I usually have a great experience here, a lady named Michelle typically cuts my hair and does an amazing job. But this last time, this new girl gave me straight across cut like it was her first cut out of school. Ended up having to get my hair recut somewhere else, overall good place, but not a good experience from her

It was clean safe and got a great haircut

Came in at 3:15 with my son as walk ins and was told there was a family of three ahead of us but shouldn’t be long. Sat there for half hour while I was there heard one call of a person making an appointment and being told to come in. So a person comes in they asked if he checked in on line and he said no but he could. They say no they will take his name and he said he called in and they told him he was next. Then another guy comes in said he called they told him there was one person in front of him. Now first person is done and they take the guy who said he called... this is when I left but told the people you shouldn’t say there is three people ahead of us if you are going to take phone calls too. I should have just called in while I was sitting there. Even though I live in Moorpark I will drive to Simi or Thousand Oaks if I ever go to a Supercuts again which is doubtful. We left at 3:55 40 minutes after getting there with no haircuts

The worst blow dry experience I never had in my entire life. I took service for shampoo, blow dry & straitened yesterday. they charged $52 .Mine is curly medium hair. I don’t know who gave her to work there. I was thinking, did she done intentionally or what, I don’t know.I even did nothing to behave like this. No one will say It’s a blow dry & straitened hair. Even a 7 yrs kid can do better service than her.and my service chair was not cleaned at all. There is a hair in scissors in my front table even 20 minutes after my service . Overall I had a nastiest experience . I never faced anywhere.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Everyone is super inviting and friendly I wasn’t sure what haircut to get the hair stylist was very nice and professional she gave me a good haircut even though I didn’t know what haircut to get she helped me through the process of deciding and I felt comfortable that she would give me a good haircut I’m grateful I stopped by and will be going in for my next haircut it was clean, inviting and professional.
