I have been looking for that go to Mechanic for about 6 years since my old one sold his business. Matt and his whole staff at Mooresville of Meineke are exactly what I have been looking for. They diagnosed and fixed multiple issues on my 14 year old vehicle to keep it running just as good as it ran 200,000 miles ago. The communication and thoroughness during multiple visits has been spot on and much appreciated. Above all, honesty and integrity flows throughout the whole shop and I know that I am getting what needs done and at a fair price.

Tiffany and staff took excellent care of my wife and her Jeep. The Jeep left her stranded in a parking lot and the staff helped her get towed to the shop free of charge!! They made sure to check over the whole system and decided it needed a new battery. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in the area!

Meineke = AmazingWas planning on purchasing a used car and called them to ask about running a diagnostic on the car to see if it was worth buying. They gave me a way better price than any other service I called and were able to help with me that same day, and it was a Saturday!! They were really busy, but got the car checked out and provided a full report with pictures and specific details on everything regarding the car. They even took me into the mechanic part of the car shop to lift up the car, show, and explain everything in detail with reference to the report. GREAT people, great experience, and will be using them in the future.

After a cup of coffee, because its barely pass 8am on a Saturday, I went there with low expectations. I left feeling valued as a person and customer. I will return for future services. We were involved in a car accident and supposed to head home to NJ the following morning. After spending 2 hours on the side of the road awaiting our completed accident report we needed a temporary fix on our vehicle to be able to make it home. A friend suggested this Meineke location. DO NOT USE FOR STATE INSPECTIONS if you have an older car. They told me after my appointment that their DMV computer has trouble processing older vehicles and I would have to go somewhere else to get inspected. They told me they legally were not allowed to tell me that their DMV computer was broken (for older vehicles) before my appointment. To me, it seems much more likely they just wanted me to get the repair work done there, which obviously I would not have done had I known I wouldn’t get my inspection there as well. I’m giving them 2 stars instead of one because despite their apparently deceptive practices, the work they did seemed solid enough.

I needed an inspection at the last minute. I took my car here and they had me in and out in about 10 minutes. Great job guys!!

I had an issue with my vehicle daytime running lights not working on the left rear and I just needed a diagnosis because the labor costs at this Meineke are through the roof. I called and talked to Ralph who is the manager or owner not sure, we discussed the issue and I also wrote the same on the paper for the nighttime drop box because I would be dropping my Jeep off after hours. I just wanted a diagnoses and Ralph told me that it could be $50 to $100 depending on what they had to do. When I show up they have re wired the FRONT headlights which had daytime running lights already, I was not concerned with the front and I told that to Ralph as well. I then notice that I still have the same problem with my left rear running lights not working. So if they were going to go ahead and fix something at least call me for approval, then actually focus on what I even brought the vehicle there for. They then tell me that I owe them over $200 because they did the work and changed out 2 light bulbs that were brand new anyways. When Ralph realized what had happened he flipped out, started screaming all kind of profanities at me and told me to take my piece of s**t and leave. He told me that I was banned from Meineke and to never come back. Honestly I don’t know what is up with this guy, but while In his presence he made me feel like I may have had to defend myself based on the way he was acting. Instead of saying “hey we messed up and did not focus on the problem that you brought the vehicle here for” he went ballistic and started screaming and did nothing to try and make things right. And again I have to point out that by the way he was acting I felt that I may have had to defend myself from him. Please don’t take your car there, and what ever you do make sure not to deal with Ralph and his terrible anger issues.

Fast, professional service. Brought car in for brake work that was more expansive than I thought. Matt walked through everything that needed repair so I could see it with myself. Repairs were done fast and car is in great shape. I brought our other car in for an oil change without an appointment and Rafael was friendly, and able to get me in and out quickly. Great shop.

Let me be blunt. Ive taken different automobiles to this establishment while it has owned by two owners. My car left with owner (1) actually draining oil rather than draining and refilling. My sister swore by the new owner(s) and it had been a couple of years--I WAS GREETED WITH KNOWLEDGE AND EXPLANATIONS FOR THE ISSUES I WAS EXPERIENCING....THEY TOOK TIME TO TREAT ME WITH RESPECT AND MAKE SURE WHEN I LEFT I WAS SAFE! They could have taken my naivety and ran with it...and to any mechanic a women being naive can equate to $$$$$...They are great mechanics that truly CARE about their customers!! Matt and Ralph who run this Meineke are excellent at their job. They give you a fair and truthful estimate of what work needs to be done on your car and do everything they can to stick to that estimate. I just had a lot of work done on my car and Ralph stuck to his promise not to go over the estimate he had given me and that included given me a new sway bar at no cost in order to stay at the estimate. Ralph also made sure I was given a ride home and then a ride back to the shop when my car was ready. Everyone at this Meineke is awesome and do a great job to take care of their customers. If your looking for a place that stands by their work this is for sure the place to take your car.

We brought our work truck in for its annual inspection on a Friday afternoon. The shop was busy, busy, busy with customers and they said they’d be able to get to it first thing in the morning, so we left the truck. About 2 hours later I got a phone call letting me know they ended up having a cancellation and squeezed it in and that the truck was ready for pickup the same afternoon!! Absolutely top-notch service everybody was very friendly to deal with from the drop off to the phone call to when we picked the truck up. We at Baker SoftWash really appreciate Meineke of Mooresville and the team that they have put together. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Had an issue with an oil leak, they tagged my for a grand. I drove less than 100 miles and the car started smoking. Had to go to a dealer as no meineke in the town I was in, still leaking 60 miles later, took to pridgen auto in rocky mount,nc. They notice that meineke never sealed the gaskets which caused the leak, took back to meineke they did replace the oiled belt and cleaned the engine of all oil. Then never returned my calls for compensation for the additional $500 I had to spend to fix it. Never will use them. Again. The meineke that did the incomplete job was in Gloucester,va

The manager and the staff were very kind and professional. Went in for a quote and they were also able to squeeze me in for my repair same day! Very trustworthy people. I will be using their other care car services in the future . Thank you all!

It took about an hour to get the oil changed, I was disappointed to get in my car and it wasn’t vacuumed. The other national chain I have used in the past always vacuumed the car. It’s such a nice add on, I will go back to the other place in the future. I used this company due to a time crunch.

The team at Meineke always treats me right, they were extremely fast and got me an oil change and a state inspection in under half an hour!

I drove my car in around 2:30pm on a Saturday with a check engine light. The mechanic walked me through everything he found and what the options to fix were. He was straightforward with me - let’s not do unnecessary work if it won’t fix the issue. I felt very informed by the end of our conversation and they were able to order the part and get me on the road that day. They closed at 4pm but stayed a little later to finish the job. I watched the staff interact with other customers as well and I was consistently impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. I absolutely recommend going to this location for vehicle maintenance and repairs. I will definitely be coming back!

They are wonderful here. VERY HONEST I had taken my car to two other places. Both places wanted to charge me double of what they are going to charge me at Meineke. My bank manager Pat at Aquesta Bank on Brawley School Road knows what businesss in Mooresville that are the best!

The exhaust hangers on both sides of my Toyota Tundra came loose. Headed straight to Meineke, as didn’t want them to fall off. They were very professional, practiced good “virus” protocol, repaired my exhaust hangers and had my truck in and out quickly for a very fair price. Highly recommend.

So I schedule an appointment at 11am but apparently have to wait for the first available tech which was at least an hour and a half wait from what I was told by the cashier. Why schedule an appointment then? The booking at certain and specific time is for valid reasons. People have things to do and may only have that particular vehicle to use to get their daily errands done. Especially for a family of five. Im very unhappy with this and in the near future wont return to this place of business. For future reference I suggest MEINEKE change their ways of doing business and scheduling appointments for customers. If its a scheduled time, then provide service at the scheduled time. Quick to take peoples money. Yet not quick to provide the work necessary to be worth the money spent.

John, adam and Ralph are the best man. I always feel safe and in good hands when I come here. The staff is always dope to talk to, theyre friendly, kind, and honest. I went here to get my brakes done after previously coming to this location for an oil change and getting a great price. This time however was different, they took advantage that I was a woman. I got charged an extremely high rate for brakes on top of the manager being condescending and rude. I called two companies in the area after I left to learn I could have paid half the price elsewhere. I will never go here again!!

Very expensive oil change for my sedan. ($87)The car was also brought in for a slow air leak in my tire. After receiving a call the car was ready, I went to pick it up and the tire issue was not addressed. It still leaks air and I was not asked if I would like a new tire prior to pick up.

I have been here a few times and every time Matt and his crew helped me get back on the road and made sure that everything was working correctly before i left their shop.They removed the old catalytic converters from my truck that were clogged and replaced them within an hour or two.They told me i will have a lot more power now that the engine can breathe with the new cats and they were right!I took my truck down the highway and it was a lot more enjoyable driving it and had less resistance with the exhaust flow.Acceleration was improved greatly and i havent had any issues with my truck since then!Everyone there is friendly and they put customers first.Matt and his team are good at their work and always take care of the customers first.

These guys are amazing . My office is in the building down from them. My work van had a flat tire and I hated to have to tow it literally one building over. Highly recommended this shop! Brought a car in for pre purchase inspection. Was greeted with a smile right away. As I was waiting for my car to be brought in, I was given updates on wait times. My tech was top notch. He gave me a full verbal, written and photographed inspection report. This is the way we all want to be treated. With respect, kindness and honesty.

I’ve used this place before without issue, but today the office manager was unprofessional and rude. I called in the morning to make an appointment for an oil change. Instead of scheduling me a time for an actual appointment like I asked, he said “just come in after 2:00”. I show up at 2:30 and am told I have a 45 minute wait for them to even take my car back. I asked why since I was told to come back at that time, to which the manager gave me a snarky and unprofessional comment in front of other customers. It’s not acceptable to speak to customers this way, period.

I have been a customer of meineke for the last 10 years and I have seen at least 3 different owners in that time but Matt the new owner is by far the best so far. He really does everything possible to help you out he literally goes out of his way to help solve your problem and the staff there is excellent Ralph the office manager is wonderful and the head mechanic is excellent he explains everything he is doing to your car I highly recommend if your car needs maintenance do your self a favor and bring it to meineke and you will be extremely happy

If you work for a living, dont even bother trying here. Theyre only open till 6:00 and will turn you away starting at 5:15... I just dont understand the logic and how places stay open like this. Luckily, their competition keeps better hours and got my car taken care of.

Contacted Meineke and spoke to the shop manager Ralph. He was very polite and professional. Explained my issues and he said bring in the vehicle right away. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Ralph and he explained the process of inspection. After his technician diagnosed the problem he explained what was needed and how long it would take. I was allowed to see and discuss the issue with both. The repairs were completed very promptly and Ralph contacted me and informed me my vehicle was ready. I highly recommend this shop for any of your repairs you won’t be disappointed.

Writing this sitting in here. Been here for nearly 50 minutes for a “quick oil change”. Desk guy was rushed and not friendly at all, you can hear them revving you car for 5 minutes beside you in the waiting room. Wouldn’t suggest this place for a quick change and won’t be coming back

Totally untruthful. Told me no charge for dianogntic. Wanted to charge several hundred dollars when I picked up car. Told me I needed to have $2000+ repair. Took to shop 1/4 miie down road, and they repaired problem for less than $100. Meineke was very unprofessional and dishonest. Never again.Too management needs to investigate this.

I was on call at the hospital I work and couldnt wait until Monday, so I turned to Meineke for help where I usually get the oil changed. Not only did they temporarily fix my car, they treated me with kindness and respect. I had an appointment for 7:30am. it was 2:30pm. when I left there. The job was only supposed to take two and a half hours to complete. Very rude technician cursing at me, bad language, and rough with vehicle while installing parts. I overheard the technician say he broke off a bolt in the manifold upon reinstalling the heat shield to another mechanic. They did not try to get the bolt out. Their fix was put two hose clamps around my exhaust pipe and heat shield. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY UPSETTING.

I was driving from Charlotte to Winston-Salem when I noticed the bottom engine cover on my car was coming off and almost dragging on the road. I pulled into this Meineke shop late on a Saturday afternoon to see if they could help me out. Within 5 minutes, they secured it with additional screws and had be back on the road. Super friendly and helpful. If I lived in the area, they would certainly have my repeat business.

Great customer service the only thing i didnt like is that they didnt offer tire rotation with my oil chamge
