I have always been a fan of express car washes and they rarely have anything unique to offer. The wash isnt unique but unlike at other washes I have never had my vehicle damaged, there is always room available and the employees are nice. Im a member of their wash club and that makes it very affordable if you like going through more than even twice in a month.

Good wash and pretty good vacums. The end vacums did have a lack of suction, however.

Went by at 520PM and closed. No explanation and no one in sight. Hours posted on web site had them open till 8. LD

Edit:They say there are inaccuracies in my review, but they use the same tactic as my review, he said, they said. I said they never told us that policy, they said they did. I said they never directed us to cancel online; they said they are always trained to.Now they said they explained it to me when I signed the brochure; I say they didnt.Also, I said we were leaving MID-JUNE 2021, not months before. The last time I used the car wash for the car linked with the monthly membership was June 11, 2021, and not one time after that (the car is in a different state). They said I used it multiple times after that. How can that be?So whos right? Whos inaccurate? All I know is that they just tell me what they said and I tell them what I said.Ive been a member for years, and Ive had a few bad run-ins with management. Two years ago, I got two monthly membership for two of my cars, but when I drove up with one of the cars, they told me that they cannot do monthly membership for this particular car. So, I asked them to cancel the membership for it. They said okay. Later I found that Ive been charged close to six months worth of membership fees. When I asked them to refund it, they only gave me store credit.Now this: months ago, starting sometime in February 2021, I told management that I am leaving mid-June to move out, so I need to cancel membership then. I told management multiple times, over and over again. Even my son asked them to cancel the membership. Every time we got this response: Okay, we got it. Well take care of it. Dont worry Bruce. But they didnt, and Ive been charged AGAIN. When I went back to dispute the charge, they told me that it is my responsibility to cancel the charge online. This was the first time I heard it, but they are claiming that this is their policy and every employee was trained this way. Of course, they wouldnt believe me when I said that it was my first time hearing this (my English is not good, so my son is writing this review).My son called the main branch to complain and got the same response: Theres nothing we can do. Its your dads responsibility. Our policy has always been the same. We cannot make exceptions just because one of managers mightve never directed your dad to the online site. Theres nothing I can do for your dad. My son and I are a bit baffled.After years of being a member, this is how we get treated.

Good wash. Drying is an issue. Membership is worth it if you live in the area. Staff is good.

Great place for that quick wash and cleaned out your way... because you do it yourself. Im more of the hand wash style. These days you have to get in where you fit in, or can get in.

I liked the way it washed my trucks. The guys that wash off the bugs and grimes do a very good job.

Always good to come there for our wash the team clean well and be plenty of soap for the tires and clean towels to dry extra and shine love going there

Automated wash does a good job & the employees do a good job of addressing the spots that most washes miss. It doesnt do a very good job of drying the rear of a SUV but I have not used one yet that does. It does better than any other other wash I have used.

Kids working the belt were on their phone the entire time the 2 times Ive gone. Now I see a video of the belt malfunctioning and them not holding responsibility for the damages that occurred to the cars. If the kids werent on their phones, they probably could be paying attention to avoid it happening. Blaming the car in front for not having brakes on is a poor excuse for you not holding responsibility. Not to mention the vacuums barely work but at least they have the supplies to help clean your car if thats what youre looking for.

First time being at the carwash and didnt know anything about it. This nice gentleman explained everything about how the car wash works. Great service great! Overall great experience!

They equipment damage my tire wheel and stem i spend 200$ from my pocket my fault was taking my car to this car wash they did not pay for my damage ill never go to the wash location again also manager work at this location is very rude and disrespectful worse customer service i ever seen..

Very nice facility and courteous, friendly staff. So far the owner takes pride in their appearance and cleanliness. Im very happy with my experience as to date. I have (3) three unlimited wash packages so I wash my wifes Suv, my F-350 pickup and Weed Eater (CMax) at least once a week and will continue to do so. Continue to maintain your equipment and youll have a customer for life.BTW my wife wants to know if I own Stock in the wash (Lol) as I tell all my friends ......... New and clean and did a great job of cleaning my truck. Quick to get in. Lots of strong vacuum, and they provide clean clothes and spray bottles of window cleaner and interior cleaner. Also have a mat cleaning machine.

The best car wash ever. Always nice and clean with plenty of supplies to use to clean out the inside of your cars. The vacuums also work very good! Super friendly and accommodating staff! Highly recommend this car wash to everyone!

This car wash is easy to get into and out of. Good location, decent price and my car looks really good when it pops out of the wash. Plus, the colorful show is fun.

I usually get my car washed on Taylor Rd. It is convenient. Today I tried this place out. Extremely polite employees, great vacuums, towels and window cleaner available at each vacuum station and floorboard rug cleaners worked great. I will definitely be back. Yes, a little bit further to drive but worth it. Oh, also got a code for a free wash to be used within 2 days! On my way with 2nd car! Thanks!

I’ve been coming to The Wash for a couple months now. The staff is very professional and friendly and the location is very clean to include always having filled containers of window and all purpose cleaner and microfiber cloths. I had a small issue where the scrub brush handle came off and left a minor scratch on my truck. Conner the manager came out right away apologizing and tried to fix it. It helped but there was still a small scratch. He went out of his way to get someone to come to my house to buff it out. It was completely fixed. I can’t say enough about how great this car wash is and how great the team is. I bought an unlimited wash that’s how happy I am with their wash and staff.

Took my 2018 Camaro thur this car wash when I was coming thur last set of brushes notice I had a crack in my windshield took the manager on duty he tells me that been there for a while he could tell by looking at it I told him no sir this is a brand new car I would of seen that if it was so he went to check the camera and said your right it wasnt there so he said he need to do some further research in called told me they cant fix my windshield cause they dont think there equipment did it even tho he didnt see anything on there camera.
