I walked in and wanted a simple white set and i waited about 20 mins which I didn’t mind considering they were about to close and still wanted to do my nails.. when lady asked what length I wanted I showed her and she filed most of the nail away and her coffin shape was horrible and she rushed through my whole set I felt like I could’ve done better by myself at home I was so upset with the set .. my first time here and I will never go back it was so sloppy and I paid 55 for a sloppy rushed fast job 🤦‍♀️ And their was acrylic all around my fingers cause of how sloppy she did . I DONT RECOMMEND this place!

My first and last time here, the lady was super rough pulling my hand through the hole of the plexy glass she kept bending my hands and arms all crazy it was super uncomfortable rushed and half fast... after she over charged me 50 dollars (what I originally had paid for a full set at another salon ) for a fill of short coffin nails with one solid color no design that ended all bumpy and not smoothed out correctly because she was in a hurry.

I had Darlene do my nails and it seemed like she was rushing because the design I showed her did not come out like I asked :( never coming here ever ever again

Went today with a friend for pedis..and a moms relaxing day..couldnt even Get that!!..my lady was rude. Didnt turn on water bubbles..water was less then half full..and cold. She was rushing so much. I had to ask her to cut my toe nails more...my massage chair didnt even work . My feet arent soft ..only good part about it was my colorMy friend had to walk across the salon barefoot because they didnt offer her slippers after getting pedi..until I asked .

Bad service, the nail tech painted over my cuticles she didnt understand anything I was saying. Its super hot inside. They had us waiting along time other customers had been waiting they got up and left.

First time here. At first I got my nails done. The girl took 2 hours and her work was so sloppy. I was very upset with it. I called 2 days later and told Darlene how I felt about it and she assured me she would fix them the next day. Sure enough she did and I absolutely love them. Darlene saved my thanksgiving! ❤ AND GUESS WHAT HAPPENED ON THANKSGIVING?! MY NAIL BROKE. Went i. AGAIN to have it fixed the next day and 4 days later my other nails is cracked on both sides about to break. Never EVER coming back.

I came to queens nails today, as soon as I walked in I was attended. I had a guy named Calvin do my nails, I loved him. It took 1 hour, he was quick. My nails are so smooth, I love his technique. I dont get my nails done often but when I do I am super skeptical about salons. I hadnt been here in years. Ive been to other salons where my nails were okay, uneven and bumpy. Others wont see you without an appointment. I loved my experience I will definitely not go anywhere else and Ill be asking for calvin!!

A pedicure is $40 and all they do is paint your nails. I think anywhere else would be better than here.

I’m giving it a three star because this man cut me and he made a nail polish look clumpy but I am still happy with it because some people don’t get opportunity to get their nails done so that’s one part to be happy about and there was a lot of nail polish under the nails and it just wasn’t that good like they just look lumpy but some of them look good but that’s why I gave it a three thanks have a nice day...

Would not go here agian one of the men made us feel uncomfortable,the ladies where rude and did a bad job on our toes they left smudges on our nails and the place was dirty.the tools they where using where dirty and not clean.

Came here like 2 weeks ago, got my nails done twice! I asked for a coffin shape and I got square instead, I got my nails short and the guy charged me $50! I don’t recommend going to the guy! I think that’s overpriced for SHORT NAILS. I also got a pedicure but that came out nice but my nails 👎🏽

Uneven nails paint runs on nails more noticeable near cuticles natural nail is exposed on sides of nails. 1 nail very uneven & when I told Lisa she gave me attitude I even asked if she was having a bad day. Will never return. Go somewhere else.

Terrible place omg the older man that barely speaks English cut up my toes and didnt listen to anything I asked. Im literally sitting In this chair crying from the pain from my toes. It burns and he doesnt care that Im in pain. The water is cold and I ask to warm it up, nope. Dont ever ever come here.

Everything they do there you can simply do at home for free. I love the color of the nail polish and how nice the staff was. I was seated immediately, however I waited a longer time to be attended to than my actual pedicure. Your better off doing it at home. Not worth the $20.

I was here getting acrylics and who ever worked with me was in such a rush. Being aggressive and intense. She cut my finger, and she made my nails cricked and not straight. I am very disappointed and not satisfied at all. I strongly do not recommend. If I could give this place a zero I would.

Really love my nail lady, she does an amazing job. My nails means everything to me and she never lets me down. I enjoy the fact each and everyone is very welcoming and very helpful, I definitely recommend Darlene.

The waiting time without appt was to long. Got my nails done fast so I was happy but the next day I was washing dishes and notice that the finish of one of the corner of a nail had a missing piece, not too big but I could see it. I dont think Ill be back to that place

I like the guy named Bruce, hes dedicated in what he is doing. Because of his carefulness, he takes time to make it as good as possible. From my experience, fastness does not mean you are doing a good job. It depends, girls.One more thing, you have to be careful with 2 older women there, Judy and Kim. Judy does not know a word of English. Kim is better, she smiles with u, but behind that she talks bad about you, girls. Kim is famous for over charge the customers. Dont let her smile fool you like a sheep. One of my girlfriends had Kim done her pedicure. It was horrible. She did not care about the customers, the pedicure was done in 15 MINUTES. So ask for somebody else, not Kim.

Lisa is a great nail artist with years of experience. I love going to her and seeing what fantastic nail design she will come up with next.

They are amazing here I have my nails done here all the time they are a little slow but the end product is worth the wait.

I called for an appointment to get an eyebrow waxing I walk in the place was nice I told the lady I was there for my appointment she sat me in one of those chairs that do pedicures I dont know how she thought that was a good idea but anyways I told her I wanted them thick with an arch she totally messed them up one was thick n one was thin they were all patchie I told her there was alot of patches and she did one way to thin she then started plucking them then she said ok I looked they were even worse I told her dont touch no more that was my first n last time going there dont ever go there to get your eyebrows done

All I asked was if they had deals and they seemed to not like that question I noticed that when the customer service was horrible:/ There was nail polish on the sides of my toes and they werent going to clean it up cause she started putting my shoes on and I guess they thought I wouldnt notice until I asked her if she would clean the sides and she did but poorly👎🏽 I dont recommend going here Ive paid less for a better job done and nicer customer service!!

I went to go get a pedicure and went there because it was closest to me and didn’t want to drive all the way to David Lee’s Nails which is the best in town and I trust them, anyways after the pedicure my toes started getting itchy and my feet peeling this has never happened to them after a pedicure. Hopefully it’s nothing serious.The itching is so uncomfortable. I do not recommend this place.UPDATE: my feet has not gotten any better turns out I have athletes foot

Went to take my cousin to get a mani pedi for her birthday yesterday, our toes look great they do buut my toe is now infected. I watched him wash the cuticle cutter thing in the water my feet and dirty soap were in and put them back in his storage place... I used to really like this place.. But not if my little 9yr old cousin can poasible be someone this happens too as well.

Very rude and always rushing my nails were thick and crooked and she charged me $40. I got a pedicure from a older guy and he gave me 2 ingrown toenails. Never again. I’ve seen a video of them reusing the paraffin wax as well that’s why they no longer use it.
