Agent Sally Brooks has been great to work with as she is quick to respond to messages and always has time to answer questions. Her staff is just as responsive. Sally Brooks and her fantastic team are the best in the area! I moved to Mooresville about 3 years ago and had the nicest person on her team Hatim Alyamani provide me with a homeowners and auto quote and it saved me a ton of money compared to my old plan! Also I had a hail damage claim that had some issues with getting approved and Sally not only talked to me about how to handle the claim additionally she worked hand in hand with the adjuster which was just above and beyond and very much appreciated. She is very responsive, customer focused and just an all around delightful person to work with. I always know that Hatim and Sally will have my back! You will not be disappointed.

Extremely helpful with a question i called them about. In addition, i was also offered opportunities to save money on our car insurance.

This place is literally the worst. I had them from 2016 for renters insurance and in 2017 my roommate called to see if we could do something about mold damage to our stuff because the apartment we had and mold and we didn’t find it until we started moving out. The agent we had talked to said they don’t cover that stuff the end right. Fast forward 2018 I have now had renters insurance with sally brook going on 3 years. Not once have I heard about anything on the question we ask the agent in 2017. Now all the sudden we don’t get covered. So I paid them 100s of dollars, no claim made and they say they can’t cover me anymore. So think if you had to make a claim they will drop you.

This office is everything but helpful. State Farm is not the problem. It is specifically this office. They lack any common courtesy and their service is appalling. I would NOT recommend them. You should try a different agent if you are going to give State Farm your business.

I have never actually been allowed to speak to the agent, and the rest of the staff in the office have to be asked multiple times to get anything done, after which it is usually done incorrectly. There are 4 other SF agents in Mooresville, pick another one.EDIT: After posting this review, Sally reached out to discuss what could be improved in the future.
