This is by far the best experience I have ever had in applying for an apartment. The reception from get-go was super friendly. Hunter (intern) welcomed us so warmly. We had booked an appointment for a self guided tour. He provided clear instructions and made it clear that should we have questions, hes there to help.We saw the apartments and they were awesome. We then got to work with Ana (an angel) on the application process. The extra attention we received from her and her follow through was amazing! She made sure she followed up even with the least updates. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!! The application process did not take too long. We cant wait to move here in July. Raina is also wonderful.We have been looking for apartments and we got to see about 7 to 8 properties. Having just moved in, I can say that I am already impressed by the management of Rancho Belago apartments. All details of living here were explained to me very well by Miss Ana at the leasing office. She was friendly and very patient when answering my many questions prior to signing my lease and throughout the move-in process. I enjoy how quiet the surrounding area of my apartment is and how convenient the area is with Walmart, Target and several outlet stores just walking distance away. Im happy with my decision to live at Rancho Belago apartments in Moreno Valley, CA.

Just moved in a couple weeks ago, and it has been such a easy and simple experience, management is so professional and caring. Its such a friendly and calm area to live. Super satisfied with everything, made the right choice moving here. Definitely recommend.

I moved out they (Anna) knew I was leaving try to charge me a late fee.. Parking was always a issue for the resident who works late. Ernesto the maintenance guy was great though. Dont have any Grass for dogs, just mulch. And every year they raised my Rent approx $100 bucks. Everyone move out. Thats how they reward good tenants. They blame the Market.. 🙄

It is a good place to call home well protected by security very professional. I finally took the liberty to speek to security I belive his name is Josue. I Thanked him for all that he dose he is always walking and on the move you never see that no more thank you.

The management is very unprofessional. I was discriminated against ever since i have gotten there. The main manager reyna very one sided because she lives there. She has built relationships with people who have been there for a long time and does not believe anything any New comers have to say about her “friends”/ residents. She even yelled at me on the phone and threaten her lawyer to me. The resident that lived below me has a lot of psych issues and kept making the same complaints saying that she hears something constantly fall, which is impossible. I wouldn’t recommend staying here Especially of Reina is in charge of this complex

This property is highly recommended if you want to live in Moreno Valley. I absolutely love the grounds and the up keep in the community. The manager Reina is wonderful she’s all customer service. One thing I love about a community is the staff being friendly and helpful. The community takes is very serious to up keep. You can tell when you drive up. Its close to everything off Moreno Beach Dr.Close to the hwy for the commuters and Moreno Valley has really increased the amount of new businesses and new construction in this area. My favorite thing to do is decor my home and Kirkland is around the corner along with Target. Not to mention the floor plans are huge.Location location location!Check Rancho Belago out when looking to move in Moreno Valley!

Rancho Belago is one of the most beautiful homes I have lived in. My three bedroom apartment home could not have been a better layout. For an apartment, the master bathroom is HUGE with an enormous walk in closet! Downsizing from a house can be challenging, but this floor plan worked perfect for my family. The tile floors, beautiful crown molding, and all the other details took my experience living here over the top. So sad I moved out of state from this beautiful oasis!

I been a resident for 3 years and I absolutely love it here its been the best so far, reyna the manager is awesome always trying to help even on her day off you to make sure the the resident is happy very pleased would definitely would rent in the future if needed.

I like the area and how close we are to local shops. Staff and management are very knowledgeable and helpful. They will expedite any work orders and will help resolve issues in a timely manner. The property manager Reyna Perez, has always been friendly and courteous to us when we see her on the grounds.

Rancho Belago is a great place to live. The movie theater was one of my favorite amenities at the property. Gym is open 24 hours a day and the pool is always clean and ready for use. Definitely the best apartments in Moreno Valley.

I love the professional demeanor of the staff, the premises looked so clean and nice. Loved the manager, so involved and courteous. This will be the best place by far for our little family. Looking forward to moving here in the near future.

Honestly, My husband and I were really happy with our choice to call Rancho Belago our home. It is quiet, the grounds are well kept, and the apartment itself along with the amenities and location is perfect. The maintenance and management team are professional and receptive to our calls, questions, and concerns. They respond in a timely matter and we appreciate their urgency and it makes life a lot easier and happier when people take pride and do their jobs.However, in terms of safety I have to be honest it is lacking. We have been here exactly two months and my husbands car was broken into and it ruin future plans we had in a few months. I felt so violated and I have witness often homeless men urinating near our complex and one doing so boldly right in front of me on my way to enter my unit and I had to turn back around and let management know. They wait and watch for the gates and dumpster dive.After talking to other residents and management, break-ins and homeless people roaming is an often issue. I am disappointed from what I was told with the safety measures here and management from what I been told are trying their best to implement more. We have taken further safety precautions and now the police department is on speed dial. We have to be our own advocates and take responsibility for our safety now.

Ana is absolutely thorough and amazing. She answers all my questions promptly and has been patient with me through it all. We are so blessed to have had her to help us throughout this process and she is also very kind and had great customer service skills needed for this job. Thanks again for all your hard work and being very diligent in taking care of everything for us! She would make a great boss if she isn’t one already.

Extremely bad resident service. Managers dont care about residents, parking is a huge problem. I wouldnt recommend living here.

I worked for a few days at Rancho Belago for an assignment and I absolutely loved how the staff was so loving and professional! Kept everything in order and were very caring with residents! Reyna is an amazing manager too!

Me and my husband have lived at this property since October of 2016 we love it here. The hiking trail in the back of the property is good for exercise and walking your dog. They also have a really nice movie theater for residents on the property. The property is conveniently located to the 60 freeway and lots of shops and local restaurants. One great thing about this property is each unit comes with washer and dryer in unit, fridge, stove, microwave and balcony. You will love it.

Everyone is always pleasant and greet me with a smile. Never any issues!! They hook me up with good snacks too! Also, this property is always clean.

These are great apartments. :) if you are looking for a tidy well kept place with minimal noise, this is the place for you.The staff has always been kind and professional. The interior is set up pretty nicely. Washer and dryer, stove, dishwasher, and microwave are included in each unit. NoProblems so far- I will re-review in 6 months.

Great place overall. I moved in September and the experience was smooth. The landscaping is great and everyone in the office are welcoming. The first day we moved in they had a taco guy come and serve tacos for the community and the food was delicious. The parking isnt to bad. The community is very quiet I was helped by Ana in the leasing office.

I truly love my experience with Rancho Belago and their staff. Jeromy doesnt hesitate to help me with my packages. He is very polite and has excellent customer service. Ending my 12 month lease and honestly I would not move if it wasnt for my job. Never had an issue. Its always quite. Staff is very attentive and professional. Grounds are clean. Noise is non existing. Appliances are A1. I love it here. If your considering this place...go for it!

I have live here for 3 years and every year they have raised my rent over 100.00 dollars every time. Recently they raised it almost 200.00. I do not think that these apartment are worth 1789. a month for a 2/2. The grounds are not well kept up. Trash and beer bottles on the sidewalks and parking area. Maintenance is always on time and quick to fix any request. Office staff I give them a 3/5. my car has been vandeliezed and also wrecked and the apartments management did nothing. If you come home late you will not find parking. They claim that if you have a garage it should be used as such but Ive seen people turn their garage into a body shop, a mechanic shop and a weight room. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

Since moving in February 11, 2016 my wife and I have been greeted by wonderful people and great staff. There has been nothing but great times here and continue to have good times. I am glad that my wife and I have chosen Weidner apartment homes as our new home. We come for a small town a little over 130 miles south of here named El Centro Ca. It was the biggest move in which my wife and I have done and yet the staff here has made our first month very welcoming like we have been part of their family for years. I want to thank Ana for taking the time and her dedication to helping us make the best decision that I could have ever made. She is very welcoming not only to my wife and I but also to my parents in which also helped us move. I continue to have great interaction with the staff and I hope it will continue this way for a very long time. Ana is very dedicated to her job and the people that she service. All of the positive reviews are written by their staff and they are an outright lie. AVOID THIS PLACE. Their staff is rude, everything breaks and there are countless bums that hang out in the complex (especially in the dumpsters). We lived here for two years and eventually paid to break our lease because I felt that it was not a safe place to live. On top of the bad experience, we were charged like crazy even though we left the apartment immaculate. They switched management companies and they charged us to make the apartment like new. The manager Jeromy White was extremely rude when I called to dispute the charges and even said, too bad for you when I tried reasoning with him.

We have been living here 1 year and we have liked it very much, its very quiet, clean grounds, Friendly Staff, and close to all the stores.

Closest thing I’ve gotten to live at that resembles high end 2 story lofts I love the star love the look of the community, love the units themselves, the emmenities are perfect the property is allways super clean never ever her a peep from anyone I’ve been here 2 months and never even seen any of my neighbors that’s how peaceful and quiet the property is 😁😁 definitely feels like the high end and best side of moval and don’t even let me get started on the breathtaking views and location of this apartment complex just gorgeous if this complex was in chino or Rancho the units and property look and would pass for a high end 3,000 a month rent apartment and I would pay it . 😁😁😁😁😁😁
