Good place clear understanding of cost s and In-N-Out moving procedures. Place clean and professionally run,. Lighting within storage rooms a bit of an issue as no electrical plug and no light actually in the area. Had to bring battery operated LED lights as the lights in the hallway are on a timer and keep turning off but other than that the place was quite excellent. I also understand the necessity for power savings of having the lights on the timer like that.

Dont bother. The online reservation tool would only allow me to reserve a unit 1 week out and I needed to reserve a unit about 3 weeks from now, so I called Public Storage for help. Instead of receiving help, I was transferred about 4 different times, put on hold for 20+ minutes, and talked rudely to. I even tried calling a different number a day later and was talked even more rudely to. I will GLADLY be taking my business elsewhere.

Do NOT use Public Storage. They hire good people and have nice facilities BUT the company will offer you a great introductory rate and then will aggressively raise that rate the longer you are there. My rate more than doubled in two years.

Arbitrary price hikes shouldnt be the sole business strategy.

I have never used a storage location before and heard some horror stories. I have to say my experience at Public Storage has been a perfect 10. I cannot say enough good things about Crystal at the front desk. She listens and helps guide you to what is going to be best. We started off with 1 unit and now have 4. They have earned my business because of how Crystal has helped us with this move.

Terrible customer service! I’ve used this storage facility for 2 years and they are doubling my monthly rent! Yet they were offering new customers the same unit for half the price. I’ve made my payments on time automatically for two years and this company shows no loyalty and they won’t even help. Company’s that treat customers this way should not be in business.

Very professional operation. Very clean. Staff was very helpful. Update 11/2019: I would like to point out that you should expect the cost of the rental unit to increase about 10% annually like clockwork. That’s been my personal experience over the past four years. So if you’re going to need really long-term storage just be aware that the price WILL go up 10% annually at this location.

I needed to find a place near Charlotte to store a large RV, and this location was the closest location that could accommodate a 36 unit. At first I was a little frustrated with Crystal, as she required me to come look at the space that was available before she would rent it to me. Once I arrived however, she was very personable, explaining that the RV sites were rarely available, and wanted to be sure it was going to be right for me. The RV sold today, and moving out was as simple as calling her and letting her know. Easier out than in! The facility itself was very nice, and seemed very secure. Much nicer than another location we had tried on an earlier occasion.

I’ve been with Public Storage for a while now and every time I walk in, I always get the best service! Crystal was nice and very informative, help me with all my questions while getting the unit! We just completed two grueling and extremely emotional days of packing up my little sisters house after she passed away from breast cancer. We drove across multiple states and got an abbreviated nights sleep before we had to offload it all at Public Storage. We were DREADING this last step for so many reasons - right up until we walked in and were greeted by Scynathia! She was like salve on an open wound! Aside for talking us through the process, making sure our unit was right-sized for our storage needs and answered all of our questions, she heard us! She was sincerely compassionate to our families sadness and the task at hand. She even participates in cancer walks to assist with research to finding a cure. The change over from Morningstar to Public Storage has been seamless because of the two ladies working in the Monroe facility. (#25911) I have been in the office multiple times to make payments and they are always cheerful, extremely knowledgeable and professional!! I cannot express how pleasant it is to walk into a business, typically at ten til five in the afternoon, and receive the high level of customer service that I have encountered.These ladies need the accolades they work so hard for!

We have been a customer for a few years and have been very happy with this facility. The grounds are very clean and well maintained and the hallways are always clear of debris with all lights in good working order. Recently we changed ownership on this unit and Darlene really was helpful in making the transaction an easy one. We have never had any problems with the gate either, something that has been problematic at other storage companies. I was on a search for the perfect storage unit to call my own with regards to size, quality and price. Darlene was able to help me find the perfect unit! A friend of mine who owns a private storage facility wanted to offer a non-climate controlled 10x20 for 115, but I now have a climate controlled 10x20 for 111 with insurance! What a deal!! My friend told me to be wary of chains increasing rates, but Darlene told me that if the rate goes up after 6 months, that it would be no more than 10 bucks. This location is also closer to my new home, so I was very thankful to have someone as helpful as Darlene to help me in this very important decision. Thank you, Darlene!

Got a small storage space for some items while my house is on the market. Prices were reasonable. Spaces were clean and service was excellent. Be careful, though, some of the listings say climate controlled but they arent ;)

I was in need of an RV storage site and Synethia was extremely helpful. I had researched all of the possible sites in about a 15 mile radius and this one was the only one that had covered storage. Additionally, it is located in a very visible spot which is well lit, securely monitored by recorded cameras in addition to on site personnel and the RV storage area has a very well laid out design. I would recommend this location to anyone with storage needs. The staff was very accommodating and Synethia made our transaction seamless with her knowledge of the company and her great attitude!

Went today and rented a by 5X5 small, climate controlled unit. Synethia was extremely pleasant and helpful. The facility is very clean and helpful. My only complaint is not their fault, but I wish I had reserved a unit online. It would have saved me $8 per month. However, all in all I am extremely pleased with experience and especially with the service Synethia provided.
