My heater went out from a power surge. I called and within 2 hrs. A technician was at my home. Curtis was professional, helpful, answered all of my questions and repaired my system promptly. The repair was a blown transformer. The cost was much less than other companies were quoting just to come out and look. I live in a rural area and was so happy with the response time and repair. The techs. came out the same day I called to check my air conditioner. My air was coming out hot and they told me I need Freon and that I had a leak. My unit is 22 years old.and it needs to be replaced.

Bob came out to give an estimate of the requested installation of a furnace. He was knowledgeable, experienced, thorough. The approximate price, which will be researched today, is reasonable. I should get the verified price today or tomorrow. I really appreciate his service.

Very few companies would bid on installing a completely new system. Baileys listened to what I wanted, gave me options, and provided detailed and VERY competitive quotes. I gave them an impossible task. Remove all the old ducting, install all the new ducting, with a larger intake, without making a mess for us to have to clean up, leave us without heat for as little as possible, all during the holidays because I was home on vacation, all under a blue moon, while juggling 3 balls, and only using elephants for transportation of equipment... oh, and the balls are on fire. Only if they were Robin Hood could they have hit the bulls eye any closer.

The smoke/CO alarm went off several times during the night when the heating system was running. Called first thing in the AM and was told that a technician would respond by 10 AM. He arrived a little before 10 and together we determined that the heating system was working properly; there was no evidence of CO. The detector was malfunctioning. This was very reassuring.

Like a Samsung Galaxy Note 7, I thought the UV filter he was trying to tell us about was over rated. However, Steve seemed so knowledgeable and sincere we decided to research it and found out he was as right as the first glass of wine in the beginning moments of silence after a toddlers birthday party. So when they replaced the ductwork in our house we added that on. I remember noticing the difference in the air the next morning thinking the difference was like tap water to Alhambra, like a keystone light will compare to a crafted microbrew blond ale, or like a Chrysler anything to a Mercedes Maybach. Now, in the throes of fire season, it has proven Steve right again. While our family is having trouble with cabin fever after the smoke trapped us indoors for 4 days the air we are breathing is as clean as the distilled vodka we are drinking to remain civil to each other. I cannot thank Steve enough for recommending the UV filter.

Bought a brand new ac/furnace from Baileys about 2 years ago. Since then, they have kept up on the maintenance of my system. They even call to remind me when im past due and set up an appt right then and there. This week my ac wasnt turning on and I though aww man im not going to get an appointment for awhile (because of shelter in place). They were out here the next business day, fixed the issue, helped me repair a gate I was using to block my ac from animals and were very professional.

The technicians in this company are very professional, they are trying to analyze the problem and troubleshoot the system. My house is far from the office, but Bailey employees are always come and ready to help.

They did a good job but I feel that they price gouged us, I asked for a detailed breakdown of what we were being charged for and they would not give us that. Had the work done because our clients are important and needed AC.

My HVAC on the roof has been only sending cold air when on heat. Jacob not only had been here on Thanksgiving, but went up on the roof in daylight.I have an appointment on Tuesday for an RTC I think it is called. Meanwhile the heat is off again until I can get someone to walk me through it. I will call the office first thing tomorrow, as it is Sunday.OK, update: 3 cracks in the base.
