Its located inside the Maxwell airbase. The normal/basic car wash is $9.. and the employee at that time when we visited is really accomodating, hell instruct what to do before heading to the entrance of the drive thru car wash.. So put your gears in NEUTRAL. He also gave us a plastic of various chocolates to enjoy while inside the car. hahaha. I find it cool. In that plastic bag, we received an offer of paying a monthly car wash for $22 and having the 2nd month for free.. We will avail that offer. Hahaha I enjoyed this experince. Its amuzing and our car was cleaned really well.

First visit today. Got Silverado washed after deer season. The two young men on duty were very nice and helpful. Due first visit I was allowed a free wash. Excellent! Facility was clean, fully operational and easy to use. Club plan costs $22.00 and you can get as many washes a month as desired! Will definitely be returning. Highest recommendation.

Great customer service as well as a good thorough car wash. There are 8 fully functioning vacuums that are free to use after your car wash. They also have package deals for wash options.

Kwik Kar Wash is operating a scam on a US Air Force base. As seen in other reviews, BEWARE of signing up for their monthly wash subscription. I signed up, got unexpected orders elsewhere and had to cancel. They require a written form to cancel, which I realize now is the first layer of the the scam they are running. I submitted the cancellation form and even kept the copy for my records. 8 months later I realized I’m still getting charged, which has totaled over $200.The only way I could find contact info was by calling the gas station next door to get the car wash’s phone number, as no contact info is available online. The manager assured me I would get a refund back in December of 2020, but since then he has completely ignored multiple attempts to contact him.Even better, the customer service email listed on the parent company’s website isn’t an active email address so that’s a dead end too. I hate to think of how many service members are getting the same treatment.I am currently looking into options with the first sergeant in the Force Support Squadron to get this company’s contact to operate on base reviewed and hopefully canceled, as they should not be allowed to operate on base any longer.

Second time reviewing this place:Really tired of coming here and being exposed to VERY LOUD and OBSENE music being blasted over the entire property. Completely unprofessional. Unfortunately this is my closest option since I live in base.First review:I signed up for the monthly plan here for two different vehicles not long after they opened. After a couple of months I realized I wasn’t using the car wash enough to make it worth it. I filled out the two-week written notices they require to cancel the monthly plan. They continued to automatically charge my debit card for two vehicles for the following two months. That’s $140 dollars. I asked them to fix it over a month ago. They fixed the recurring charge and said I’d get my refund within 30 days. First they said it would be a check in the mail, which never came. Then they said it would be automatically refunded to my account, which never happened. I’m still fighting to get my refund. I was so excited to have a car wash on base. Unfortunately, they don’t have proper business management processes in place. Just beware of the consequences if you sign up for the monthly plan and then try to cancel it.

I dont normally use a drive through car wash. I do have to admit that this cleans better than a touchless wash. This works when youre tight on time and cant give your ride the old fashioned hand wash and wax.

These are the strongest vaccums Ive ever seen at a car wash, especially on base. I just stopped by to clean up some crumbles in my car, and I wanted to do the whole car after.

Free vacuuming was great. Didnt use carwash so I cant offer an opinion on that aspect.

Free vacuums, but they wouldnt allow me to go through with bike racks. A sign would have been helpful.
