This was so frustrating needed to have tire repaired before they close. The auto care center’s phone just rang and rang. I hung up and called back the same thing. I live in the LKN area but had to travel to Charlotte,NC to get my tire repaired. There was also a gentleman from Mooresville that was there also to get his wife’s tire repaired. No business phone should ring excessively like that.
This place NEVER answers the phone. Im talking about the direct line to the auto care center.

Took a 2017 f150 in for reg. Oil change and they declined service due to not having the proper tools. NO WONDER there was no line when I came in today. Cmon Walmart I know I am not in Bentonville AR anymore but providing the right tools to your Tire and Lube Express in Mooresville, AR would be helpful. Your workers are asking for the same!
Very fast service
Went in with my 08 Escape to do a simple tire rotation. Was told they couldnt do it because the tires wouldnt pass inspection so I took it back home and did it myself. Funny thing is, it was due for inspection and had it done the following day at the local Ford dealership and passed with no problems. Apparently the guy working didnt feel like getting his hands dirty that day.
Shout out to the wonderful technician who helped me with my tires on Thursday November 14 at about 12:15pm! I was short on time had to drive to Charlotte and my low tire pressure warning light came on and I was panicking. If I had gone to my dealership it would have taken forever to check. So I went to the Walmart Auto center next to the superstore in Mooresville and the technician was amazing - got me taken care of in less than 5 minutes. Warning light gone and tires good to go. You Sir were my hero for the day!!! 👍
My wife had a 2.5 hour wait with a toddler, just for an oil change. When she got home, I checked over the car, and the oil cap wasnt even screwed in, and they shorted us about a quart of what the car requires. I am currently changing the oil myself, and they didnt even screw the oil pan bolt in tight enough, had been slowly leaking all over the skid plates.

Beware this auto center! Horrible experience from start to finish. I called a few days ahead and scheduled an appointment to have two new tires installed. When I came in for my appointment I was not in their system. I was told they do not make appointments for Fridays. Keith the service writer told me it would take a little over an hour. After one and a half hours they finally pulled my car into a bay. After another hour and a half my tires were on my vehicle. That is three hours for a tire change with an appointment.After paying I noticed they charged me more than the quoted price. That took another twenty minutes to fix. They were not busy. One customer sat for an extra hour after her car was finished because they never told her they were done.Avoid this place at all costs! Pay the extra $10-$20 to go to a professional automotive center. There are zero qualified technicians or service writers employed at the Walmart Mooresville location.
0 stars! Worst place... I was told I would have to wait hours just to get my tires installed and rotated because they only have ONE person working... Like that is ridiculous, if they only have one person, they might as well shut it down, like shut the entire auto center because clearly all the other auto centers suck just as bad as this one! Dont waste you gas and time, theyre just going to tell you itll be hours to get a service done. AVOID AT ALL COST, NOT WORTH IT!
I would not go to Walmart for tires again. I suggest you dont either. Got 3 new tires on Saturday and on Thursday had a blow out. The blowout was on the inside wall of the tire meaning it was a tire defect. They told me that they dont replace or refund defect and I would have to contact Goodyear on my own. I needed a new tire so I got one and told the service manager I wanted the warranty on this one incase it was another defected tire. Then the cashier(young punk boy) told me that they didnt right it on the ticket after I paid. So I asked if I could buy it now and he said the manager had left for the day so he couldnt do it. He said I could come back another day and get the warranty. Which we all know thats not how that works. I will not go back to Walmart for auto care because half of them are just associates in a jump suit. They dont know about cars. They just wanted a raise.

Horrible place! Took them 2 hours to do 6 tires and an oil change, and then 2 hours hours to do MY 4 tires. Horrible!
