When you do business with them you can expect an Honest estimate, spotless finish, brilliant lasting shine from bumper to bumper, and a immaculate interior all for a very reasonable price. I would give them 10 stars if I could, because out of all the businesses in Montgomery, they would deserve it the very most.

Great great customer service. The personnel there are family and friends. The attention to detail on my bright white Jeep Wrangler is amazing. everything is beautiful shiny clean and all of the cracks and crevices. My experience in the past was great but with this time around it wasnt they had to keep my car overnight due to no one showed up for work from what was told to me. My car had got shampoo and washed but when my car was cleaned it was a mess at first but the floor was still wet they placed my rugs down over wet floor in which caused maggots to form on the floor underneath the mat. I was wondering why it was always flies in my car and that where they were coming from once the mat was moved. I liked there business before but after this experience I will be going some where else.

Was very pleased with the work. Had stained seats and they cleaned very well.

They did a great and thorough job on our truck. It took about 5 hours. So make sure you have a ride to drop your vehicle off. The price was slightly above average at $175.

My friend Sunnye had a wonderful experience so I decided to give them a try. The outside looked great, the interior was not clean. They tried to make it right but it was so much not done. They told me that next time I bring my car 🚗 in that it would be for free.

Outstanding! I’m simply stunned at what Mr B was able to do with my truck.

They did an excellent job on our car! We had the inside detailed. It was pristine. They removed stains and the funky odor. They are super nice and are up front about their prices. Highly recommend.

It was awful I waited four hours for detail. It was not done correctly they didnt clean my headlining my dashboard and car doors no polish anywhere. I would never go back again. All they did was shampoo my carpet. After complaining I had to wait another 40 minutes for them to make Corrections. I cant believe they charged me $95 for a job that was not complete .

Paid for detail but to only find a vacuum and car wash. Will not recommend nor return.

Clean nice service

They did a an okay job on the interior detailing but completely failed to clean the front bumper leaving dozens of visible bug marks. I bought the Deluxe wash but it was a complete waste of $85. The bthird row wasnt vacuumed nor were the inside windows cleaned. I should have stayed in complaint but after waiting 3 hours ( 1.5 hours longer than originally told to expect) I just had to get out of there. Bottom line save your money and go somewhere else.

I have been extremely pleased with the quality of service at Mr. Bs! They do an outstanding job and went way above and beyond on customer service. I cannot recommend enough!

Update: they have moved to the Sears building in Eastdale Mall.Great car wash, but not always the most detailed or complete. I have left there and had to wash off the front bumper. Over the years, the areas not waxed showed it.A car wash job is one where employees come and go. Mr. B cant wash cars himself, but he tries to make sure his workers do a good job. His wife and family always do a good job. It is the people who get burned out after three months and quit that are the problem.James Evans from Good Times was always getting laid off from the car wash, not a lot of money for the workers.

Just spent $85 to get my. Car interior cleaned for 5 hours and my door is dirty and steering wheel . And now im late for work. Definitely wont be using again and wouldnt recommend

Absolutely loved Mr. B he is such a sweet man. They did an excellent job on the interior of my Honda Pilot. I have 2 small kids that made all kinds of stains from God only knows what, and they were able to get 98% of them out. These were NOT small, easy stains either. So I commend them. The money I spent was well worth it.

Mr. Bs is a multigenerational family business operation, which is tremendously detailed oriented. They deliver top quality services, and never leave anything to be desired. Their hands are the only ones that clean my cars.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Spoke on the phone describing removing an accent pin stripe from my 2014 Silverado. Mr. Bs words- no more than $50. After returning, he says thatll be $100. I said- thats not what we talked about on phone and when you inspected the truck upon drop off. Mr. B asked, can you meet me at $75.00? After realizing what he was doing, I just paid and got out of there. Did a terrible job also. Do not use Mr. B.

Horrible experience. $65 for a wash, vacuum and dirt still on the car. Better off going on Norman Bridge rd. Detail shop.

Mr. B’s Auto Detail made my 2011 car look like it just came off the lot. I dropped it off in the morning and it was ready in the afternoon even though I didn’t make an appointment. I will definitely use them again.

Its a worst detailing center I ever saw or went. He broke my HDMI connector in my Honda CRV and I never recommend this dirty detailing center to any one. Please dont go and spoil your car. he charged me 160 for complete detailing and after looking at the car I felt that I should have done better job than this scums. If you love your car please avoid this people.

Mr. Bs does a great job anytime. Just make sure that you go while Mr. B is there to oversee everyone. He makes the difference.

Owner chipped paint on my car we ended up in court he made claimes of not having enuff money to pay for my insurance deductible so i settled for less.

I have been going to Mr Bs for over 15 years. I started out with Saturn Car Wash but after getting my truck back twice with dirty interior surfaces from using dirty rags I tried Mr B. I wont go anywhere else. If he cant get me in, I just wont have anyone do it. Dont know the posters $30 mishap but if he would have said something to Mr B or Mrs B it would have been straightened out immediate.yu
