I am usually leery of cheap haircuts and prefer a salon experience for my difficult hair, but have never gone wrong here. Lisa usually cuts my hair and she does a terrific job every time, whether it is just updating a current cut, or giving me an entirely different look,. She is also totally fun to talk to, which is a great bonus for a stylist. She is very knowledgeable about the products they carry and always gives great advice about what to go home with. If she isnt there, anyone else she has hired to work there will do a great job as well. I have never been dissatisfied with anyone there, and they all go out of their way to help you find a discount coupon too!

Loved the place. I love going there. They know how to do hair! Very great customer service! The woman Katlin there was great. She knew exactly what my hair needed.! Cuz my hair was out of proportion. God bless her. Great place To go!

July 2019I did not end up getting my hair cut- colored - styled here. So this is just based on the service I received when I want to get price and Schedule my appointment.Easier for me to list Pros and Cons since I didnt purchase a product or service from here.Pros:• Location is great in DalraidaCommons• Safe parking lot• Licence salon• Large Selection of products to buy• Several Stations stylist• Current to date equipment• Open 7 days a week• Constant product sales• Hours are convientCons::::~ staffing was very poor~ Stylist #1hair wasnt kept and pastdue on cut & color herself~ 2 female stylist when I walked in & 2people wait in front of me. I onlyneeded to inquire on price &appointment openings for followingday/Saturday~ 2nd stylist ignored all of us waiting& had no customer herself.~ wait time to only ask a question wastoo long especially when Co-workercouldve at least asked if she couldhelp us. BIG TURNOFF!~ wasnt impressed with such a largesalon lacking stylist~ stylist had to stop in middle ofclients color procedure to walk todesk and ask what I needed. Thiswas not fair to the client paying forservice.~ other stylist just got her purse with acrowd waiting & left not offering tohelp anyone~ This gave me feeling this salon lacksin teamwork, care for others,rudeness, not one who cares how thebusiness they work for looks to theconsumer.~~°*°~~~°*°~~~°*°~~~°*°~~~°*°~~Why would I want to make a appointment here? If they dont care how they look & act with; themselves, to possible clients, with their co-workers and how much they dont care about the business who writes out their paychecks or the needed clients who pay the money so that they will get a paycheck... Examples: Nail stylist should have nice neat, cleen, appropriate nails for themselves,Hair stylist regardless of pink, shaved, weaved etc personal style... they should themselves have neat, clean, colored & styled. Kaitlin does an amazing job with hair and eyebrows!!! You can usually walk in but I would suggest making an appointment to make sure you get in with her!

Terrible absolutey terrible. I showed pictures gave instructions ie the clipper size that is used. Ended up getting a haircut looking like it was done by a child. I have had better barracks cuts than this. Do not no matter the emergency go here.
