I haven’t been to the dentist in many years, I am terrified of the dentist. When I was younger I had bad experience with western dental, my mother worked a lot and she would send me to the appointments alone let’s just say I was their gini pig experiment. I lost many teeth due to them and now finally regaining my confident to fix my teeth. I came into DR’s Modi’s office he saw me right then and there, a serious man but with knowledge, I loved their prices. I am not mentally ready to take any permanent action yet regarding my teeth but I was able to walk out with a temporary option until I gain more confident. My husband did not come in for any dental service in mind but DR.Modi took us both in right then and there, my husband walk out with a cleaning for only 80$. Definetly will be using DR. Modi’s service for all my cosmetic needs plus the ladies in the front are so sweet and made us feel very welcomed

Staff Is nice and will treat u well ! And most importantly the dentist is honest. After a bad experience at another location that wanted to charge me more than 2k dollars he assured me that my teeth were in good shape and did not recommend nothing but a cleaning. He will not try to rip u off and am thankful I didnt have any issues I will definitely be going back . Am someone that has trust issues with dentist so I highly recommend 👌

I had a severe pain and broken teeth, I called signature dental, they seen me immoderately . I got very friendly service through staff and Doctors. At first I found office very simple set up but doctor provided very good services. They did my root canal and pulled out my teeth, I had no pain feeling very comfortable. During whole process staff was taking care for me like their own family member. I definitely recommend sIgnature dental . I am planning to visit fo crown again.

I was in lot of pain I decided to pulled out my tooth due to my budget. Dr.Modi worked with my budget and drained out infection, relieved my pain with out pulling out my tooth. Now I wii go back with him to finish my root canal. I am glade to find him so I could save my tooth.

I do not recommend this place whatsoever, the guy working who seemed in charge, didn’t allow me to pay in 12 months and said I can only do 6 months, ofc he wants his money faster but i should be allowed to take time to pay. Also, he was scratching off some of my fillings that weren’t suppose to be filled and in result, I now need a filling for that area, and ofc he scheduled me for a new appointment thinking I’d go back for another filling when I already paid for 2 of them. Also did not talk to his receptionist with respect, you can see in his attitude he was frustrated with her work, very unprofessional and disturbing.

I went in for wisdom teeth pain and they were able to take out my wisdom teeth the same day! The staff was also very nice. Was very lucky I found them open on a Saturday and they were available for this procedure because I was in so much pain!

Worst place we have gone. Concerned do they even use a proper lab to do the dentures . in under the impression they take them home because this is what it looked like to me And when confronted about it they couldnt give me a name of the lab they used just said it was somewhere in Turlock. Very unprofessional . had dentures made and have had nothing but problems from sore due to them not fitting properly

Worst dentist I have seen by far, and Im 50!Gave a total of 17 shots in the same area and never deaden the pain. Started working on another quadrant without a shot. Even after I told him I only wanted the one root canal that day...oh and one root canal took FOUR hours. Rudely left me waiting with brace in my mouth for 40 minutes to work on another client. Then had to administer more shots...DO NOT GO HERE OR TAKE ANYONE YOU LOVE HERE. Could care less if you are in pain.

The dirtiest dentist office ever! I would never recommend anyone to go to this office..... The dentist also wanted me to get a deep cleaning and get cavity that I did not have fixed!

My dentist anxiety has existed my entire life...until Dr. Modi and the lovely staff of Signature Dental came along! I will admit Im guilty of neglecting my teeth, therefore have a lot of work that unfortunately needs to be done. Not only is he the best dentist Ive ever been to, but he has a sense of humor, and ensures you are doing okay throughout the entire process. No one likes going to the dentist, but when you have a wonderful dentist like Dr. Modi and his great team who demonstrate positivity and care, it makes the process all the more easier. Dr. Modi and his staff clearly communicate what they are doing throughout the appointment and how to maintain good oral health. My appointments are always prompt and I have never been upsold on unnecessary procedures. Honestly speaking, the reviews are true. Dr. Modi is fantastic, walks you through each procedure and takes pictures so you can see what is going on in your mouth. He also diligently follows up after any procedure to ensure that youre not in any pain or discomfort. It is easy for me to recommend Dr. Modi’s practice. The work he does is amazing. He seriously makes all the other dentists Ive gone to look like amateurs. He is a rare find and in my opinion the best Dentist I’ve been to yet. Also he doesnt get upset if were not treating our teeth in any uber-priority way unlike some dentists I’ve been too; rather, he shows us visual examples of which direction were likely to head in if we dont alter our habits. He also has a good usage of technology and is more high tech than what I had been used to. I could go on and on about the wonderful practice that Dr. Modi offers and honestly this paragraph doesn’t cover the services I received at Dr. Modi’s office.

They took my xrays with in 10 minutes of arrival. Dr. Modi explained all treatment options satisfactory. He relieved my pain by doing root canal on same day. Now I am glade that Dr. Modi is our family dentist.

When into signature Dental by mistake as supposed be at Western dental and I had a horrible tooth pain a bunch of cavities I’m no just a hot mess and when I realize I was the wrong place already leave and he said women let’s see if we could take care of you what is that you need and I told him if you can’t pull this tooth right now this is not the case for me he’s a bit and take a look at it not only did he pull my tooth that day but he filled all five of my cavities the same day and had me fitted for a bridge he is awesome anybody who says anything other then it’s got to be mistaken
