Took the computer in for a windows 10 upgrade. i was told 1 to 2 days. I called on the 3rd day to find out what was going on. The technician got back to me and said he was in the process.. Was told the next day that he could not upgrade. ok. no problem. He asked if I wanted a Quote on a new computer. I said yes. I waited another 3 business days and had to call to ask about it.. When i got the quote I had several questions. Iwas told that Kurt would get back to me.. I waited another 2 days with no response. I just went and picked up the tower. I would give them zero stars but this doesnt allow me..I will not be using their services again

They are absolutely fabulous to deal with and very professional. I highly recommend them for service and repairs. Pricing is very reasonable as well!Edit: Went back to see if my review posted. I see that the person below me accused me at the beginning of their gigantic essay of working for this company because I left a simple review of my experience. Thats a first. I work 30 miles north of Mokena in a totally unrelated field, so no. Crazies will be crazy, I suppose.

I have used CMS for my personal and business computer repairs for over 15 years. Ive always been pleased with their prompt service and attention to detail. I am so happy they are close by. If you need computer repairs or maintenance you wont find a better place to do business with.

Don’t waste your time calling them and waiting on hold for them to tell you they are not taking in any more repairs because of “ COVID”. What a world we live in. Businesses rejecting making money.

UPDATE: ALL OF OUR DOCUMENTS ARE GONE THIS MORNING, OUR SERVER HAS BEEN WIPED CLEAN. I write some bad reviews and this is what we get I guess, they have access to our server and they installed our fire wall. The police are on their way, not sure what well be able to do. Hopefully another IT company can recover our business files....ORIGINAL REVIEW: Anyway, this year this company came in and added a firewall to our network and to get a VPN set up so that we can access our server remotely. They did an okay job but I just called them this morning and requested another login for the remote access, I was told that they would contact our employee that needs the access to get him set up. 4 HOURS LATER, I received an email stating that they will be unable to help us, that they are no longer servicing customers that are not under contract with CMS. WE WERE NEVER OFFERED A CONTRACT, nor were we ever told that they would not service us without one. I would have gone with a different company had I known. Now, Im guessing that we are back at square one and will have to pay another company a few thousand dollars, just like we did with CMS, to get us set up with their company. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, they will take your initial money (thousands) and then refuse to serve you. They want the quick big one, not the little service calls. Looks like these reviews were from a year or two ago, they built their business on the backs of little people and will now only deal with the big contracts. Very poor business practices. I wish them well with their exclusivity.

My laptop is over 3 years old and I didnt think it was going to last much longer. It was literally falling apart. They opened it up and cleaned and fixed it up quite a bit. It can never be good as new but it saved a fortune of having to buy a new computer. Would recommend them to anyone. Staff is wonderful!
