So impressed by the young men that helped me today. It felt like a family run business instead of a chain. Thoughtful, kind and courteous from start to finish.

Getting an oil change is never fun. However this location was was very nice. The store manager was very professional and kept us in the loop the entire time letting us know how much longer our wait time was, what we should expect to pay and even showed us our filters and informed us we didnt need them changed. Thats unheard of these days with companies trying to get you for every penny. Kudos to him and his staff!

I’m Here from out of town, I use jiffy Lube at home and I love them. This store did not inform me of price, said on the paperwork they cleaned windows and vacuumed (people can tell if this is done..just FYI) there where what I saw 4 guys there and they were so involved with test driving some black car that they did not do their job. Didn’t show me the air filter don’t even believe they looked at it. Not sure if they even checked fluids or tire pressure. Would not recommend. I just hope they did actually change the oil and I don’t find out they didn’t on my long drive home🤦

The service was fast yet thorough. There were some issues they identified and took care of that I knew about but had never really taken the time to address.

I chose this location because the last Jiffy Lube I visited had excellent customer service. This location matched that experience with great customer service again. Everybody was really friendly, not pushy, and the service was much quicker than expected. Ill definitely be coming back to this location as long as Im in the area

We had a great experience at Jiffy today! They were backed up with cars and working with an almost brand new staff, but the manager was very friendly and got us in and out in under 20 minutes. We will definitely be back!

We were visiting Mooresville, NC, and stopped off at the Jiffy Lube on W. Plaza Drive for the signature service, before our trip back home. For management tracking these reviews, thats invoice #18140 on June 24, 2021 at 3:49pm. Jonathon, Antonio, and Mark did the work very quickly and pointed out to us, with pictures, a couple of items that should be shown to our regular mechanic once we get back home. They also changed the cabin air filter, an item they didnt have in stock (its a 20 year-old vehicle) but were able to get from AutoZone up the street. AutoZone took its time delivering the part, but every few minutes, they were giving us an update on where the part was. All in all, the guys were very professional and very friendly, and we were out in less than 45 minutes, most of which was spent waiting on AutoZones delivery.

Jiffy Lube was a overall better than 5 stars!!! The way they got to me right away, showed me my filters that needed to be replaced and took time to explain what was wrong and they vacuumed my car I was in and out with great customer service

Always come here for oil changes and inspections. Great at getting you in and out quickly. Couple years back (2019ish) I had some issues like valve caps not put back on, check engine light not being reset. But last three or four times Ive been there, theyve done an excellent job. Very professional. Could hear the guys in the garage banter and joke around which is a good thing. To me, that shows they know what theyre doing and enjoy their job and their coworkers.

Would not use this service went in to get oil change and needed cabin I said ok. They did oil change and replaced cabin filter went to leave an my blower was.noisey and smell oh just mousey so much air com in threw I couldnt hear my radio or goggle map so I took his word he knew was doing headed out back to new York State near syracuse it was noisey drive 200 miles got motel room between accidents heavy rain said head wed morninfinish trip home ended up stopping in Winchester on way home had another jiffy dealer take a look I was afraid something was right he got rid of the noise he cleaned.out all the leaves the other place left in it. And the burnt smell was parts cleaner lubricant I was smelling the other place saturated it so I breathed that in all the way home500 miles on my way home they suck I thought. Thanks jiffy coughing all night long

I pulled in right up to service door asked if he had time to do a NC inspection. He said pull up and get me the registration. As I was walking to door he said I have to do a window tint check to make sure it’s legal. That is ten more dollars. I said ok I’m in a hurry. I should have just left. I’m 67 years old and own multiple vehicles and I have never paid to test window tint until today in NC He got me out quick snd as I was paying I asked what the tint test came back as? He said oh it’s about 35% but I can put the machine on it to see. No I’m in a hurry but will never need service here again.

Ive used Jiffy Lube in the past, however Ive never been charged $100.00 for an oil change. Service was fast and good.

The young lady that was on duty on 12/14/2020 seemed like the manager. She was multi-tasking so sufficiently. The crew was friendly and handled the car inspection that I was there for very quickly. The place was busy, but they had coffee and masks in the waiting room. They told me it will take 30 to 40 minutes, but I only waited 25 minutes before they were done. They were very professional and I will definitely recommend others to go there. My Father Aqa Mohammed Ayaar referred me to them. From now on, my family and I will always come to them. After my own dealership (Northlake Lexus) this is the 1st place I trust. Knowledgeable crew and CLEAN store 👌

This was my first time visiting this location. The manager was friendly and professional and I was impressed on how quickly my oil was changed with my suv. Also the price was very reasonable considering its a larger vehicle. Ill definitely will get other services there in the future.

Failed to attach the skid plate, it started to drag on the interstate seconds after leaving the parking lot. When I returned to jiffy lube not one employee or manager apologized.

Nice enough employees. However their prices are quite high. I was quoted 15 minutes and 51 dollars for their cheapest 3,000 miles oil change.

Told me if I supplied the oil and filter they have to charge $45 to do my oil change, I showed the guy my oil and filter, 4 times made sure I was vividly clear that I only needed labor. Still price was $45 in JUST labor. Thats over double most places(example walmart is $18 if you supply your oil/filter) dont go here. Rediculous prices.

First off before my oil change I went in for a top off my company car after 2500 miles from my oil change because I was a quart low. Colbe and Joshua gave me some story they could not top it off. I was told I get free top off because I had a oil change. So I went to Walmart and bought two quarts and did it my self. Today I went in for a oil change. Joshua forgot to give me 5.00 off on my next change. When the oil change was completed Joshua told me free top offs up to 3000 miles from the change. So then I ask Joshua and Colbe why did you refuse to top me off at 2500 miles. They both started back peddling and giving me bunch of excuses. Moving forward I will not be using you folks to change my company cars oil. On top of that my wife, kids and my personal car will not be using folks as well. Do not appreciate the dishonesty.

Good place all I do is get my inspection done here, just remember to put new wiper blades on before you go and save some money by buying at Walmart or something. Usually in and out pretty quick, free coffee while I wait.

I am not one to usually write reviews, however, I went in to get an oil change (I have a Volkswagen) 15 minutes after, the car had 2 engine lights pop up on the dash, and the RPM’s would not go over 2000. It was a blessing just to make it to my local mechanic. The car had gotten reset wrong, said my mechanic of 10 years. I called JiffyLube customer service and they said it was my fault and they did nothing wrong. Would not pay for anything or admit fault for anything either. If you want to take that chance go ahead, but if looking for an oil change I would highly recommend NOT to go to JiffyLube. I would recommend, AutoLube of Lake Norman, Lakepoint Auto, or Christian Brothers for a much less risky and cheaper option.

Went to this location to get an oil change. I travel many miles for work so i get full synthetic motor oil, no oil,not able to get any for several hours, not very good business practice. Workers not very professional.

Called to make sure employees wore masks. Most employees were not wearing masks when I arrived. I had my oil changed and had to take it to another mechanic because the car started leaking oil. Jiffy Lube had replaced my cap with another cap that was not meant for the pan.

They are expedient and most times very professional, they do seem to have a regular turnover in staff which has me weary that knowledgeable people are working on my vehicle. I have seen them make mistakes, so pay attention and understand what is happening to your car, you should do that with any service center.

They do not used refurbished motor oil and they scan your car code to make sure you get the best performance of your vehicle. Plus they send you a reminder by email when you are due another oil change. Coupons are in their websight for additional savingsGood company to do business with. I will be going back.

Showed up on a Sunday morning with no appointment and asked if they could do a state inspection. They told me one person was in front of me (so 10 minutes before they could start), told me what they needed (registration & insurance), then invited me in to wait. The employees are customer oriented, polite, and accommodating. The wait area has coffee, bottled water, TV, and free wifi. Very satisfied with all interactions. Thank you Jiffy Lube!

Shops with bays are much better than shops with lifts if theyll do the work you need. At a much more affordable price also.I needed an O2 sensor changed on a full size suv.The price to do it was affordable and doesnt turn every minor annoyance with your car into a multi hundred dollar job.Excellent customer service also

I have been going to them for my car services since they opened, and until today was happy with the quality even if it was a little higher than most places on cost. I called yesterday to ensure I could get my car inspected today, and the gentleman said just be here by 6:59 pm and we will take care of it. I verified that time was correct, because it was so late, and he confirmed. I went today at 5:30 and they could not do it because the inspector went home at 5:00. If someone had told me that when I asked twice yesterday, I would have been there before 5:00. I will not be going back. It only takes a moment to verify a schedule for an inspector. I understand that failure to plan on my part does not constitute an emergency on theirs, but I did plan when I called and verified twice. We will now find another place to go to for both vehicles servicing needs.

Dumped oil in a brand new Jetta without bothering to check if they had a filter. Realized screw up and went to autozone 2 blocks away. Bought wrong filter. Tried to charge us for oil and filter. Took over an hour for a 15 min job. Avoid if you have an IQ above room temperature.

A little pricey for just an oil change.. The young lady that changed our oil was filthy as expected, however when she got in the car to start it, she had no gloves on, no floor mat on the floor boards, so needless to say when we got back in EVERYTHING was covered in grease & oil! She left her greasy clip board in the passenger side seat as well.. Yep you guessed it.. Grease & oil all over the seat as well!

In and out for an oil change in 20 minutes. Wiper blades changed as well. Didnt feel like I was being convinced to spend more time/money there. But I was given future advice for service and the advice was sound.

Avoid this place like theplague. They are horrible. My son went here for an oil change, they broke cap under the hood and then tried to charge him for them breaking it. They also did not top off any of the fluids,other than the oil, washer fluid, power steering, transmission fluid etc..Did not the vacume car either. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Was in a hurry and couldnt get to my regular service center and had my oil changed here. Was given an estimate for the price when I was given the bill it was much higher than quoted. I will never be back here again and do not recommend this place.
