Guy with tattoos took me with no appointment. I live just down the street so its very convenient. I got a bald fade and he also does designs. Its on the exspensive end but it is worth it. Music is too loud to conversate but has good vibes. All the other barbers are nice. Im going to bring my son next time. Thank you!

Very disappointed with how my haircut turned out. The dude in front, whom I guess is the owner, is very rude and constantly gives me a side eye. When I first went there to get a cut, I ended up leaving because the took other walk-ins before me even though I came before them. Many petty gestures and when the end when I finally got my haircut on a different occasion, it only took 12 minutes and it was an okay haircut. Didnt even bother to line me up fully even asking for it or brush the hair off of me like other barbers do and how I saw him do with others. I fi know for a fact that when any new customer comes in, they are immediately judged by the owner. Its a good comfortable place but the attitude of the owner and the negativdty kills it all. I spent $25 on a haircut I couldve gotten for $10 at the asain lady next door, I would NOT reccomend this barber shop to anybody else. If are unsure whether or not to go to this barber, DONT. Save your money, your heartache, and get a better cut else where. There is a cheaper asain lady next door and more professional barbers around town. Stay safe and God bless.

Whilst getting a haircut, the owner began calling me racial slurs and giving me death stares. The haircut was really good though, Ill give you that (will return next time, maybe).

Theres a sign on the door that says walk ins welcome, so I walked in and sat down. 20 minutes later the guy came up and offered to make an appointment. He said someone called in sick so he was unable to take me today, he could have let me know when I sat down that Im waiting for nothing.

A shop this good is SRO Fri & Sat afternoons. You arent the only one who needs to shine for the weekend. Its a time honored tradition for barbers to close Sun & Mon. A pleasant, relaxing shop experience is also traditional. If you really want a 24 hour-7 day a week-5 minute max haircut then buy a razor and buzz yourself whenever you please as fast as you can. It will take some time, but eventually youll figure it out and maybe even come to own that squared away-bounce a quarter on it chic.On the other hand, you could drop by to make a Tues AM appointment, ask the barber how much time he thinks hell need for your particular cut and show up clean, on time with cash and decent. Your barber is not a hired slave or lackey, but rather a skilled, professional craftsman who needs your cooperation and input to insure you get the result youre paying for.Were lucky to have this shop in Modesto.

True professionals! Everyone there is highly skilled PLUS they take this time to make the cut as near to perfect as possible. That being said, it is EXPEN$IVE! Roughly twice the price of a bargain haircut place. $20 for a cut. They also do nice shaves. BRING CASH tho. I have no idea why any REAL business doesnt accept debit or credit but I was promptly asked to go a few stores down and get cash when I presented my card. That IS pretty STUPID, however, considering the quality of cuts here I didnt really mind. It was my First time here but I most definitely be back next time. THIS IS now my cut shop for sure.
