Kiara did my hair and was awesome. She explained every step in the process and did my hair exactly the way that I wanted it. She is also super nice and sweet.

Online it says that they are open until 7. Well apparently thats not 7pm in this time zone, just drove across town and at 5:30 they were closed.

The staff is short and they are over work...only step in to ask for an appointment...couldnt get a definitely appointment just ask to come back and wait to see if I could get slotted in

This was my first time going and I am very disappointed. My appointment was at 12 PM and arrived at about 1150 AM. I was told to come sit in the chair she directed me to which was no problem. I finally had enough and walked out at 1 PM because I was never serviced. The entire time I sat there waiting I was never acknowledged for the long wait.

Need more staff that actually do hair!

Worst experience ever I will not go back in life.

I went in for a silk press and left feeling like i could have done a better job myself. The stylist was more concerned with doing her own hair than mine... Ive never known a stylist to wash their own hair while a client is present...Its been 4 days since a response was added to my initial review. So as requested, i reached out to them and NO ONE has bothered to respond or reach out to me regarding my poor experience. Now I see why the staff is so inadequate. The they are only a reflection of management.

The girl who did my hair was very sweet! But I didnt quite get what I asked and paid for. I did not get a silk wrap, my hair was never wrapped during the process. Im very disappointed in the way my hair looks.

Staff is polite and the store is clean. There is always someone for a last minute quick cut. Convenient location with plenty of parking

The black stylist with the natural hair style is one of the rudest persons Ive ever encountered! What a poor representation of Walmart! She needs to learn how to properly greet customers and be more considerate of their situations. She spoke so ugly to my mother today. Shame on u!!! My mother has been very ill.

I had the worse experience..... .I should have walked out when I got there..The lady that did my hair Combed my relaxed hair so hard.. I told her she was combing wrong and she got upset and put me back under the dryer...when I got up from the chair I saw all my hair on the floor... Ive never lost that much hair doing my own.hair crazy...she flat ironed my hair while it was still wetI went in there thinking I was going to get some advice on how to take care of my hair a big fail..and prices are to high for a wash and flat iron....because shedidnt give me a blow out like she was told to .Where the professionals at.... WARNING IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR HAIR..

Although there is usually a 30-40 minute wait, the ladies here are friendly. They do a great job on my hair.

Its best you book an appointment and the prices are reasonable

No one is ever available to cut my hair, its always the same thing its going to be 2 hours sir, 2 hours? Theres no one in any of your chairs! I wish that I could give this place a 0. I called today to inquire about getting my hair washed. A woman named Lori answered the phone and said that she and Jenae were working. I asked her if Jenae was available and she stated that she did not know. I asked her if she could find out but she told me that Jenae was busy with a customer. She also told me that Jenae left at 8 and had a 6:00 apt. I asked her how would I know if there was availability to wash my hair to which she stated that I would have to call back or come in. She was very short as if she could not verbally ask for me and did not give a care in the world. Does this place not have any type of protocol, scheduling, etc.? I have been in the business before and I have also seen these two totally ignore people and I think Jenae is the manager. Jenae is also the rude black stylist mentioned in an earlier post. Can SmartStyles not find better representatives?

The lady took an hour to give me the worst haircut ive ever had. Different lengths on each side of my head. Long on one side and faded on the other. They could use a smile and personality there too. Turrible like Charles Barkley says.

I walked into this SmartStyle today to get my hair washed and flatironed. I stood at the counter and no-one asked if they could help me. I began to tell them I called and asked about getting my hair washed and flatironed. They told me I called the wrong store. I began to explain myself, which they didnt care to hear. And each stylist didnt ask if they could help me each one had a nasty look or a Im not doing it attitude. The manager finally stated ask the stylist thats at the shampoo bowl ( a casusion lady) if she can. There were 4 stylist on duty, the manager was sitting down with no customer in her seat, one stylist had one customer in her chair. Another had one at the shampoo bowl one customer under the dryer, and another stylist standing without a customer. I sat for a minute, looked at the stylist at the bowl to make eye contact with her, her look was unfriendly uninviting. She didnt open her mouth to me. I gathered my things walked to the counter and expressed my dissatisfaction and there lack of customer service. I stated I am not begging anyone to take my money. I walked out. I will never return nor will I recommend anyone to this SmartStyle.

I went to SmartStyle Hair Salon several times. The last time I went, I had no appointment. The young stylist first said it would be a few minutes. Then in the next breath she changed her mind. I havent been back.

I tried setting an appointment a day in advance and the young lady that answered the phone just gave me the hours of operations instead. I asked the lady do they not take appointments and she stated they do she just doesnt schedule for them. You would think that they would have an appointment book to set appointments.
