Had a wonderful experience at this salon!Brought a whole entourage to get their nails done on a Saturday!Called over a month in advance after doing a quick check for nail salons near our hotel. They happily took our appointment and said that they would have no problem accommodating the large party — 6 people total (We had 5 Pedicures and 5 manicures—which was perfect since they had 5 pedicure seats).They were wonderful. We strolled in with our coffees and were seated immediately with the pedicure seats already filling with water.It was great. They took their time, were easy to talk to and made us all feel super happy and pampered.Highly recommended and will be coming back for sure whenever I’m in town. Thanks for starting off my birthday on a great note! 💜 We all love our nails!

Theyve changed owners. The amazing acrylic nails that you see in the Google photos, are not able to be done by them anymore. The most they can do is the most basic of dip powders

Love the fact that they have a manicure/pedicure menu. The CBD Calm feels great! Highly recommend going here for some self-care time. Prices are reasonable! :)

POST COVID REVIEW: I have been coming to this nail shop before covid and the staff here has always been so friendly and clean! Sonya and Jo have always made sure that I leave happy with what Ive asked to get done. This is a natural nail shop meaning they are non toxic! I always recommend my friends coming here.

Limited color selection, but great for a quick pedicure to address my ingrown prone toenails.

Asked for a deluxe pedicure, due to a misunderstanding between the technicians was given a standard and then a the rest of the deluxe services. Also had to pay an additional $10 for fast drying polish because they dont have nail dryers apparently. After receiving the deluxe pedicure I still had dry skin flaking off my heel. I left because my friend was on a time schedule but when I called to discuss my disappointment with the service i received, they told me they wouldnt be able to fit me in because they were extremely booked up. Will not be returning to salon overall because of poor customer service. Ive had better quality service and customer service elsewhere for less.

This is one of the nicest nail salons Ive visited. Its spotless. Elegant, contemporary decor. Lots of attention to every detail. Nail tech Raquel is *the best*! Its tough to find true nail professionals, but she qualifies. Very careful and detail-oriented. Calm demeanor. Kind and attentive.

This is the only place I go to get my nails done. Bailea, Jo, everyone is amazing. My nails last for weeks. They are super accommodating, welcoming, and incredibly detail oriented. Love this place cannot recommend it enough. Its modern, super clean and doesnt have that funky chemical smell like pretty much every other nail salon Ive been to. I recommend Nails on Cass to all my friends and family.

I hadnt been in since their remodel/re-opening, and I was very impressed! The salon looks great and the new owner Jo is fantastic - friendly and excellent service. I will definitely return! Recommend making an appointment.

Cathy was wonderful. This was absolutely the best manicure Ive gotten and the best in this part of town. Her attention to detail, massage and care she took on my feet were exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this salon. I also got a manicure and couldnt be happier.

When i walked in the store it had a nice vibe and they asked me to pick a color, i got a pedicure and acrylic tips the lady that did my pedicure was very nice and interacting with me i personally really enjoy that! then i got my acrylic tips done the lady that did my nails was really nice! my nails lasted me a whole month! and my toes lasted 2 months!! and the price i think is really affordable. Over all this is a really nice nail salon i would really suggest coming here!

The service varies, the lady who did my pedicure was amazing and thorough while the lady who did my manicure was average and left some cuticles not trimmed.

I have never had a gel manicure before but the lovely gals here gave me such a lovely experience I will be making visits there as a part of my beauty routine. Very clean, massage chairs are AMAZING, and the staff are all very sweet and didnt male fun of me for not knowing what to do seeing as I hadnt had the opportunity to get a manicure/pedicure in many years. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Ive only had one manicure I wasnt completely happy with and when I said something the manager fixed it at no charge. Great to see a place stand by their work! They also use a lot of natural and non-toxic products!

Wonderful special spa pedicure for my beat up feet! And a great massage with my manicure. Nice vibe with music and the tv off made for a relaxing visit. They accept walk-ins, but it was busy today so I made an appointment and came back. So glad I did.

I went to this nail salon due to great reviews... I was not impressed at all. Emily did powder dip for me, they were done incorrectly and lasted 2 weeks. I paid $55.00 ($10.00 over what I should of paid) they charge extra for everything, to have my nails start breaking and lifting in 2 weeks, when they should last between 3 and 4 weeks.Long story short, if you want powder dip, skip this place.

I came in town needing a manicure and pedicure badly! Called Nail It @ 9 and was in the chair by 9:45. Got the basic manicure & pedicure. Very, very good service and great mani & pedi! Will recommend Nail It with 5 stars!

This was our first time here and what a gem we found. Staff makes you feel completely comfortable and what an awesome pedi and mani my mom and I had. More nail salons should be like nail iT. Will be returning for sure.

Got a pedicure here, my first ever, and the man who did it was nice but seemed a little distracted by the TV which annoyed me a little so I ended up taking a call on my phone even though I swore I wouldnt. Aside from that, though, the pedi has lasted me for a full month and a half... no chips yet! The only reason I wouldnt go back was the price... it was $35 just for the cost and then I also left a tip so it came out to just over $40.
