Brad is my go-to computer guy. He has a quick turn-around and most importantly is honest about how to proceed and I feel safe and confident leaving my computer with my life on it with him. We had excellent service from JBs Pro PC and from Brad. When the user profile on our home PC became corrupted during a routine update, we brought it in to Brad and he fixed it overnight. Our MacBook Air would not charge and it appeared that Brad would need to replace the MagSafe power supply jack, which we initially discussed over the phone. However, upon meeting with Brad in person, he immediately found the culprit, a metal staple fragment that was pulled into the port by the magnetic field, thereby preventing the Mac from charging properly. Brad immediately and very graciously said no charge despite the fact that I offered to pay him for his time. I approached Brad for help with a computer build that quickly got out of hand. It was my first time building a desktop computer, and I thought I knew enough to get the job done, but quickly realized I was in over my head. I contacted Brad to see if he could finish the build(at the time I thought it was just cable management), and he allowed me to drop it off to his house the same day(Sunday). Being able to drop it off on a Sunday would have been a great experience in itself, but Brad went above and beyond to help me with this build, because boy did I mess it up...The build quickly turned out to be completely installed wrong. The GPU was plugged into where the CPU should of went, I didn’t have enough hubs on the motherboard for my RGB fans, etc... Brad kept me constantly updated with texts and explained everything to me in really easy to understand examples. He went as far as to download windows, update all the drives, and download CC cleaner/antivirus to my new build! He barely raised the price even though he basically had to rebuild the entire computer, and still got it to me in a timely fashion! Very helpful in finding a good deal on computer screen replacement for 10-year old Toshiba computer. I was able to drop off my 2 computers for repair & get them back within 3 days. Great service & good price.July 28, 2020 2nd ReviewI brought my Toshiba laptop in because it was unable to reboot and it had a clicking sound. Brad tried to reboot and recover my data but unfortunately my hard drive was beyond repair. He was able to replace my hard drive with an SSD, configured setup, set defaults, install windows, updates, and load all device drivers. He brought my laptop back to life within a 36 hour period.

Recently broke my laptop near the hinge, causing it to close improperly and put stress on the screen. After being told to never close my laptop by Best Buy, I contacted Brad telling him my situation. Within 10 minutes he had replied and within an hour knew what was the problem. This is an honest 5 star rating. A couple of months ago my laptop had major problems with my laptop. He fixed within 2 days and let me pick it up from his house. I work in IT and my laptop crashed beyond my repair. Could not boot, could not enter safemode, the entire pc had crashed. I called on a Friday and had my system back about 24 hours later running better than when I had first bought it and with all of my data that was on my crashed pc. I would highly recommend JBs.
