Bob and Millie and their family have established a service business with an atmosphere that personifies Main Street small town values like a scene out of Its A Wonderful Life. But, equally as important, is the value and competitive rates that the team has found for my insurance requirements. We have been doing business with the Insurance Center for well over 20 years. If we have any questions with Workers Comp, Liability, Auto, personal or even now with Medicare insurance, this company has always jumped right on our question and had an answer either immediately or within a few hours. We have never had to wait for a reply. The employees are always courteous, very professional and very friendly. You will not get the stiff shoulder here like in so many businesses of today. Have been having issues getting a customers tag transferred because of issues with an FS-1 showing that insurance was added on the day of purchase. The DMV rejected the documentation 3 times. I requested a new one with the information provided by the DMV to have it completed correctly so that it would be accepted only to receive a call from the OWNER HIM SELF, yelling in the phone as soon as I answered and telling me that I don’t know how to do my job. This was not my request or my rejections, it came strictly from the DMV! He continued to over talk me, yell in the phone, and insult my intelligence, verbally stated that I don’t know what I’m doing. I have turned in everything that they have given me. The DMV are the ones rejecting it. The effective date needed to show effective 4/9/21, the date that the vehicle was purchased, which on the document it shows the effective date for the policy 1/10/21. I sent a screenshot that came from the DMV stating that this is what they are requesting and why it keeps rejecting. He wanted to boast about him being in business for 20years so there is no way that he could be wrong! Very unprofessional and doesn’t have the customers best interest to get issues resolved! I asked him to call the DMV or for us to call them. He stated he was not because he didn’t screw it up, that I had. He only want to prove that they are CORRECT! Would give a minus if I could!

I command the Insurance Center for serving the community for such a long time, there service is first rate. Any time I had a question John and his daughter would get an answer, and I like you are treated like family not just a customer. Congratulations to John and his staff a big well done
