The BEST! Clean, secure, up-to-date facility with climate control. Rob and Candy are truly wonderful - I wouldn’t store my valuable items anywhere else. The automatic doors are the cherry on top, they make moving my items super easy!

Used them in 2019, and forgot to post a review. I don’t remember there being anything to complain about. I do remember, it was easy, convenient, and reasonably priced. The people at the front desk (man & woman) were down to earth, and provided friendly service. No hidden fees. Would definitely use them again.

I went in today to get myself set up with a 3 month rental, just long enough to help organize my things as I prepare to move to Alaska. Rob and Candy were super helpful and got me in a unit quickly. When I came back a couple hours later and asked if I could switch to a different unit, they made the transfer for me and didnt seem bothered in the least for any inconvenience.The grounds are clean, the office staff is friendly, and they sell packing supplies in their office which will be a nice convenience as I prepare for my big move.

My Mother moved here from out of state, and called this place before her move. Everything worked out perfectly as planned. Excellent customer service from start to finish.

Nice place to store your things. The only problem is if you have to change your due date. If you usually pay your bill on the first but only get paid once a month on the 20th,to chang the date to the 20th of the month you have to pay 15$ a day from the 1st to the 20th for the first month.

This facility was really fantastic (storage and truck rental) until it came time for me to move out. I have been trying to contact them for a week to close my storage unit account – no answer, phone line has been replaced with an automated system that goes straight to a voicemail it seems no one ever checks. I cant recommend Guardian until this is resolved, since they are probably going to keep billing my credit card ad infinitum having dodged my calls...

This is the best storage facility! Love the location, & convenience, but above that, the manager Rob is so pleasant, always offers help & just makes customers feel special. Office clerk Candy has also been nothing but great to work with, & so knowledgeable about their pricing & products.

I recently had to move a business in a hurry. Without a new facility to go to, I had to find a rental unit and a truck in the matter of hours. Kudos and thanks to Rob and Candy at Guardian. They set me up with a unit and truck instantly. It could not have gone more perfect!

I have been renting a unit from them since 2011. I pay in advance one year at a time. I paid last December ($1167.00) for 12 months (this would have been $97.25 per month). I ask them if I didnt need the whole year, what do they do. Rob told me that when I left, they would refund me the amount that I was not there. I left in October and finally received a check today from Corporate in the amount of $126.00 instead of the $194.50 that I was expecting. Called Candy and she said she could not do anything and gave me Corporates number and the guys name (Chris). I called and he told me that since I got a discount for paying a year ahead that the $126.00 was what they were refunding me. I kept telling him I dont care about the discount, this is what I paid and I should be refunded that amount. He just kept repeating that with the discount that the $126.00 was what they were refunding. I finally just hung up on him, because I do not understand where, what or why he was coming from. I say they still owe me $68.50. I would NOT recommend Guardian Self Storage to anyone. Yes, Rob & Candy were very, very, nice and the place is very well taken care of and I know that they can only do what Corporate says.

We have been storing our travel trailers and now a fifth wheel at Guardian Self Storage in Monroe since around 1992. We have had no problems there and know that our trailer is safe. The staff has been very friendly and know me by my name when I walk in the office. If I need anything done, it is taken care of for me in a very timely manner. The driveways are always properly cleaned in the winter so we can reach our RVs. I am respected by them as an elderly person and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a storage area. I have also used their individual storage areas and again they have assisted me in a very professional manner. Anyone who does not have as good of an experience as we have over the years is a minority.
