Great service! I cannot recommend them enough for laptop/desktop computer repair. Had a laptop screen cracked. Repair was factory flawless. Had another laptop that wouldnt boot, despite internet tutorials, nothing I did worked and I thought I would need a new laptop - as a last ditch effort, I took it to With a Switch. Nobody likes a dead computer. Chris made a thorough diagnosis of all the problems, replaced my weakening hard drive and performed a host of other tasks that cleared away my virus issues and left the computer performing quickly and accurately.

I was introduced to Chris when my external hard drive crashed and the guy I normally take problems like this to was not able to help. He dropped the drive off with Chris and I eventually got my data back, although it took a few tries to make that happen. Christ was responsive and kept me posted about the progress throughout the time he had it (the restore took more than two months due to the slow transfer rate). When I noted several missing files, he went back and ran a different program that got at those missing files. Absolutely GREAT customer service. He even bought an external drive for me (I reimbursed him) in an effort to get my data back to me more quickly. While I hope never to need restoration work done again, I know who I am calling if I do!
