Marcie is extremely rude. I have had several encounters with her being short, rude, & interruptive when I have questions about my policies via telephone. I have had state farm for over 20 years but I will be looking to change agents or insurance companies immediately!!! It’s absolutely ridiculous the way she responds to long term, multi line customers like myself. I will be filing an official complaint. I’m extremely upset with the level of customer service provided!!!
