First of all I want to give a shout-out to their associate Matthew, who was a big help by answering my questions via email about applying online. That said, the application process itself is just plain broken: while applying, the move-in date changed but theres no way for me to update that on the form and there are multiple required fields on it that are simply not applicable to me (such as previous employment before my current job & rentals), meaning I cant continue on. Between that, a price hike, my bank being bought out later this month, and the fact that my emails stopped being replied to a couple of days ago, I have no choice but to cancel my application.

Toured this property and saw the new landscaping they just did. I heard they are also adding a Tot Lot. Cant wait to see it.

Just moved in its okay but there are a few inconsistencies. This is the second time in a row that the pool is closed on a weekend but when asked they say its open from 9a-6pm, residents come out with there kids and you have different people calling to get ahold of someone anyone and we All get no responses. Its okay but communicate new hours, so families arent out there waiting with their kids.

Maintenance man William was very kind he made sure he fixed everything we needed fixed and came right away to take care of us was very professional very happy

I called this place and decided to tour because the lady on the phone was nice. I got there and saw the apartments and the looked nice and they had all the appliances, definitely one of my tops choice. Its a little bit of a commute but the staff was really nice.

I really loved this apartment complex. Everyone was super nice and accommodating and the units were renovated so beautifully. The property has great amenities and Im really excited to move in! I definitely recommend these apartments.

I went to visit my friend who lives in this complex the other day and I was so impressed. The people at the front desk were so helpful when my friend wasnt answering his phone. They took me to his apartment while being so welcoming.

We moved in after being told the lease would change to month to month after the year contract. Now that our contract is ending they refuse to honor the month to month and so we are being forced to move because I dont want a new year long contract after we have had 4 major leaks in our apartment, one of which made the ceiling in the kitchen cave in and crumble on us. Dont walk, RUN AWAY!

I am a current tenant here at Asante villas and overall enjoy living here. What people fail to remember is this is an apartment complex. Theres a lot of tenants and not a lot of workers, but the apartment manager, Rachel, always does her best to accommodate to everyone and in a timely manner. The apartment itself is nice and it is what you make of it. I enjoy my apartment and the central AC that we have and I really love the parking here. When my family come over they have no problem finding parking close to my apartment and having a pool and a gym is always a plus!

As a resident for 3.5 years Asante Villas has been a home for our family. The leasing office spear headed by Rachel and staff are always very helpful and available.. Their every effort is handled in a timely and professional manner. Major and Sharon Taylor #42

Im a visitor for the first time here. My daughter and her family expressed themselfs very highly of the attention and help that was giving to them so they could move in. They say the neighbors are so polite and thats why I love this place. Its also, in the heart of almost any store you could think of and restaurants, grocery stores, clothing shops, tattoo shop, audio and tint installer.

I toured this property the other day and I was really intrigued. They have a great leasing staff, a beautiful property, and the units were exactly was I was looking for.

Finally after 2 years a new management came and I finally got my freezer fixed!! This place literally changed so much within 3 week of when the new management Started.

Dont be fooled this place is the WORST. My car was stolen from here. Current tenant of 5 months total. So the night my car was stolen. I caught one suspect that lives here still, in my car which just got reported stolen being dropped back off. Police say he was joyriding and released him with a slap in the hand. Management has no effort to help and deny any responsibility/involvment. They have well positioned security systems. Cameras everywhere, I mean in every corner of the apartments property and a gated parking. Plus on-site/off-site Security gaurds. Its all useless if it wont give a clear image of suspects description that is damaging/stealing on your property. When I called the next morning to let them know the car was reported stolen. They said The video has no details of the suspect but the security cameras saw a person walk thru the front walk-in gate and over to my car. This walk-in gate has multiple signs, No Trespassing/Security Cameras in use etc. posted and is Never locked. Then I went to see the video myself the next week after car was found in undrivable conditions. Completely stripped guts.... Coincidently the only proof on someones negligence the video was erased... Pretty obvious as to why it would be erased, its not rocket science....

These apartments are BY far the worst ive ever lived in. We were guaranteed a safe patrolled complex with working security cameras in the gated community. My car and other property was stolen while living here. And it was done by a neighbor living in this facility. Beware of kids that knock on your door to take your trash out for $1 our surrounding neighbors which are slowly moving out have told us their apartments got broken into constantly. I would think twice about living here. Management can sugar coat whatever they want, you wont know until your the victim. The property renovations for the tott land wasnt done until maybe 2 months ago!... There was no tott land 8 months ago like one review said.... Dont be fooled by their marketing practices...

Asante villas is a really nice complex. Clean, good management, and really nice amenities.

I lived in this apartment complex for a year and a half now and I have never had a problem. My move in day was hectic as the manager Rachel knew nothing of me moving in and had never even saw my paperwork. This woman went the extra mile to get me in that day and to make sure everything from that point went smooth. To see someone saying she is racist and rude is crazy to me because this woman loves her job and goes above and beyond on the daily basis. Anytime I go into that office I am greeted with a smile and whenever something is wrong with my apartment Castro is there to check it out within no time. Castro and Rachel are the only reason Im still even living in this complex because they are amazing and very caring with this place. Thank you guys for all that you do around here.

The complex looks nice from the outside. Tenants often leave old furniture outside. trash area is a mess in between trash pick up days. Tenants are loud and play loud music when they drive in and out of the complex. The management staff is not helpful. They open the office late everyday and take over an hour lunch. I signed my lease in Dec but couldnt move in till Jan and the unit was not move in ready. Terrible paint job where they use left over paint to spot paint and it doesnt match and poor patch work on walls from damage from previous renter. Garbage disposal didnt work for months finally got a replacement disposal. Closet doors not on the track made several request to have this fixed not fixed yet we are now in July 2016. Patio screen door is incorrect door I requested the correct one they told me it had to be ordered still not replaced since December it is now July 2016. The complex has a roach, spider and ant problem. You have to request a receipt in writing each month for your rent payment. The fitness center is being used as a storage room. So you cannot work out here The POOL is not available for use either I was never told this prior to signing my lease. The manager Rachel is rude and doesnt have time to call tenants back that is what the other office lady told me. Rachel is too busy to call you back. They are full of excuses when I complained about low water pressure at move she told me she cant fix that. But maintenence finally came by to check it and wow what do you know he did fix it. The stackable laundry unit does not work well either and using the dryer causes condensation in the apartment. IM MOVING OUT THIS WEEK. CANT WAIT.
