Good service, good prices. Only issue I had was that the oil pan cover on my Prius came loose after the oil change. There are 3 push pins that secure it and not quite sure how they came loose driving 1.5 miles down the road. But, they were nice and made sure they were secure when I brought it back.

I have taken our vehicles here consistently for years. They are efficient and friendly, and they are quick to help you out if they see something that needs fixing, but they are never pushy. Feels great to have a team working on you car that you can trust. I really appreciate their top-off service, as well. Highly recommend these guys.

If I could give this place zero stars I would . Please Avoid. Took my car in for an oil change drove back home and my car leaked oil all over my garage. Took it back and they said it was an excess of oil. Went back home and was still leaking oil . I took it to the Jiffy Lube in Naperville off of 75th and they fixed the problem. They had to replace the drain plug and gasket at no charge even though they are not affiliated . I did inform the Montgomery location of the problem and requested a full refund for all the trouble I went thru and they did not want to do that . Please don’t make the same mistake .Please if you can make the drive to the Naperville location or they also are the same owners of the one in Aurora on Sullivan Rd.

Had a bulb out and was told by another mechanic that my whole front headlight had to be removed to replace bad bulb. Pulled in and was greeted by Robert. When I explained what I needed, he had the hood popped bulb removed and replaced in under 10 minutes! Thank you!

Got it done quickly but thats only cause they were supposed to close in ten minutes and had 5 people working on the car at once, found the old bulb in my trunk? Idunno, just odd. Kinda expensive.

I Work nearby, and took my car for an oil change, which was done promptly. While driving back to work, a very short distance of about half a block, the was running rough and then stalled as i pulled into the lot. I called and Robert came right over, helped me determine that the issue was a blockage in the throttle body, which he cleared. The car then started right up and has been running since.

Went to this location a few days back and Im pretty sure they did not change my oil but toped me off.( still very dirty for being synthetic and when I change it it looks clean after) They also over filled my oil past the max line and had to tell the guy changing my filter to put the new o ring on my oil filter housing after he was already screwing it back on. Not happy about this. Still have to much oil in my car.

The staff is nice, Ive never had an issue with them being unprofessional. I do have one concern ... last time I went I noticed they were telling everyone they have the synthetic blend for their prior oil change, which seemed to confuse everyone. I understand there are sales goals, and while its a good way of making people think this was a decision they made, its dishonest. When you are dishonest to get a sale, it makes me question your integrity.

Not a fan of that big guy who wants to be in charge of the register. He didn’t even ask if I wanted the most expensive oil. He took it upon himself to choose that for me. I was wondering why my bill was $20 over what I usually spend at jiffy’s and that was why. Never going back to this location

I always have use this story for my car service and the service has been okay. However, today when I atop for service, they had around 3 cars waiting and two in a middle of servicing and 4 employees in total. One of the working in the bottom of one car the other looking around not knowing what to do, the other walking from car to car just looking at them and the last one disappeared. I waited around 20 minutes and nothing changed so I decided to leave to do my service in ono the place because I really did not trust my vehicle to this guys that looked unhappy in or no experience at all. Im use to an welcoming environment in jiffy lube.

I brought my Smart Fortwo here not knowing if they would change the oil since it is such a different car, being so small. I had also heard from other Smart car owners not to go anywhere except for the dealership. I have to say the manager came out and said they could change the oil. They were super friendly and fast. I highly recommend this location for an oil change and other car maintenance!

Fast, efficient, and with a great attention to detail. Jiffy Lube as a company tends to be a bit overpriced, but when I can getting/out in under 25-30 minutes and they go the extra mile (even cleaning off my windshield for me) it goes a long way in the customer service category

This is in reference to the store located on the corner of Montgomery road and Douglas ave. I dont usually leave bad reviews, but my experience was so bad that I felt like I needed to warn other people. I brought my truck in for a simple oil change and when they gave it back to me it started stalling out. I stalled out at the light in front of the store. I drove it for a few days thinking they overfilled the oil, but it just got worse. I brought it back and they told me the car was old and that it was impossible that an oil change could cause a car to stall. They refused to take responsibility for their error. I brought it to my mechanic in Naperville and it took them an hour to diagnose and the fix the problem as a dislodged silencer box that restricted the air flow. They told me I should go back to Jiffy Lube and get my money back. When I responded to Jiffy Lube with this information they never got back to me. I will never go to this location or any Jiffy Lube again and you shouldnt either.

I stopped in for a uber inspection, it was 5:52pm and they close at 6pm, the guy told me he couldnt do it because they were about to close. Technically they are still open.

Good service. Nice attendants. Been going there for 2 years, but not anymore. One of the attendants stripped my emergency brake sometime while moving the car in and out of the bay. I didnt find out until a few days later. They never said anything to me. I will never go back her again. I doubt many mechanics would tell you if they accidentally broke something on your car, and this is one of them.

I went to this location on 11/22/2017. They broke my glove compartment. It will no longer close. They admitted fault and I was given the manager’s phone number and left two voicemails with no reply. I never complain about businesses but this really makes me mad. DONT GO THERE!
