Wont insure at actual cost value which is the standard for home and cheaper for client. ACV is replacement cost - depreciation. If you want an insurance company that wont give you options and forces their more expensive Replacement Cost insurance on you than this is the company for you. I bought my house for 70k and they wouldnt insure it for under 165k lol, what a joke
