It didn’t clean my car well after 2 washes and i was on the monthly service and had an employee to assist with making sure I cancel it he assured me it would not charge me anymore and now I got charged again and they will not give a refund. Worst customer service. I wouldn’t recommend a play car to get cleaned here.

Needed a car wash badly. The Goo-Goo on Carter Hill was closed for some reason. You’re wasting your money here unless your car is already moderately clean but want a quick once-over. No bug prep. Also, you pay for the cleaning products (didn’t need those for the interior but just a note) The vacuums work well!

Lets be real.... we all go to the car wash to clean the inside of the car right? What actually separates car wash from others? The detail abilities. Aight so it used to be Mr. Ks and they revolutionized the vacuum game with air pressure gun for those hard to reach places. The side vacuum nozzle and the traditional nozzle. Now I dont know what happened to Ks? But Marc-1 stepped in. I got two subscriptions for both my vehicles. If Im not having to continuously give them my card information because the tag doesnt automatically let me in. Im complaining about them not giving me the car wash Im paying for. Then to top it off... the only have the side nozzle vacuums as if a straw wouldnt be better. How do you expect me to clean a truck matt with a cup holder vacuum Marc? If you actually can get through the car wash with no problems its actually a good wash. Albeit... you might have to scrub the bugs off yourself.

This car wash is awful now. When it was Mr K’s it was wonderful but now that Marc 1 has taken over it is terrible. Take your business elsewhere.

Great washing services and really appreciated the unlimited time to use the vacuums made available to customers of the car wash. They also offer a monthly service customers can sign up for.

The card reader wasnt working, but I got a free car wash. The staff was very accommodating and the equipment worked very well.

Cool car wash and great people but they messed up my tint by having to remove my membership sticker. My membership sticker wasn’t working so they had to remove it, scratch up my tint. Now I have to pay $200 to get it fixed. Like I said though cool people and decent wash but hurt my pockets in the long run. Suggestion: if you have tint on the inside of your car...don’t get the interior membership sticker.

Being a manager in a retail environment, the first thing I look for is service I wish I would got the young mans name that was working but he was great I didnt want the monthly car wash deal but I signed up, just cause he took the time too tell me about it and took interest in my truck... I didnt get his name but he had a Ram 1500 like mine... Give him some recognition..when you get a chance...

Friendly service. Excellent facility. Clean and everything works. Recently left another car wash and signed up here for the unlimited.

Does not get the bugs off the front very well and the back of my SUV gets the least amount of attention and that is even with the $20 service. I do like the air gun feature. That is a game changer for me. All in all it gets the vehicle looking a little cleaner.

My car is always half washed, canceling my membership. I still have bugs on my car in the grill as well as on the hood and side of my car. I never heard back from corporate, although I sent them an email, and I actually canceled my membership.

Its actually worse and worse the mat cleaner hasnt worked once sic e I joined and today is a Wednesday at 12:28 and they have cones and its closed.

Vacuums did not work and no towels to dry your vehicle. Prices are higher than my last visit.

The wash cleaned the side of the car well. However, it did not clean the center of the front grille and trunk completely. Vacuum worked great.

I still had dirt on my car after the 20$ wash on the sides and back the attendant that guides you in dosent wash the tag area or the bottom side nor do they have a bug station to get those areas the carwash itself misses but they do offer you hand tire wash and shine which I think was great

Everythings okay, but they do not have pre-wash station and I did not see any glass cleaner. The guy that ran me through was very courteous.

My car looked fantastic after my trip with this store! The only thing I would have preferred is that they have just a little more direction on what to do when you first get there. As a first time user, I wasnt sure where to go or what to do at first.

They need to do a better job of pre-washing vehicles...Thanks for responding Mr. K Carwash. This wasnt the first time your employees performed a poor job of pre-washing. Not just my vehicle but others too! Instead of relying on customers to notify your employees of their lackluster pre-washing, why not train, notify your employees, expect higher performance from them on your end? Yeap!

Great car wash with very strong vacuums. The subscription option seems like a good idea where you can get unlimited washes for a monthly fee. I don’t have a subscription, but am considering one.

Overall I did like coming to this car wash other than the others in Montgomery. However, my issue started on today when I paid over 20$ for a service that was not given. I love the buff and shine and that is one of the reasons I chose to come to this car wash compared to others however on today after paying for our car wash my husband and I noticed at the end of the wash that the buff and shine portion was not working. I asked one of the attendants did it come with the car wash we purchased and he informed me it did but it wasn’t working and hasn’t worked for a while. All I was told is that “they’re working on it”. I try not to make issues about certain things but if people are paying for a service that you are clearly advertising then they should be given that service. If that service is unavailable then you should not advertise that service -therefore they are falsely advertising a service that they are not offering. At least put up something saying that it is not working to give customers that right to choose what wash they prefer depending on the services available.

Got a special rate to pay monthly for unlimited car wash. Love the free vacuum. Love the cart for quick touch up to clean the inside of the car and the air fresheners. Able to get in and out.

Mr. K Carwash Montgomery is the best vehicle wash around the local area.It was my first time to visit Mr. K Carwash Montgomery however was not disillusioned by the administration they gave.After the substantial rain, my vehicle got exceptionally sloppy that is I why I have to visit a vehicle wash that day. I have been searching for a decent vehicle wash around town. Beneficial thing I discovered Mr. K Carwash Montgomery. Good administration. The vehicle was sparkling clean to the eyes. Whats more, personality you the rate was reasonable.The parlor for the clients was decent and clean. Nothing excessively rich. It was basic yet is pleasant to the eyes. I am not by any means got exhausted in light of the fact that the administration was quick. The administration group looked extremely talented. The getting agent was even well mannered and kind. I like that.Will return to Mr. K Carwash Montgomery again if at any time my vehicle should be cleaned once more. Exceptionally suggested.

Used to be awesome however it had really fallen off on my last visit. It may have just been an off day so Ill try again to see if their quality has went back up to what it used to be.

Purchased a $20 wash and my car wash even halted cleaned, no tire shine and bugs were still on my front and mirrors. Pointed this out to management but they didn’t have a solution. I’ll never spend another penny at this place

Car wash did a great job removing the love bugs from my car. Tire shine works great. Air dryer did great as well. Didnt use the vacuum so I cant comment on that except that it was included in the wash.

I got scared when I pulled the vacuum out of the holster. I thought it’s gonna suck my carpet away. The value, quality, and extra amenities (towels, cleaners, and two different kinds of vacuums) cannot be beaten. I only wanted to do a simple exterior wash, but I ended up spending about two hours cleaning ins and outs of my car. My car is a new car again. I don’t see this kind of service in Atalanta. Montgomery is lucky to have a place like this.

Was in town from Florida and needed to wash my truck on a Saturday morning after the drive and to get all those bugs off. This car wash was across the street from the hotel I was staying. I got there right before they were to open and havent even removed the chain yet. But a COP in an black unmarked car in the parking lot turned his light and siren on and waved at me to move I assume because I was blocking the driveway. So I pull away and circle the parking lot and what do you know when I get back about six cars are now ahead of me entering the car wash. The unmarked COP car included! The actual car wash was great. Like how the staff scrubbed the vehicles before entering the wash. There were towels, air fresheners and window cleaner provided by the vacuums which Ive never seen before at a self service car wash. There was also a mat cleaning machine which I was too intimidated to use nor did I see anyone using it. They were busy for 8 AM on a Saturday as there was a line of vehicles exiting the wash waiting for a vacuum. Id visit this car wash again if Im in the area and need a wash.

They need to enforce a few rules for customers. I drop up to the only spot available for a vacuum and had to dodge the guy next to me, he had cleaning buckets and was full on detailing his car. Loud music is also becoming an issue, I dont care to hear people blasting bass while Im vacuuming. Otherwise, the wash itself is the best in town.

I was running to make it through the car wash last night and got there about 10 minutes before they closed. Hannah and Patricia are amazing, they made the cutest picture on my daughters window, gave me extra time even though it was almost closing time, and had the biggest smiles and looked like they really enjoyed their jobs. I would definitely use them again and tell everyone I know to also. Great car wash, amazing vacuum, cleaning supplies, and awesome staff, what more could you want!!

The staff was very helpful. I did not get to vacuum because it was so full. Also I am not sure I received the 20 dollar wash. With that one the tires usually have a good shine but not today.

I got a $6 wash and was able to vacuum my car out and use the glass cleaner and multi-purpose spray to finish the job. My car looks great! Satisfied customer.

Quick and convenient car wash that doesnt damage the paint. The staff at the entrance to the automated car wash get bugs and heavy soil off before the main wash begins. Then you can use the vacuums afterward which are included in the wash fee. Very good job cleaning our Honda Ridgeline when we visited the area.

I DO NOT DO automated car washes but I was out of town and it look like a clean place to get my car cleaned. And I was not disappointed... this will be my go to spot when Im in Montgomery. My wash lasted all week even after driving back home to mobile 157 miles to be exact!

Ive never had an unpleasant experience there. The vacuuming area is always clean and stocked with microfiber towels and various sprays.

I have never experienced a bad moment there at the carwash . I very pleased to see the black towels now verse the yellow ones . Great car wash. I use it quite often. Yet today as I pulled in and an employee began to pre-wash my vehicle he broke my hood scoop ACCIDENTALLY! Management place a piece of blue tape on it and told me they could do nothing about it but I could email someone in reference to it. She said it was already broken When they have a ton of cameras that saw the guy hit it and broke it ACCIDENTALLY I repeat. Because I did a police report they say there is nothing we need to discuss about it because I made an report about damages done to MY car and yes on their camera! An simple Im sorry would have been the best way to approach the situation and go forth. According to the police they saw that it was broken by the employer and an report was made. In business or life in General if you ACCIDENTALLY do something showing a sign of remorse or sorrow doesnt make you less of a person/businessman. Youll gain more respect and appreciation by using the simplest words ever. I will go forth! My rating is because of lack of interest in an accidental situation. People work hard for their vehicles and use this place to maintain them. Please show more care and concern when an accident occurs.
