Express is our go-to for oil changes and even questions about full service. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

Mr. Daniel Roberts is a true professional at his managerial position. Its a great pleasure to see him upon arrival.Great knowledge and experience.Thank you Mr. Roberts for all you do.Also the rest of the staff. Of course managed again correctly by Mr. Roberts.As I read the comments they are absolutely wrong. In a world of rushed performance. Its a great pleasure to be able to come and know that your means of transportation is being handled with care. Time should not be an issue.

10 minute oil change??? We were sat over the pit for 45 minutes. Seemed like everyone who worked there had AAD. (adult attention disorder). Manager?? Joe, loudly informed everyone he was going for a $#!t whilst we were getting serviced. Unfortunately I have to give one star that is undeserved.

Didnt get the service that I usually get. The manager started on my car then pushed me off to another employee who was already working on another car. He turned around to work on someone else vehicle.

I called from 5 miles away, and asked again when I pulled in, if they did lube services. Was told yes both times. Then, when they got me in the bay, I asked a third time. Maam, our grease gun is broken. Wish they would have told me that before I drove all the way over there. 5 bays and only 1 grease gun? Really?

Obviously there are employee issues that need to be handled privately not yelling out over the cars.. The Manager on duty (Daniel) is not very nice when speaking to people. He cuts you off when you are asking a question. Im sure this has to do with stress.You are expected to wait but noone tells you what is going on.Everyone disappears.This issue was communicated before leaving.A long wait but everything handled in the end...

Good, quick services. Each location is different but quality and customer service was appreciated. Communication with the patrons could HAVE been better. Some of us do not know anything about how their services works Please explain better.

The guy who service my car was extremely nice very professional and showed that he actually cares about his job I would highly recommend going to this location to have your car serviced thank you guys for all your hard work.

I will give them an c for efforts. They try hard but they need more skilled people1 certified mechanic.

I went to this Express Oil Change #1603 while I was burning time before I went in to work. While they were courteous I was asked if I wanted to go ahead and get my air filter replaced. I was told that the regular price was $20.99 but that they would let me get it for 13.99 if I went ahead and let the replace it. I agreed and after I had left I was looking through my receipt and low and behold I was charged full price for the air filter. Also they put my mileage down as 72085 and the actual mileage is 126900 which seems shady to me.

Update to previous review. Since my initial visit to the McGee rd service facility back in December, which did an excellent job, I have had 2 bad experiences. 1st bad experience was with my wifes car. She had the oil changed at the eastern blvd facility. Approximately 1 week later her cars check engine light came on and the fault was for dirty oil. She had the oil checked at a local change facility and it was a quart low. They did another oil change, and I have the filter from that change and it is not as clean a filter as you think from 1 week previous. I had also gotten my oil changed in my truck a few days after she did at the eastern Blvd facility. So I decided to take a look at my oil and filter. The filter on my truck had an install date written on it from the McGee Rd facility of 12/9/19. The date I first got Express to change it. They supposedly changed my oil and filter on 2/7/20 at McGee rd. I will also attach a pic of the filter . Needless to say this is a very bad way to run a business. Engine damage from dirty oil is very significant possibility from these action.
