The lady was nice but her service was terrible. I’ll upload pictures to show. I asked for almond shape. All of my fingers were different shapes the nails were slanted, one hand was different than the other the acrylic was laid uneven, she burned my fingers w the file and electric file. She told me it was my finger nail that was crooked . The picture I showered her was very simple- she said “the picture isn’t picture either” I told her “it’s pretty close to perfect but these on my finger are WAY off” she pushed my hand away and said ok just leave.

Went in to get gel manicure and pedicure and called for appt but then they took someone without an appt after I was already there and made me wait 40 minutes. The gel manicure didn’t even last a week before it started chipping and peeling off at the base

I got a regular manicure. Staff was friendly and everything was very clean. Unfortunately, the nail tech did a subpar job on my manicure. She did not cover the nail with the polish OR the topcoat, which means they are immediately going to flake and need repainting... I hate giving negative reviews but for $30 I expect my nails to actually be FULLY painted. I understand a manicure isnt a high priority service compared to acrylics but please have some pride in your work and dont send customers out the door with YOUR HANDIWORK looking bad because it gives an otherwise solid business a bad image!

Went in today for a regular pedicure and gel manicure and I was very happy with the experience. They were able to take care of me right away. The place is very clean and they have nice massage chairs. I did not see any menu with list of prices anywhere, but I had been told by the person who recommended this place to me that the prices were reasonable. I paid $55 before tip for a standard pedicure and gel manicure which did seem reasonable. For me, getting my nails done is a pretty rare treat, but I will certainly be coming back to this nail salon in the future when the opportunity arises again.

Really cute place. Lynn did a holographic gel on my nails and it turned out awesome. Very pleased and will definitely come back. Gave a great foot rub during my pedicure as well.

I’ve had my nails done for several years and impressed with the clean environment and walk in accommodation but was charged almost double for a full set on my second visit just because I requested my nails to be FILED ballerina shape. I’ve never been charged extra elsewhere and told it “required more time.” I was told it was on their price list which was never obvious to me or at least informed prior to getting to the filing stage. In addition, I wasn’t sitting with the clinician but for only 55 minutes not exceeding the “average” hour from start to finish. The filing was uneven and polish was less than satisfactory. Hate to be petty but $45 in comparison to $25 is worth sharing my experience.

All us bridesmaids went here for my best friends wedding. They did a great job on all of us. Loved the atmosphere and everything was clean.

I got a full set of DISASTER.She did nothing with my cuticles. The paint is everywhere like thick in some spots thin in others. The nails themselves are mostly crooked like improperly shapped. Theres still excess under my nails. I wasnt even given any lotion at the end just hurried out.Then to top it off the price said said 28$ then I was upcharged without my knowing to 43$. If you are going to upcharge me tell me. Tell me the price before you do ANYTHING! Dont just spring it on me at the end.Im writing this review while waiting at another nail salon to see if I can get this mess fixed.Safe to say I wont go back and wont be sending anyone their way.

HORRIBLE and PAINFUL EXPERIENCE HERE !!! If I could give this place a sub zero rating, I would !!! Today, I tried to get a gel manicure and the woman burned the majority of my hand with acetone while trying to get the gel off. She left it on for 20 minutes, kept having to put the cotton/foil back on my nails and then when she finally started to try and lift the existing gel, she was digging into my fingers with her own nail. I kept removing my hand in pain, and I tried to convey to one of the other workers there who seemed to speak some english, that I was in pain and wanted someone else to do my nails and nobody helped me. I ended up telling them to stop and leaving with my fingers swollen and BURNING!!! I also then had to return to work with half off gel nail polish. DO NOT GO HERE !!! Oh, and then they also charged me for the pedicure, 40 dollars after that ordeal. It should have been free !!!!

I came in for a pedicure by Helen. She was nice but did not offer me any choice for services. Simple nail cut and foot wash and scrub followed by a 5 min oil massage. No offer of callus or dead skin removal. The total pedicure was less than 25 mins from sit down to payment and that was including a customer nail emergency. Maybe a gender thing ir maybe I did not inquire as to which services were offered. This is my first pedicure in California and it is much different than Hawaii. As with each state rules of what is concidered hygienic and acceptable differ so I am not sure to the extent that pedicure becomes surgical. I will try other nail salons before coming back. Overall this experience was clean and effective if not a little light on the pamper and massage
