Great ladies that work here. The debt machine was not working and I only had my card. The lady was so sweet even after I went back hours later with change. Got my eyebrows done and wasnt painful at all. Not busy when I went around 12ish but day before in the afternoon it was packed. Go early to avoid rush .

Wish I had a better experience but the three times I went, all of them goty nails/cuticules all burned and my hands dry.

Ive never been to a nail salon went in there to fix a ingrown nail and my feet came feeling like a million bucks I rethink about putting the man pedi in my monthly budget !!!!

I do appreciate being welcome entering the spa, its very nice and clean spa. Nina does a great job on pedicures and the other lady ( I forgot her name) does great manicure. Great hospitality, I am very satisfied with the service and will make this place my spa stop, thanks

First time here, made an appointment the day before. Arrived on time to my appointment, they were not ready for me, waited 15 minutes. Took me to spa chair, soaked feet for 15 minutes and nail tech did my pedi and then gel mani. Two of my nails on right hand were a bit longer than my left hand but not that noticibal. Not sure if Ill be back.

I came in to take off my acrylics and they didn’t soak off my nails like most shops do they used a fake nail to take my acrylics off and during the process of taking my nails off she took a part of my real nail off.

Used to be 5 stars when Nina was there. My mom went to get a pedicure recently and they were about to use tools that they had just used on someone else. She told the lady and she quickly got new tools but its gross to think if my mom hadnt noticed they wouldve used dirty tools used on someone elses feet.

Ive been coming here for 10 years. When I moved away from Mo Val, I looked for another salon and I havent found one as inexpensive and as good as these ladies.

Amazingly rude and for no reason..lady said she couldnt do my nails since it was only her, I was gonna ask a question and before I could finish talking she said you can leave now...wow

Worst place ever. They are racial and rude talk about customers in different language. Customer service sucks. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
