Hands down the greatest experience I’ve had at any dentist. They take the time to explain everything to you and actually care about the patients. (Patients > Profit) The office manager Hector along with the Doctor and the remaining of the staff offer the greatest customer service. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone

I highly recommend Paragon Dental for all your dental needs. Dr. Patel, his wife, Hector, Melissa, office staff and all the RDA’s are exceptional! I started seeing them 2 years ago and was very hesitant because of all the work I needed done. I was very sensitive about my appearance of my teeth. Everyone at Paragon Dental has been compassionate and very empathetic towards my needs. Hector and Melissa have gone above and beyond for me to help me understand the process and to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Patel does phenomenal work that is of very high quality. I am very thankful for everyone at Paragon!

Paragon Dental has the best staff you could ever find along with their Dentist. When my husband and I were looking for treatment, we came upon them and were beyond happy. I called all over Modesto for dentists, these people were the nicest and most helpful on the phone. Came in for my first visit, and they were just as nice. They do not try and take advantage of your pocket book, they really do care about you. They take such good care of you!!! I will recommend them to my whole family.

My daughter and I have been coming here for years. The front desk staff to the dentist himself, are AMAZING. My daughter was about two or three years old when she first had an apt at paragon, she’s 10 now. Even though they’re not specifically for kids, they go above and beyond to make kids comfortable and ensure they have a good time at the dentist. They have always been kind and friendly. As an adult I’ve always appreciated their honesty on what needs to be done dental work wise ASAP & what I may have to put off due to insurance or money issues. As well as the work is Good, believe it or not I’ve gone to a dentist who did horrible work and needed to be redone shortly after getting the work done. My entire family, there is 6 of us total, have been going to paragon dental for years, around 8-9 to be exact. Never have any of us had a bad experience or anything short of a good appointment! I definitely recommend for everyone, including kids and family!

From the first fitting I could not tell that it was different from my original tooth.Awesome staff; none of the very typical get there for your scheduled appt and wait. Every visit is a great visit. Its like winning the lotto. A two for one deal. Get all your dental needs taken care of and get treated like a friend and /or a well loved family member. The prices are fair, they offer payment plans for those who require a little extra time to pay. Ive & my family have been coming to Paragon Dental for nearly 18 years. We were hesitant at first, but as of today WE wouldnt go anywhere else. I know we have choices, but all the office staff, Esp. Let me start by saying I am not a guy who takes the time to do reviews. With that being said I felt welcome from the first phone call to shaking the Doctor and Hectors hand walking out of the building. The ladies up front are kind and energetic. The lady who took me back to do X-rays and also assist the doctor with my cleaning was fast and efficient!! Time is money and I appreciate the staff being both thorough and quick without cutting corners. The doctor was very informative and detailed pertaining to my lifestyle and eating habits. The doctor had a great sense of humor and actually took the time to listen and answer my questions. Lastly what I believe to be the glue of the office is Hector! This guy has among if not the best customer service I have seen. He greets you with a smile, talks to you like he has known you for a while and ends it with a handshake. Best Dental experience I have ever experienced! I already recommended my Wife as well as a few co workers!

I was pretty nervous about my dentist appointment for a root canal but they were so understanding and sweet to me about it. My dentist, Dr. Patel, was steady-handed and efficient; it made me feel calm enough that my nerves settled down and everything went fine! Thank you so much for your kindness and care that day. It meant everything to me!

Great customer experience except for the fact that they up sell you on everything!!!! Be careful! They come up with dental care plans that have you do things that are not needed this happened to me and my wife as well. For me they wanted to do 2 root canals and caps that I didn’t need. I’m saying this because I went to another dentist for the first time in a long time and services were way less expensive and they tried to avoid the more expensive procedures instead of leaping to them before needed. Same goes for my wife she has fillings they said were all in need of being replaced and this is not true. The dentist took a look at all of them and said no they are fine she just needs to floss more.

Im not sure there are enough adjectives to describe this practice. They do an amazing job. From the girls at the front desk, Hector, the hygienist to Dr Patel ( and the others I have forgotten) they are professional and absolutely at the top of their field. But more importantly they are all amazing people. As someone who has been afraid of the dentist my entire life, and I actually look forward to seeing everyone there. They do such a great job of putting you at ease and are very gentle. Dr Patel has managed to earn my trust and my loyalty. Trust me you you never be sorry you chose Paragon Dental.

I have always been afraid of the dentist and have needed two implants for a while. The staff here is absolutely amazing. I’ve been coming here for years now and they treat you like family. Always extremely attentive and will go out of there way to make you feel comfortable. After years I decided to get my implants. I needed a bone graft and to me that was scary, but the process went really smooth. It wasn’t painful recovery was quick and now my teeth look like they have always been there. Thank you Dr. Patel and the team for all your work.

Ok, I have the biggest fears of dentists! About a week ago I came down with some pain in one tooth and then a few days later it traveled to the other tooth on the other side. I have had traumatic experiences since my very first dentist appointment. So it took every ounce of courage to call the dentist this time. I looked for a good week for a dentist near me that had to have stellar reviews. I came across Paragon dental and I decided to call and Erica picked up. What a gem... from the moment she started speaking my heart began to beat at a normal pace and she was able to get me an appointment that afternoon. She reassured me that everything would be ok. As I arrived she came out to greet me and they were super efficient, thorough and sooo sweet.Bottom line is I need A LOT OF WORK. But I have never been able to find a dentist that was kind, gentle and genuinely concerned for my overall health and well being. Hector is outstanding. You can tell his passion and sincere care for the patients. We went through all my work that I needed done and costs. He laid out the plan according to my need and was willing to work with my finances. Especially because I have no insurance. Not once did I feel pressured.Fast foward to my root canal a few days later. They brought me in to the room immediately, and was greeted by the doctor who gave me a series of shots. I called him a magician because I did not feel an ounce of discomfort. Then the rest was a breeze. I really appreciated his concern for my discomfort. He asked me a few times if I was ok and in any pain. I didnt feel a thing!!! He even said my teeth were pretty straight... its the little things. Especially for a girl coming from past experiences where the dentists never really cared. The whole thing was a breeze and painless. And FAST!!! I cant thank them enough for lifting such a huge load that has been weighing on me for years. This office and all who work there are a complete joy.

Ive never felt so comfortable in a dental office. I used to feel nervous and scared for appointments. But not anymore! These people are amazing at their jobs both in service and performance! They go above and beyond for the patient every time! Couldnt be any happier and satisfied with my wisdom teeth procedure I just had. I initially wanted to be seen at Paragon dental for teethe whitening services only but was blown away by their hospitality and professionalism. The staff at Paragon Dental welcomed me into their office as if I were a part of their family. They were very kind and attentive. Dr. Patel answered all my questions and more. I have a HMO dental plan which means my services are covered through insurance but Ive chosen to pay out of pocket and hope to become a long time patient. I will also be bringing my family here as well. Ive had the best treatment here by far and the prices are fairly reasonable. I received services for zoom whitening and am pleased to say I havent stopped smiling. Thank you Dr. Patel and staff for instilling happiness back into my life!

I was in need of some crown work and really wanted to Improve the look of my teeth. Some friends had referred me to Paragon dental in Modesto. Im not a huge fan of going to the dentist but I must admit these folks were the best ever. Not only did they greet you professionally they were so friendly. I have been there twice now and my smile has improved 100%. I am going back now and having some other work done because of the great job they did. I highly recommend going there.

Best dental experience I have ever had. I was referred by a friend of the family. This happened after I had a bad experience at Western Dental. I was greeted by Hector who was at the front desk, answered all my questions, very pleasant experience talking with him. I was seen by Dr. Patel, he was very professional, explained everything in detail. Even reviewed my diagnosis from Western Dental, and informed me that I didnt need a deep cleaning that they recommended. Despite not having insurance, my visit was very reasonably priced. Everyone who worked there was doing a great job, it was very apparent that this dental clinic is being run the best way possible, by people that care about their patients.

I was sure my molars needed to be pulled and it was a wrap but Dr. Patel not only cleaned my teeth to a brilliant shine he assured me that no teeth will be lost in the process of fixing my smile plus melissa, laura and hector (front office) put me on a super affordable schedule to knock the procedures out one at a time .... Ive been to different dental offices in this area. But never one like this, from the time I walked into the office till when the Doctor stepped into the room. I was blown away with the customer service and professionalism of this office. Everyone knew what they were doing, from dealing with my Insurance to explaining my treatment. A cleaning was done for me and I had NO PAIN what a relief.( I dont like dentist) But Dr.Patel and staff were awesome! I look forward to coming back.

I have always been afraid of a dentist office. In the past I have had some very poor work done. I was told to come to Paragon Dental and it was a great decision. They take the time to make you feel comfortable as well as explain and have you understand the procedures taken.They make sure you understand everything they want to do, why they are doing it, and still ask for your opinion. They want to make sure you are ok with everything they are doing.

I have been going to Paragon Dental for a few years, now. I am one of those people who had the unfortunate experiences of the 60s dentists, when I suspect that part of their training included a block on how to torture and humiliate their patients. So, needless to say, I have always been an extremely fearful and nervous patient, but I cant really take medication prior to dental procedure to calm nerves as I drive myself. With Dr. Patel and his staff, I dont need to, anyway. They are all understanding and easy to work with. Dr. Patel, himself, is a gem and I will never go to another dentist, if I can help it! The staff is generous with their time, and I always have my questions answered fully. If you are looking for a dentist in the Modesto area, you will not do better than this man. I know of a few patients who actually come from out of town, quite a ways from what they told me, to see him.

I like the Paragon Dental for the following reasons:Dr. Petal is a capable, knowledgable and ethical dentist and you can trust that he will inform you of your best options. He owns his practice and I suspect keeps a lower overhead so you are never over-charged.The staff at Paragon Dental are professional and accommodating. In fact I am so comfortable with their overall service that although I have moved to the Bay Area, I am driving to Modesto to receive my dentals care.

Just wanted to write to tell about my experience with Dr. Patel and staff.In the past I had Invisalign (not with Dr Patel) to help with a few rotated teeth and mainly the gap between my two front teeth. To make a long story short, Invisalign fell short on what I had hoped and I had moved out of state at the end of treatment, so my options for further treatment were limited, not to mention the (in my opinion) the lack of ability of Invisalign to do the job right for my particular case. So I was looking for alternatives.My two main concerns were the gap in my teeth and some needed rotation a few teeth over (numbers 4 & 11). Also, after Invisalign ended, the gap returned and actually cause some chipping over time in 6/7 as a result of the pressure between the contacts.I had always considered porcelain veneers and my brief research led me to Dr. Patel and his office in Modesto. I did consider braces as well, but at this point in my life, I had been through a long frustration with Invisalign, and even though I knew braces may be the correct approach, I decided to move forward with porcelain veneers. I simply didnt want to go through a 2-3 year treatment of conventional braces (and still had the chipped teeth to deal with, too).This brought me to Dr. Patel and his staff. Immediately you are greeted and treated very nicely by each and every member of his staff, including Dr. Patel himself. When I first visited I explained my concerns and Dr. Patel gave his recommendations and even suggested that I get braces rather than veneers. This was a welcome experience actually, and I think demonstrates that he isnt there to offer the highest cost option, but rather his professional recommendation for best course of treatment, even if that means less business for his office. From that point, I knew Dr. Patel was a great dentist and cared about me as a patient.I had already done a lot of research, so I was well prepared for the porcelain veneer route and Dr. Patel and his staff were there to answer any and all remaining questions that I may have had. In the end, we both agreed that I would get 8 porcelain veneers on the top, which would address all of my concerns.I opted for the wax build-up, which in my opinion is a must. This enables you, and the doctor, to see exactly what the veneers will look like on a model of your teeth. It in invaluable in seeing the future end product and gives you and the doctor the ability to tweak and visualize exactly what the end result will be.When my wax-up returned, I was able to see the result and it looked amazing. I was very eager to continue the process and assured me that I was making a good decision.The next visit dealt with the prep of your existing teeth and fitment of the temporary veneers. Two weeks later you go in for the final porcelain veneer placement.I am now about a week out from that final visit and I can say that I am 100% satisfied and wish I had done this long ago. If I had done this years ago, I could have saved the time and hassle that I spent on Invisalign with another dentist.But, maybe its for the better. I was able to meet Dr. Patel and his expertise and perfectionism to create the perfect veneers that I have now. I would not hesitate to do it again. I love my new teeth and my wife and friends do as well.Even though this was a review for veneers, I would highly recommend Dr. Patel for any dental procedure. He and his staff are very professional, friendly, and obviously care about their patients. And if you do want veneers, you will be happy you went to Dr. Patel.
