I wish I could put a 0. They are so unprofessional there. Not very good with kids. They should not be able to work on kids. They blame the kids for things taking a long time. I will never go here again. They gave my child such a bad experience.

Definitely wont be returning here. I had took my daughter to her appointment myself my 4 year old and my wife. they only allowed one parent in there so of course my wife went.. mind you we are two women. my wife went in and the doctor kept questioning her and asking her if she was my daughter parent .. infront of my daughter also! this is a dental office not an interagation office. the doctor kept asking my wife are you her parent are you sure your her parent she even asked my 4 year old who is your parent Im very disappointed that this happen here. at the end of the day the doctor should be doing her job checking teeth not asking questions. She said she had to ask because my wife looked young. which my wife is 24 years old.. she shouldnt be judging and making assumptions off the start. I didnt like that and definitely WONT be returning.

This is the worst place to bring your kids, unprofessional workers, they dont know how to deal with kids.

I like the place. The receptionists were very kind and had good communication. Dr Sayyed was very nice and professional.

This place is awful. Boring waiting room and running over a 1:30 hours behind. When I asked the staff how much longer I was basically told to just sit and wait. This is unacceptable when dealing with children, they don’t care about your kids and the staff is rude... She basically admitted to over booking and I was just told to call Corp. never again!

I hate it, miss management.

The receptionists don’t take their job seriously. They spent the whole time I was here with my son talking very loudly about going out and getting drunk with one of the doctors. They ignored incoming “customers” to finish their gossip. All the assistants had bad attitudes and it seems like only 1 or 2 doctors work a day which makes the wait even longer. If you come here you better cancel all your plans cause seeing 2 patients takes 2 hours.

DON’T TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE!!!!!! First and last time taking my little sister there. The place looks very dirty and filthy and they don’t treat patients in a proffecional manner. When the dentist was working on my sisters teeth he poked her 3 times at the same time and he looked like he didn’t know what he was doing and started working on her teeth right away even though she could still feel the pain.. He kept trying to comfort her but in a very mad tone.

My worst dental experience ever! Wait time was over an hour, the dental assistants does not know how to work with kids. One assistant tried to ignore my child when he said he couldnt breathe after placing the mask over his nose. She forcefully held it down over his nose til he panicked. They have no patience for kids and are quick to refer your child out to a sleep specialist for treatment. Theres only one dentist working every day and are over booked.

My daughter had an appointment today for a cleaning, I have been taking her to Western Dental KIDS since she was a year old, and have never experienced anything like I have experienced today......the front desk receptionists were extremely nice and friendly like always, as well as other dental assistants that work in the back. But there was one dental assistant in particular that was assisting my child today with the cleaning/checkup. At first everything was going great, until it was time to apply the fluoride onto my daughter’s teeth. The lady kept on telling my daughter to lick her teeth and tells her not to swallow her saliva (idk why, they have never told my daughter to do this during other previous visits) anyway, my daughter asked the lady if she could have a toy & the lady replied back by saying “Idk if you listen you will” In a frustrating tone....my daughter continues to ask questions and the lady at this point seems annoyed and replies “stop asking questions and listen” but she continues to have a nasty attitude and seems like she’s loosing her cool, so she then asks my daughter if the fluoride is off her teeth, my daughter nods NO. The lady asks “did you swallow your saliva” my daughter nods NO. And this lady has the audacity to tell my 5 year old, with a mean voice “YES YOU DID” & proceeds to clean the inside of her mouth very roughly....like are you kidding me? She literally accused my daughter of lying. And that’s not acceptable, my daughter looked confused and looked like she wanted to cry. Mind you, this dental assistant behaved like this and treated my child in a very unprofessional manner in front of me! I lost my mind when she cleaned my daughters mouth very rough and gave her a nasty look. I did have an argument with her about the way she was treating my child, but that was it for me! I’am never taking her back, I don’t ever want to experience anything like that ever again. Children need to be treated with kindness and patience. No matter your choice of career. That’s not the job for this dental assistant if she easily gets frustrated and aggravated with children.

I got a filling done here today and it went smoothly. Filling looks good, feels good. The only problem I have with this place is the insane wait times.My appointment was at 1, I got there at 12:45, waited half an hour or so before being put in the dental chair. There I sat for about three hours before actually getting anything done. The whole procedure took around 30 minutes from start to finish.Now, I know they have a lot of patients to tend to. However, when people are waiting three hours for a 30 minute treatment, youd think theyd maybe look at either hiring more staff or changing things up to operate more efficiently.

HORRIBLE TREATMENT!!! Do not bring your child here, while the reception, assistants and xray were amazing DR. FUNTO AYANLEKE has the WORST bedside manner I have ever seen in my life. I refused treatment and took my child out of there. Not only was she rude to the staff and arguing with them in front of me, threatening my son and telling him he had to sit on his hurt hand and it didnt matter, she told me I had to leave the room as a threat to make my child stop crying. NEVER LEAVE YOUR CHILD I will definitely be filing a complaint with Western Dental as soon as the main office is open.

We had a great experience with DR funto.

The waiting may be long, but it is worth the wait. I take my son there once every 6 month for his check up and not once i ever have to complain. I love that they keep the kids entertain by having the television in the waiting room. The doctors know how to keep my son to stay calm during surgery. The best part about that place are the front desk receptionists. They are friendly and helpful. Felt sorry for the receptionists for having to put up with annoying parents that are very impatient. But they kept it professional.

Brought my daughter here and she loves it! The doctors explained all treatment thoroughly and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

The look of this place is exceptional staff are friendly but as far as professionalism it is ridiculous. Dentist are always late. Even when you arrive early and check in you have to wait 2 hrs to be seen and thats only for xrays. Their corporate computers dnt tie in with their office computers how stupid is that!!

I am literally sitting in their filthy room right now. Its disgusting. The staff are ignorant and dont know what their doing. There is no privacy to any room I can see two patients right now. I was informed my appointment would take 1 hour in total and we didnt even get called in until after an hour and the only reason she called me in was because I asked why my daughter had been skipped 3 times. Her excuse was that my daughter wasnt a priority patient. I would leave if I didnt need her assessment for school but I have no choice. The amount of filth in these offices is horrifying! Please do not bring your children here!!!!!!!

They want $30,000 that is just the most outragious thing i have heard.Shut that place down. Something is real wrong with this place.They are unreasonable.My friend is on SSI. Can not afford that much money. Can buy a new car for that amound.

Couple of weeks ago i took my daughter for an appointment since she was complaining of pain. I checked in with the girl in the front which she was no help because my daughter was not going to be able to be seen due to my insurance according to her. So then i spoke to the other worker which he did NOT physically look approachable, he was a big fat guy with a beard long and gross looking, In my opinion that is not kid friendly what so ever. He then told me the same damn thing of my insurance not covering the visit. I am very upset of this place and will not recommend to anyone! worst place ever!

Awful customer service! The staff has a hard time keeping and booking appts my son had an appt at 3:45 and went i went they said it was till 5pm even tho i had the appt card and txt to prove it otherwise they would not see me. I also took my daughter for her appt and they refuse to see her because her insurance wasnt active but i called and they told me everything was fine they still wont see us she had us reschedule very annoying! The last straw was today my son had a appt for a filling it took us 2 hrs of waiting to be seen my son is 3 hes impatient the lady said she wont do the filling because my son was not cooperating yeah well hes been here 2 hrs what you expect i told her im not coming back or rescheduling for a different day im already here its the second time i get refused serviceYou guys cnt just refused service with any little excuse youre wasting peoples time! The lady just rolled her eyes at me as i explained i asked for the day off to bring my son i am never coming back its just horrible dealing with the staff everyone its so ignorant.

Western Dental was the worst dental experience of my 62 years. The Indio office was so dirty. The waiting room had flies in it. When I was taken back to see the dentist, I was not impressed. I had the Xrays done as well. The dentist did not speak English well enough for me to be comfortable.He made his diagnosis. When I went for a follow up, he had forgotten what he told me. I was shocked. He wanted me to spend more money, and had no good reason for it. He looked like an idiot as well. He wears a bad wig on his head. He looks like MO from the three stooges. Just great, also, they offer no sedation for the painful stuff. They will numb you, but that is it. The dental room was dirty as well. The only positive experience was the girls who took the xrays. They were very good and nice.I would never trust this place, EVER. Dental Hell

Definitely not recommended had me waiting 2 hours to tell me my daughter couldnt be seen because they didnt have a camera for pictures when she needed treatment done...ridiculous.

Nothing i liked about the office on prescott in modesto ca very slow and unperfesional think they only had one dentist when i was there it was ridiculous been her since 12:30 its now 3 n still have not been seen smh

Bad experience, they don’t care about children, they are always in hurry. This branch is under-staffed and poorly managed. The nurses are moody as well as the one of the receptionist.Please don’t bring your children here.

I made the mistake to take my children here a few years back and they strapped my kids down and terrorized them. They are horrible to kids here. Never take them here.
