Organized Staff, they were consistent with time and the customer wait line. Took my sister in for a cut (called ahead), and the employee was so nice and told us her own stories, so relatable ! Even though I wasnt able to fit in for my own hair that day, the employee was so nice to give me an idea of what day she was avaliable to do my hair and consulted what shes able to do etc. She even touched my hair and asked me a bunch of questions to see what direction would be best for my hair to be touched up. Will be scheduling soon with her!

I got a haircut here about 2 months back, and all I can say is NEVER AGAIN!!! Their website indicates that there capable of doing all types of hair. NOT, and to add insult to my fd up cut, I asked her for moisturizer for my hair, and she gave me conditioner. Curly hair, is just that curly hair, I guess they dont get many customers with natural curly hair.

1st time here and will be my LAST TIME HERE.. Got a hair cut and after then stylist was done she didnt even attempt to brush the loose hair off of me. Just took the cover and and she said have a good day. I shouldnt have even tipped her $10. Smh

I live in Florida but I happened to be in the area for business and I was in need of a haircut, I stopped by on Friday and it was crowded, I always see this as a good sign, a young lady was very kind to tell me that the waiting time was expected to be between one and one and a half hour, so I told her that I rather comeback next day, she told me that they starts working at 9:00AM.I came back next day (Saturday morning) and the place was quite, two customers and two hair-dressers, one customer was already leaving so I was very lucky.I was greeted by Kenna, she was very courteous and kind to show me the chair and did a great job with my haircut, she also made the visit more enjoyable with a nice conversation.Price for my haircut was $16.99, I found that reasonable and of course I left a well deserved tip for Kenna.I will absolutely comeback if I am in the area and in need of a haircut, highly recommended.

Im not a huge fan of places where you cant make an appointment but I exclusively get my hair cut by Briana. I just call in to see if shes there. She is meticulous and careful. I always leave happy and with exactly what I wanted. Ive seen her give excellent haircuts to men, as well. Shes the best!

Have tried this place at least 4 times. Never have gotten a great hair cut and two times I got a really bad slightly embarrassing haircut. Even at the price I am not sure risking getting a haircut is worth it. Different hair stylist every time. Seems like they might just need to vet staff more or higher more experienced staff. Upside to the place is that they do carry a decent range of professional hair styling product that you can not find at the grocery store, Wal-Mart or Target.

*My 1st time here. *Uneven hair by an inch on one side.* Please learn how to cut hair. Don’t pretend.****I was out with my husband and children and noticed the salon didn’t have a long wait so we entered. I actually don’t like getting haircuts because it is difficult to find time to wait w small children even if my husband is watching them, but make the effort to get a cut. The girl was fine to talk with, but yes the cut it not correct. One side had my hair shorter and the other side longer. I am not a picky perfectionist w my hair, but seriously the person, for her own sake and the sake of others should learn how to cut hair. Please stop giving bad cuts. My mommy/ family time was waisted here.

It was my first time people were nice but I am not happy with my hair cut! 1st visit- I had to go back because it looked nothing like A line. 2nd visit- Better but still not A line.

Very little wait great service

Today was my first time going to this location, I mostly get my hair done at JC Pennys but Im a bit short on cash on the moment so I went here. I arrived around 1:30 without an appointment and was taken right away which was good. My stylists name was Hailey Peacock and she was very friendly, but she was rather slow with cutting my hair and then half way through she told me she forgot how to do a pixie cut. I let her finish doing my hair paid then left, but returned when my mom shorted me were she didnt clean up the neck area and that some areas looked uneven. So I went back and had another girl fix up my pixie, she had to redo the uneven layers and cleaned up my neck area. As she cut my hair she was showing Hailey the correct way to cut a pixie cut. I was in the salon for about 2 hours and Im not sure if Ill be going back.

This place is filthy. There was only one other person in front of us and they are super slow. The lady who checked us in was not very friendly either. Won’t ever be returning here.
