I liked it overall.especially the bug station. The vacuums are powerful and the small nozzle fits between the seats. The bug station water could have been cleaner with more soap.

I always have a pleasant experience at Richs Carwash. Richs goes the extra mile. They have a pre-wash station and spry cleaners with fresh towels and powerful vacuum cleaners.

I think I could say the place has always been clean they very courtesy out to the customers and make sure that they you know satisfied when they leave I like it

Did a great job cleaning the car we got the $15 Dollar wash I was shocked how clean and shiny it looked.. almost looked hand washed even the tires, it was visually pleasing as well not your average car wash it had color lights that lit up the car when the suds covered the windows..it definitely would be a fun experience for children as well..plus it was fast

The first vacuum I tried didnt work.

I’ve been a car wash club member for months, but today my antenna popped off. I asked the guys to check the wash for me. Without hesitation, one of them went to look for it — and brought it to me. (I failed to get his name.) Then, Dalton in the office worked with me to fill out a report. He also put it back on the car (a temporary fix until it can be repaired). Everybody was so nice and helpful! Thanks, guys!***** UPDATE: They did what they said they would! Jason with Richs Car Wash contacted Classic Collision in Montgomery and asked them to order the part. The body shop set up an appointment for me and replaced my antenna this morning! Awesome businesses! *****

Me and my boyfriend pay for this service on a monthly basis but they’ve been charging us twice a month.they told us something about contacting the regional manager but never got back to us and now they are not answering our calls. Looks like we’ll have to go to court to settle this because they’ve probably done this to a lot of customer

Last Thursday I went here for the drive-thru carwash & was highly disappointed. They barely touch your vehicle with a low pressure pressure washer from one guy only on your driverside. I got the most expensive wash ($2-$3 more than others) & I saw no good results afterwards.

Best automatic car wash Ive used. Great prices, as cheap as $5, and the $18 wash is very thorough and you even get a free air freshener. DIY pre-wash station for scrubbing off bugs and tough dirt before going through the wash is a nice bonus, and the amenities are great. Lots of clean dry towels, powerful vacuums, and good floor mat cleaning machines that clean more thoroughly than others Ive tried. Highly recommended.

You can get a monthly membership for a daily wash and vacuum starting at $20 a month. $3 basic wash on mondays. The vacuums usually work really good. My kids like the colors of the lights in the drive thru wash

Three dollar car wash on Monday was terrific. My car was so dirty, embarrassing to have such a nasty car. I felt like I was driving a brand new car after that carwash.

Richs has $3 basic car wash every Monday. Try to take both of my vehicles on Monday morning. Prewash bugs off, run through the Automatic wash, clean the interior and I vacuum and clean the mats too.

Perry Hill car wash is the best.

Today was one of many days out of many months that I decided to wash my car. As a single parent, a car wash is always at the end of the list of things to get done. But it was great to be an atmosphere where the Small Things count and that you were important. I appreciate the over and Beyond attitude that was displayed to my family as our sub was detailed today. Thanks and will return for many more occasions.

Nice clean car wash. It is pretty new. I havent seen this location here late last year when I was on this side if town.

Arrived at this new car wash only to be told by the attendant that they were having mechanical issues. But on the bright side, he offered to let me vacuum my car while they worked on it. So, I appreciated that. When I finished the vacuum, the attendant said they had fixed the issue.Of the three similar businesses in Montgomery offering automated washes, I would have to say I prefer Goo Goo or Mr. Ks. While Richs is is newer and does a good job, it is not the best value of the three. Richs also offered no air freshener. Goo Goo provides one to hang from the mirror and Mr. K offers a variety in spray bottles for you to use after the wash. Mr. K also provides rags and different spray cleaners to help you clean the windows and interior. Richs is convenient to my home, so I may use it out of expediency, but prefer Mr. K as the best value.

Also does a great job on my car. Even their cheap 3 dollar wash on Mondays gets the dirt off of my wheels. Its not too harsh and they give you a air freshener. They offer 20 and 30 dollar monthly packages as well. Its a good deal.

This is my new favorite car wash. To begin with, they are open on Sunday. I used to go to Goo Goo, and it would always be Sunday and they were closed. Richs also has great specials going on week days. I got buy one get one free for $15. Also, they have a prewash station where you can scrub the bugs off your grill, mirrors, windshield, etc, before entering the actual car wash. After the wash the vacuums are very good and they have damp cleaning cloths for your dash and interior. Its a real step up from other car washes.

Watch out Goo goo! The new kid on the block has a bug washing station. I can get out of my car and scrub the bugs away before I wash. Vacuum cleaners are more powerful than standard car wash vacuums.

A very good car wash. Has a re-bugging station before you enter to wash. Only issue is I drive a truck and after I went thru the whole back end of my vehicle loomed as though it hadnt been touched. Other than that very good place. I use these locations whenever I can.

Best deal around. $30.00 a month and I can quickly have my car professionally cleaned and looking new within minutes. Never have to leave your car unless it needs vacuuming.

My first time using this facility and will be my last. Staff was very unprofessional. They did not explain the procedure. The package I paid for included wheels, air fresher and tire shine which I got none of. They barely sprayed my truck before going into the car wash and you could hardly tell it had been through the wash. Very disappointed.

Dont go here if you have a light bar on your vehicle, they say they can turn off the part that hits it, but it hits mine every time. They have great vacuums tho, best i have used.

I am terrified of using a car wash where ANYTHING touches my vehicle but I must say, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased. No, the car wash didnt get ALL of the bugs off of the front of my vehicle, even with me pre-treating, but I cant and wont blame it on the machinery. It was H-O-T that day and if the pretreatment dries because nature is thirsty, it is no fault of the Car Wash. Of the many car wash locations I have visited around the country this is one of the better locations. The young man that guided me was kind and friendly, which is hard to find this day in age, and he was helpful. The self-serve vacuum post washing is an awesome addition to the car wash purchase. I will definietly use this location more often and refer friends and family as well.

Ive only been sitting so far 22 minutes!!!!!!!!!!!!Nooooooooooooooo urgency in assisting me at all. Im going to cancel this membership!!!!!!! Its horrible. Im eating had just sitting. The fact that Ive had enough time to review is even more pathetic.So the wash clerk tells me he cant find my information but I pay every month so he cant let me in. IM so livid right now. Horrible service!!!!!
