Rich at Griffin insurance has helped us out with a variety of insurance needs — auto, renters, landlord policies. We’ve had to change policies a lot due to moves, new vehicles, etc. I’ve been impressed with the rates and the service. Definitely highly recommend!!!

I have always worked with Jackie or Debbie and they are always spot on! Coverage is top notch and price is competitive. They never take shortcuts which really make the difference of a claim should ever arise. I had one fender bender and not at fault but thank goodness they made sure I had uninsured motorist coverage as that saved my backside when I was hit by someone who did not have any insurance coverage! They are very supportive of the local community as well as they are involved with several organizations across the Lake Norman community.

I have been a loyal customer for many years, however; I will now be taking my business elsewhere. This office made a mistake with my policy and funds were taken out of my account when not authorized. They did not take responsibility for their petty mistakes and treated the situation with such carelessness. It is unfortunate that we put our trust in this office/company for so long for them to not acknowledge their wrong and find a way to resolve. I would not recommend this company for the mere fact that we (the customer) rely on trust and satisfaction in which both were not met.
