I was a walk-in and there was a thirty minute wait(which I mind), but my issue was/is the establishment had two fairly new employees that only knew how to do pedicures and not well because mines messed up already. They only had two employees that knew how to do manicures, so I would have had to wait another hour for that service. The customers should be informed beforehand of the limited services that the employees can perform, so upon my leaving, I went to Victorias Nail Salon where she provided the best service ever and her demeanor was awesome!!!! I will be returning!!!! Now I will give them a five star rating!!!!!!☺😚😊 I was so dissatisfied with my pedicure that I went to Victoria Nails so that they could redo them(extra $$$$), but worth it!!!! Shout out to VICTORIA NAILS 💅🙌😍

Peter was amazing! But my boyfriend was waiting on pedi, and the lady came and told us she didnt have time now because she had an appointment (she made the apt while we was waiting the lady walked in and ahe told her 30 mins) so wasnt set appt) So wont be back. But if u go petter done amazing job just bad business on her part! Sje calls the ahota so not worth it to me! And it was his thing not even mine is why im so upset. Also could be cleaner!

I always get acrylic nails and I wanted to try gel nails at the time I honestly wasnt really thinking or paying to much attention which Is my own fault but their gel nails is just acrylic with gel polish and top coat. You pay a extra $10-15 for gel nails but you dont really get what you think you are. Ive now done research and most places that claim to do gel nails just use that polish and call it something it really isnt. But other than that everyone in there was pretty nice and did do a good job with my nails it just wasnt really what I thought I was getting.

Everyone was super nice and the place was very clean. They used all the right steps and implements, as a cosmetologist I highly recommend them. Only 45 for pink and white with gel overlay.

The Royal pedicure was very relaxing but the end result of the pedicure was less than amazing. Not sure if the polish was old or what but after 15 minutes of drying under the fan the polish still wasnt dry an i was sent out the door with messed up toes

Best service ever! They were set to close soon and still provided service for me and my daughter! Most other salons would have turned you away because it was close to closing. A gentleman did my 4 year old daughter’s nails and feet and he was more patient than I could have been. Lol They did NOT rush us out either. Excellent customer service! Will definitely recommend!

Four of us came an hour before closing. There was one person for each one of us. These people were so meticulous and amazing really. We got royal gel pedicures and gel manicures. Not only did they do beautiful work, they stayed an hour late to accompany us. They deserve 10 stars, not 5.

Everyone here was super friendly and wanted to make it a great experience! Being in nursing school, I’m very picky about sterile equipment in salons. They open everything fresh for you and always make sure to line their tubs for pedicures. After trying multiple nail salons, this one definitely tops the list!

The absolute best SNS Ive ever gotten. Dont go in a hurry. But I promise you, its well worth the length of time. They are meticulous and amazing, they use legit product versus every other nail salon in town. My nails still look amazing and I will not go anywhere else.

Im not an easy to please type of person but I love Linda. She always goes out of her way to please her customers. This is a very clean salon. She recently renovated and upgraded all her equipment. Love the new look but even when it was older Id still go.

I came in Saturday January 19th and got a full set today is Friday the 25th not even 6 days later and my nails are popping off left and right !! Will NEVER come back here !

They do a good job most of the time, but they are awful at making you wait and then cancelling on you. Time is money, money is time.

My coworker and I went there today. Very bad experience, We called ahead to ask if they had time to fit two people in who only had a hour to get everything done. They said yes, We got there of course they didnt have enough people there, the older guy that I had was very slow on top of not listening to me when I explain my the polish had black spots in it. I paid $28 for a regular mani, no design or added nails and I pay $28 dollars. VERY DISAPPOINTMENT AND DID I MENTION IT TOOK HIM AN HOUR AND 15 MINS. SMH!!!
