I Just moved to central valley and have been looking for a great nail salon. I thought I found one! I’ve been coming to NT nails since I moved here. Unfortunately, I had a experience today with two men who was doing mine and my sisters pedicure. I asked for regular polish since, I’ve been doing gel for a while and My nails are getting weak and breaking. My tech kept trying to convince me to do gel but, I didn’t want to. so he glanced at the tech doing my sister and he looks at me goes to expensive for you. Sir. The money isn’t an issue. I just don’t want GEL! you can’t assume someone can’t afford a service just because; they don’t want it. UNPROFESSIONAL.

My sister Jessie and I go to NT Nails every two weeks to get our manicure and pedicure. We always request Aiden as our nail technician for gel, dip, manicures. He hasn’t failed us yet. These are my most recent gel full set nails done by Aiden and it’s literally my favorite nails I’ve ever done and I get my nails done a lot so it says a lot. Thank you AIDEN and NT Nails!

My nails started chipping 3 days after getting them done. After I came in to ask for them to fix the nails they turned me away saying they were too busy and would not have time to do it. I came back after work on the same day after making an appointment and was STILL turned away saying they were running behind and would not be able to see me. Despite several attempts to get the nails fixed I simply went to a different place to fix them. I would not recommend this place. Another friend had her nails done here and same thing happen to her nails. The quality of whatever product they use is extremely cheap. I would NOT recommend coming here.

I want to say it was nice because I see that other workers are very nice to there customers but, the ones that worked on me did not even communicate with me . They charged me a lot more then what they said. I hate that ! I also asked them what I will be paying for ! Total different prices were made 😡

Normally I’m super happy with this place but the last couple times my nails did not turn out how I wanted. Both times there were air bubbles in multiple nails AND lint. Did not take his time doing my nails at all… was super rushing

I found this place a few months ago and have been going there ever since. I have referred numerous of my friends and even my own Mom. Today was the last straw. They expect for you make an appt. But theyre always late. Julie knew I was there to see her so she could fix a nail she did on Friday that had already chipped. Usually happens. Anyway she knew I was waiting had my appt at 230. 259 shes still taking her sweet time and NOT once did she come say a word to me. I have customer service background and I know a simple sorry from her would have been nice. The ONLY good thing is the guy that runs the place. He felt so bad. Hes the only one that even showed any concern. 86She also makes it a point that she doesnt like you.

This is my go to spot for nails and pedicure everytime! Tim and Jennifer are great! Very nice staff. Clean and professional atmosphere. I will continue to recommend them and give them my business. They are awsome!!

Love the place, it extremely nice and clean. receptionist Peter is funny, friendly and helpful. our party of 20 people came a little late and he manage to get us in very efficient. We appreciate you guys. Recommend this place if you want to host any party

Always a relaxing experience..

I never got my pedicure. I left the facility just 10 mins of being there. Terrible service. I didn’t feel welcomed there. The guy at the front looked stressed and irritated. I had a busy day at work and I was looking forward to relaxing at NT nails, I left before giving them my money. Paying for more stress is not worth it for me. I do not recommend this place if you don’t like rude service. Very rude, very unprofessional.

Beautiful place! Vanessa was very gentle and kind. The owner is also friendly and courteous. Our paraffin pedicures were wonderful. Spacious, no salon smell. Love it! Thank you, we will be back soon. :)

Julie did my nails and Im a very picky person I can say I was honestly empressed and I really loved my nails.. I think I found my nail tech!

Its a nice location and very clean. The reason for this two stars is I went in after for 5 months because I havent been able to find a place thats open with the virus going around. she was very nice and for the most part it was great, the problem came when she went very overzealous on my big toes. she had both of them bleeding by the time I left and they are still bleeding 2 days later. this morning I had to put hydrogen peroxide on them because they are starting to feel infected and sure enough they foamed and foamed cleaning out the infection. If I do go back to this location I will not pick the same technician I had.Edited:I have been there several times since, even with my 9 year old daughter, and have not had any severe issues like the prior one and usually no issues. Though I do not like how they really push the Gel Polish, sometimes I have to say no 6 times.

New, clean, spacious and friendly. They do a great job. You will feel pampered.

Were so glad we found this place, They host our sister bridal showers and she love it. they set the pedicure chairs in the back so there no smell at all

My husband and I went in for pedicures and enjoyed our experience. The place was spotless and the staff were very conscientious about social distancing with the customers.

I have been a loyal customer of NT nails for a while now and have always gone to the Coffee rd location, but after hearing about the new opening on Sisk I wanted to check it out. Once again NT did not disappoint! The new salon is BEAUTIFUL, the nail techs are so friendly and have such an eye for detail to make sure you leave a happy customer. I have loved every single set of nails I’ve gotten at NT, and will be seeing Jennifer for my next fill.

Were my nails great? Honestly I can get the same quality at other places. I went here because someone recommended me. I went in having powder acrylics, just needed a fill - and the lady proceeded to tell me that she needs to redo my whole set, I asked if they would charge me more, she said no. So after she was done I was told it was 50 dollars after I was told it was only 35 from the beginning! LOL my nails also started to lift after 5 days so badly and I am not one who is hard on my nails whatsoever - I definitely felt ripped off and will be going back to my old nail place! You live and you learn!

They are exceptional as far as Im concerned. They do very good work and prices are reasonable.

Walk in for a Pedicure and I was amaze what the done to the place, this is to be an old empty space for years and they transform it into an amazing spa. They offer many different option for pedicures and nails. this is my new favorite place

We made appointment for 12 people on a Saturday and they took us right away. When we arrived they was ready for all of us. The place was beautiful, roomy and well ventilate, pedicure and nails are separate so there no smell at all in the pedicure area

Nails are crooked, my daughter asked for white polish and the lady used white powder and didnt tell her it was going to cost more. $50 for a full set!
