The past three times Ive been to a Sport Clips, the stylists have tried to upcharge me. Not upsell, but try to charge me for the more expensive haircut without telling me. The first time I didnt notice until I looked at the receipt later. The next times, before I paid Id have to remind them that I did not get the service they are charging me for, and theyd change it. This has happened three times over two separate locations. Id believe this was an honest mistake if it werent so consistent.

Lady (so sorry I forgot your name :( who cut my daughters hair was very nice! She was genuinely interested in what I had to say about my childs hair and she did a great job with my daughters haircut! Made us feel important and welcome. Salon was clean and the environment was comfortable. Stylist also showcased some great reccomended products. We will definitely be returning!

This is one of those places where you can actually get a haircut that you really like and that looks and feels good the next day, too. The MVP treatment is some very enjoyable icing on the cake, but the most important thing is that the people who work here are legitimately great at what they do! Definitely looking forward to my next haircut here, which isn’t something I would say about most other places where I’ve gotten one.

Katherine was awesome! She took the time to talk to my son to help him figure out what haircut he wanted. She did not rush him and he came out with a haircut he loves.

I have been using Sports Clips for well over 10 years and have refused to give them my phone (they get 555-5555) and email but in their new world you now have to make all of your reservations online or sit and wait for an hour. Each time they have asked me for my number or email I have told them that I did not want them contacting me. So guess what, I made an online reservation and have now received no less that 8 texts and emails. Sports Clips has now lost a loyal 10 year customer. I will not ever step foot in a Sports Clips again.

Ive gotten about 12 haircuts here over the last year or so. Some of them were really good and others were not that good. It really depends on who you get. If you get a cut you like, remember their name and schedule an appointment with them. They try to alleviate the differences in hair cuts between cutters by taking notes on what you ask for and putting it in your profile on the conputer, but if Ive found that the notes often get interpreted differently and wont come out the same every time, often not even close.The first time you go, they will give you a hair cut, free hair rinse and massage. The massage is a shoulder massage with an electric massager that I would never actually pay for. The rinse was nice, but not really worth the extra price to me.I would recommend checking in online before you go. It will tell you what time to show up. If you just walk in, the wait will probably be 20 or more minutes as they get pretty busy.I think the price for a regular cut is $25.Even after my last bad hair cut, Ill probably end up going back, because Moorpark doesnt have a lot of options.

Simi’s Sport Clips had a 90 minute wait, so I decided to try this one over in Moorpark. Let me tell you, I will be back! Katherine gave me a great haircut and I was back home before I would have even made it into the one in Simi.

Hot towel and shampoo while sitting in a massage chair after the haircut make it my go-to place. Price is reasonable and its easy to get a walk in appointment. Parking is easy and its not hard to find since its right off the freeway. They have military discounts and always some promotion on either grooming products or upgrades on your haircut.

Went there for the first time and saw Joel. He was very patient and talked thru everything how I wanted my haircut. Made me feel comfortable. very knowledgeable. He knows what hes doing. I will be back.😃Ty

Been going to sports clips the past few years but in diff locations. Been to this one twice and nice to see the consistency with the brand. I love that they added online check in too. As nice as it is to have a big TV to watch a game while you wait Id just rather not sit there for 20mins. Now I can show up right when it is my turn.

Nelly took care of me and it was an excellent mvp experience and haircut! I will be requesting her when I return. She gave me some coupons for me to being my sons in, too.My boys (8 and 10) were served by Kimberly and Katherine S. They gave them great haircuts, treated them like young men, and of the whole mvp experience they both said it was awesome and they want to come back! Honestly, while I would like that, it may be a little too expensive to do every time, since their hair grows like weeds, but it might be a special treat now and then.

Shout-out to Sarah for an awesome haircut yesterday. The customer service at this location was great. The back to school crowd made the wait time climb sky high but the team kept their cool and didnt compromise on quality.

Katherine was Amazing. Went in with my seven-year-old autistic son and she made him feel more than comfortable and handled him wonderfully. Got my hair and beard cut by her right after. I’ve been looking for a new person to cut my hair and I think both my son and I have found one.

Great experience. I took my 2 year old for a haircut. The wait time was not long at all and they appeared to be pretty busy with a lot of customers. The store was neat, clean and the stylist was very friendly and fast which is always important when working with my little guy.

What a serendipity. I went to my usual barber shop but it was closed due to illness. I then remembered seeing this shop iin the nearby small mall and decided to try it. I was surprised at the quality of the coifffuse and her extra care to give me the haricut. And the treatment after the haircut???? Really a pleasant surprise for me to be treated to a quick neck message and hair washing. I now have a great place for a haircut and will not visit the other shop, even though they were much cheaper for a senior like me. My wife and duaghter loved the cut.

1st time here. Really nice haircut. It always feels expensive getting a haircut, since places like Sports Clips, Supercuts, Fantastic Sams and Great Clips charge $18 to $20 for a 15 minite haircut; quality always varies from one hair stylist to the next, but the stylist at Sports Clips did a nice job my 1st time there. When you enter you register for a haircut by typing your name and email into a mini-laptop, and then your first name and last name initial pops up on a lineup, so you can easilyc see when youll be up at bat. Im not a sports junky so the TVs with sports at each station didnt affect me, but I got the MVP treatment as a 1st time customer, at the price of a regular haircut, and that was really nice. The MVP treatment includes a hot towel wrap on my face while my hair was shampooed, and the stlist massaged my head, face and neck. The chair that I sat in while my hair was shampooed vibrated and massaged my body. The presentation was nice also in that the parts that would cut my hair were sterilized prior to use, and the stylist told me this before using the tools on.my hair. Im not a clean freak, but for someone who is, thats a big plus. I wrote this review because the owner emailed me the day after to make sure everything went well. Really, this all felt like the Mercedes Benz of the chain haircutting places. Ill definitely go back for another inning.

I was pleased to visit your shop, coveniently located next to Kohls and Kiku (fmrly San Sui). Quite simply.. they offered more than just a haircut there at Sports Clips. I was going through a rough time perdonally that evening and I was trying to get a haircut to feel better. I was greeted by a friendly staff and found a zero wait time when I went to sign in. I worked with Jenn, and she not only gave me a better haircut than Ive had in awhile, utilizing my difficult to work with hair, but she listened to my story with compassion and offered kind of ice that made me feel better when I left. Please acknowledge her as one of your shining stars and continue to develop your methods of leadership as they inspire personability and cordiality both in the ladies that were on shift as well as, I imagine all associates who work for your store. Alice was absolutely professional, accomodating, and a great stylist!

I had a good experience when I took my son early in the day, however when I returned at 5pm to get hair cuts for my 2 foster sons, who are three years old, I was told it would be a 45 min wait as one of the two ladies working was going on break. There was only one man waiting. Why would you only schedule two people on a Friday late afternoon? I could not wait and left.
