Our AC went out on Friday night while we were in the middle of a triple digit heat wave. I thought for sure no one would be able to help us until Monday. I was dreading this because we still had several days of 100 degree heat in the forecast. I called Dycus first thing Saturday morning and within 30 minutes they had someone at my home. Brad, the AC technician, was fantastic. He was courteous, friendly and had our unit repaired in just a few minutes. Our family is so grateful for their quick and professional response.

My AC went out in the dead of heat at 104 outside, i called at 9am the next morning on a Saturday and they put in a urgent order for a repair guy to come service my AC. Received a call within 30 mins saying he was on his way, by 10am my home was already 87 and climbing in temperature. He shows up and within 15 mins my AC was fixed and air was blowing cold! Im super impressed with how responsive and quickly they showed up and made me feel like it was very important to fix the problem and get my home feeling a nice 75° would highly recommend

I recommend Dycus to everyone who asks for recommendations. Back in June, our AC completely went out. It was 94 degrees upstairs. UNBEARABLE. They came out the same day to see what the problem was. It was diagnosed & we slapped a bandaid on that until we could figure out what to do. We ended up replacing the whole unit. They were amazing to deal with & were patient with us while we hemmed & hawed. Our house was nice and cool for the rest of summer & our MID bill was half of what it use to be! Amazing what upgrading can do

The System was popping breakers while we had 10 straight days of 100 degree weather. Dycus Heating and Air sent out Doug which went above and beyond fixing that 1 issue. After fixing the system he spent 2 hours cleaning and servicing the entire system. The unit stopped popping breakers and now cools at a much quicker rate!

I called before noon from Alamo and needed help right away. Mr. Dycus was totally booked but said he could re route someone and help me very soon. From call to seeing a service person was maybe three hours. They identified the problem right away and repaired it quickly. EXCELLENT SERVICE. AS A BANKER I APPRECIATE SERVICE LIKE THIS.

Previously employed untill I was let go for having a health issue and to top it off my tools got stolen from there company vehicle but wouldnt help replace a single thing instead they let me go with no tools and no Medical now to see a Dr. for my bad healthTo yourpathetic response show me when Ive lied about my past. You asked to do a background I said yes never once did I receive a copy of any report pulled for starters second off if I was ask I answered truthfully and marked yes to misdomenors no to felonies being they where and are dropped being it was my own Identity I was accused of steeling learn your facts before your try to do damage control.

They are very professional and they listen to any concerns that you may have. I am unsure of how to measure the quality of work, but everything appears to work great. As far as competitive pricing, I found it to be comparable to other HVAC businesses through internet research and family testimonials. So far, my experience has been great. It is a big investment and I feel that other customers do the same research.

Dycus came out very quickly, when other companies were trying to book 2 weeks out. It was horribly hot, and I didnt want my tenants to have to bear that for two weeks. They came out when they said they would, did everything they said they would and the price was very fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Absolutely the best experience I could have asked for. My AC quit working around 9pm in the middle of a heat spell. I called Dycus heating and air and the receptionist told me they were booked a week out. I explained that I had a newborn at home and I wasnt sure what to do. She put me hold for a couple of minutes and said we will have someone out to see you tomorrow at 730am.I will never go anywhere else

Dycus was great and came to our house within 4 hours of us calling early in the morning. We had no AC the previous night and called first thing in the am. A tech came out and diagnosed the problem as a wire that was touching metal and shorting the circuits. Within an hour it was all fixed.

Prepare to be ripped off. Their pricing bundle is a scam. Often times youll find yourself paying 175$ to replace a 5$ part in less than 10 minutes. Theyll tell you the part is 175$, but its a 5$ part and 170$ in 10 minutes of labor. I would avoid.

Well, we just had AC/HEAT installed and didnt pass inspection. Heater didnt work and they were supposed to come back and I havent heard from them since. Well, they are going to hear from me. This will be fixed!
