Took my Google pixel 5 in for a screen replacement. They had the best price according to quotes locally. The staff was friendly, the process was easy with no surprises. I have a limited warranty which is great. Happy to have taken my business here.

I brought in my galaxy note 10 plus because it wouldnt charge. I told them the charging port and wireless charging both stopped working. They replaced the charging port and told me they also fixed the wireless charging function. They claimed there was a 90 day warranty on all repairs. One week later I come back because the wireless charging is not working, although the charging port still works. They claim its an unrelated issue, the part that is needed is hard to find and requires soldering to fix which they dont do. They claim the 90 day warranty does not apply. They brush me off when I came in to have the wireless charging fixed and tell them I was there just a week ago. They claimed they will call me back when they find the part needed to fix the phone.When I got home I looked up the part that needed to be replaced on ifixit.com. It turns out the galaxy note 10 plus has a wireless charging cable that is a simple part to replace that requires no soldering. It plugs right into the phone. These people lie and take very little time to help their customers. They are too busy watching TV in the back room to care. I wouldnt come back find some place else to get a phone repaired.

I cracked the screen on my phone and Jacob K. at the Mokena location was friendly, patient, professional and prompt. He went above and beyond in my opinion, checking to see if I had insurance on my phone. Im grateful he took the time to do that for me - because I did have insurance and without it, it would have been an expensive repair. He was multi tasking as he was the only one there. They were able to quickly repair a 2ds system that wouldnt turn on, charged a flat repair rate of $80 but that came with a free diagnostic. I will definitely come here again if I need any more repairs. The staff are friendly and I felt comfortable leaving my system with them.

I tried to bring my phone here for a repair. I was originally quoted 60-90 minutes for repair. So I bring my phone in, and I am told 3-4 hours and that I would have to give them unrestricted access to my device while they are fixing hardware. Emphasis on HARDWARE. Meaning that the device doesnt even have to be powered on. When pressed as to why access was needed to all of my sensitive information, I was told it was so that they could run diagnostics. Then I was given an ultimatum, provide access or they perform a factory reset. I suggested a solution, in that they perform the repair and I come back and unlock my device and supervise any access to my phone and information, this was denied outright. I dont see how this could possibly be an issue, given that identity theft is at an all time high and only increasing. Apparently thats not a valid concern for a hardware repair.This place absolutely failed to communicate at the outset. Perhaps telling someone that they will need access to a device should be something communicated at the outset, and not sprung on them is a good start?

On my 4th replacement screen - from this location. I’ve had cell phones for 25 years and have NEVER broken a screen. Until now. The first time was a freak accident, so my fault. The next 3? The phone was dropped less than 5 feet. And it’s not just a crack-it’s damage to the LED screen. I found out this time that I have not been getting Apple parts-really? I was never offered anything different. This was the first time that I heard there were 2 different prices and screens offered-but as my phone is an XR worth $200 I’m not spending $375 on an apple screen. The last time apparently my screen was not installed correctly because it wasn’t functioning properly...but since I dropped it 2 feet onto CARPET and it broke, it’s my fault. I’m so fed up. They have you by the proverbial balls because there’s no other gig in town. And those of us who would rather pay $150 instead of $1000 for a new phone are stuck. I’ll never go back. Apple from now on.

OK, I called yesterday as they were closing and was quoted a price for repair of a broken screen over the phone. I told them I would come in in the morning for the repair. I got there today shortly after they opened (10:15am) and talked to the tech and was quoted a higher price, not a big deal since they need to see what was wrong before they could make an accurate assessment.I tell him to proceed with the repair and he says it should take about 2.5 hours and they will call when done. 2.5hrs goes by and I dont hear anything, again not a big deal. 5.5 hours (3:55pm) later I still dont hear from them so I call and the tech says, Im just finishing it come by in 30 mins it will be done. I get there 30 mins later (4:25pm) and it still isnt done. Tech says, Be done in about 15 mins....ok, I tell him I will be back.Get back 30 mins later (4:55pm) and its still not done. Different tech says Its done but its failing some tests, if it still fails we will reassemble phone and give it back at no cost. Almost 1 hour later they return phone to me not repaired. Not a huge deal but a complete waste of my time. So the screen is still broken but now its broken more than it was. The phone still worked (able to make calls and send texts/emails with Google assistant) when I brought it in to them but now it wont work because THEY DID NOT REINSTALL THE SIM CARD!!!!!Very disappointed and frustrated......I should have just gone to my carrier in the first place

Super professional and great at what they do. My repair was covered under a Samsung promotion, but while I was waiting for my phone, a few other customers had come in, and they were very upfront about costs and and recommendations on how to proceed, even if it involved going to Apple instead of getting the repair at UbreakIfix, if that was the best way to proceed.

Just had to say how great of an experience I had here. The employees were not only quick and efficient, but took great care of me and made sure I was happy with what I got. My S10+ hasnt looked this good in a while.

I made the mistake of going to CPR in New Lenox. They had my I pad 4 and it still was not fixed. After getting full refund I headed here. Looks like there was some sort of buyout or corporate switch of services and now this place is terrible! Drove across town to make repair where they quoted me a price got here and the price was more than double!

I dropped off my iPhone to have the screen repaired and they explained what would be done, and some potential issues they may encounter and I was told 1-2 hours. I was contacted within an hour of drop off and my phone was done...no issues. I would highly recommend this location!!!!

Had an appointment at the orland location. When I got there the employee said let me see if I have your part (which was already verified w by verizon and them the day before and day of when i called). He went in back and was whispering (or so he thought) and came out and said oh Im sorry I was wrong I dont have your part. I then went to Mokena and had amazing service the manager apologized for the other store even though not in his district and took care of my phone with a estimated time to be finished and it was. My phone fell into a pool yesterday. I booted it up and it seemed fine, and than the display went crazy. I tried to dry it out my self and it didn’t work. I took the phone in the next day at 10:30am, it is now 3:00:pm the same day, and I have my phone, and it is better than new, as he replaced the battery as well. Phenomenal service, from Angelo. he did exactly as he told me he was going to do. My recommendation, if you drop your phone in water, don’t waste time take it to UBREAKIFIX.

I usually dont take the time to write reviews but I have to make an exception in this case. My Samsung Galaxy Note 9 wasnt taking a charge and they were able to troubleshoot the problem and they didnt have the part in stock needed to fix it but found another uBreakiFix store that did and they had my phone fixed 2 hours. Their Mokena store has a great manager and staff! I highly recommend them.
