Stopped in this morning to scope out a few vehicles i was interested in purchasing. They look great from a distance however, when I got closer they were dented and scratched. No big deal, other than one looked like it had literally be stabbed. The tires were terrible on the ones I looked at and the interiors definitely wasn’t clean. One had dirty napkins all over it, the other had a gas station drink cup still in it. Would not recommend buying a vehicle from them. They obviously don’t care about cleaning the cars, so I can’t trust them to take care of them enough to sell me a good one.

Went to check out a vehicle with my mother really nice people ended up buying the vehicle from them would recommend this place I would definitely call them if ever looking for another vehicle!

I purchased this beauty from Treadz in Mooresville, NC.Purchasing this baby was such a pleasure.Its a family run business that gives you the feel of genuine caring. No pressure, no sales pitches, no run around or double talk. The vehicle was as described with no hidden surprises, (only good ones!).The owners are an amazing couple that work with you and make you feel as if they were helping out a loved one of their own. They are truly caring, warm and good hearted folks that want to see you walk away happy, not just make a sale.I have dealt with other car dealers that smile in your face but make you feel like they are rummaging through your pockets as they are smiling at you. This experience had that old time feel of honesty and integrity not greed. They went over the vehicle and made sure any repairs necessary(older model) were taken care of before they would allow it to leave the lot. The way it should be!I highly recommend them if you need a vehicle that is reliable or if you are in need of knowledgeable, trustworthy car repairs. They will take the time to help you make a decision that is right for you not one that is right for them. We all need more businesses that care about their customers as they do. 5 stars?... Heck, Id give them 10!

I really was not going to comment.I called you to report an issue after you worked on my car. My car had been driven less than 10 miles since you worked on it. I did mention other people had worked my car. I mentioned that because I wanted you to check the work and you AGREED! I am driving out of town and there is a horrible roar from the wheel you worked on and the one I asked you to inspect.You then call me about my review. You further denied everything and that’s fine let me leave my review. You showed no concern for me.Did you make it home okay?Is your car running okay?Would you like us to take a second look?15.00 10.00 off brake change?Ur offer was nothing after you worked in my car and it was disabled within 10 miles of driving.Don’t contact me again.

Amazing customer service... Gave me a dollar for the vending machine when I had a hungry toddler as a walk in, seems like a small gesture but it was HUGE. You dont get fast friendly customer service like this anymore. Will recommend to everyone and will be coming here for all of my tire needs
