My daughter and I got deluxe manicures/pedicures here; but, there were some issues that need to be noted:1. We informed them prior to the experience starting that we were here to relax and had chosen them over a shop we previously used because the other shop had rushed us through the processes.2. In spite of us not wanting to be rushed, one tech worked on my daughters pedicure while another tech worked on her manicure....NOT RELAXING AT ALL!! Plus my daughter told me her nail polish was not properly applied (streaky) and her nails were not cleaned after the manicure.3. My experience was completely acceptable until I noticed my nails were all cut at different links which caused me to snag them and have to trim them again.Looks like well be looking for a 3rd shop to try whenever I get back to Mobile!!

Best nail salon ever!! I’ve been going to Alex and Vi for over 10 years!! Even before they bought Linda’s Nail salon. Nice, clean, personable. I highly recommend for anyone who wants quality nail services and you can’t beat the pedicures for sure. 😊👍🏼

Staff was not friendly at all & cared more about personal conversations than assisting customers. Also, flies flew around & on me the entire time. I used to recommend this place to everyone but they have went down the drain. Also, if theyre busy, dont expect your services to be done correctly.

This used to be the best nail shop around. As of lately the staff hasn’t been like they used to be. They’re not really friendly and always rushing to finish, even if they aren’t busy. Last time I got my nails done here, they were uneven. The lady who did acted like she didn’t know what I was talking about. They’re not really friendly and don’t try to make you feel welcome.

This establishment is very unprofessional! The staff was not attentive to myself or other clients in the shop instead they were scrolling on their phones and painting each other’s toes. Not only were they not attentive they rushed services and the shop was not even busy. I do not recommend!!

I walked in this afternoon with my three girls with no appointment and was seated right away. Alex made my four-year-old feel so special as he let her sit in a pedicure chair while he painted her fingers and toes in the polish that she had chosen. My two teen girls were totally satisfied with her SNS manicures. Vicky did a fantastic job on my Spa Pedicure which included a stone massage. Tina was delightful as we discussed our children while she did my gel polish on my fingers. I was totally satisfied with our whole experience. We will be returning and I highly recommend Linda’s Nails!

I took my grandmother and my little cousin to this nail salon today because my usual place was closed. It took a while for them to get in the chair, which was totally understandable, they were busy. But they were very very impatient and they did a rushed job. Once the guy finished with my little cousin’s nails and was about to put lotion on her hands and arms, he literally yanked her arm and I had to stop him and remind him that we’re paying customers and it’s not our fault that they’re in a rush but she’s a kid and he’s being way too rough with her. He acted like he didn’t hear me. Then my total was $15 higher than it should have been and he couldn’t explain to me why. Will not be returning. And do not recommend

They usually get my designs right. Sometimes they will try to get close to the idea I want. Still love the place!

Im actually in aww that their service was as good as the reviews say. I had no idea what I wanted, so I let the gentleman so his thing! He didnt let me down. I will be returning...Wonder Nails in Gautier will always be my home, but when Im in Alabama, Ill be sure to stop by!

I have never had such an awful nail salon experience as I had with this place! My nails have so much nail glue underneath them its ridiculous. And the pedicure which was totally rushed was the worst pedicure that I have ever had! I will never be going back here for sure!

Lindas Nails did a fantastic job doing my nails today. I am from out of town visiting my daughter and her family. I desperately needed a pink and white fill. They got me right in and my nails look fantastic!! Next time I am in town I will absolutely go here!

Best place to get pedicures! Period. Alex gives the best foot massage and Anna and Vicky are amazing nail techs with great attention to detail and they listen to what you want. Can’t beat the prices or location either.

I love this place. They guarantee quality work (no rush job). Alex does the best pedicures. I have really bad ingrown skin under my nail bed and Alex takes his time to ensure my feet is done properly. Vicki is the Queen of nails and she is very creative. They treat everyone like family. As long as they are in business they have a forever client. ME!!

I’ve been going to this nail shop for a while.. never had any problems until recently. The new staff isn’t as professional and aren’t consistent in their work. I have to wait a good bit of time even if I’m 1 of 3 or 4 ppl in the shop for someone to actually do my nails. Their employees always trying to convince me to get something other than what I tell them I want. I have to find another nail salon unfortunately because I refuse to tolerate the lack of professionalism, customer service and skill.

I was visiting Mobile today from Louisiana and stumbled upon Linda’s Salon because it had the best reviews in google. The service here did not disappoint! Everyone was very friendly and the environment was clean and relaxing. Mr. Alex was the person who helped me today and he was very skilled, professional, and friendly. The pedicure (deluxe) though (by Mr. Alex)....AMAZING! I’m looking forward to a repeat experience next time I’m in town.

If you wanna save time and money avoid this shop like the plague. I spent 100$ and in less than one week my nails popped off like press ons. They rushed me through and stood over me as if they were insisting on a tip. My friend came also and they didn’t ask her if she wanted her nails cut down they just cut her reals nails down to nubs . I will never go back and you shouldn’t either .

They were very unprofessional and weird. The staff was stumbling and sighing every second. My nails turned out nice but I passed three other salons to get here. When she did my eyebrows she waxed them used a razor. It was very weird environment and I won’t be returning. Also I’m black, I don’t know if that’s a reason but one of the technicians was being a gossip girl with one of the other customers that was white. While I couldn’t get my technician to say more than two words.

The best nail shop in Mobile!!!!!!!They are so friendly and all of the employees do a great job with services.I dont ask for one particular person, because no matter who I get, they do an exceptional job. If you are like me and mess up your nail sometimes, they are always really sweet about fixing it.Also, the salon is always spotless!Saturday, I was at the shop and left my wedding ring. They found it and gave it back. There arent many people that would give back a 1 caret solitaire, but Linda did. I am so thankful for her honestly.

Decided to try this place because of all the great reviews.. but the experience I had was not so great . Went and got the deluxe pedicure . And they lady who did mine seemed to have rushed the whole thing . . And was using so much pressure that it hurt i even told her my feet were sensitive and she still used very hard pressure and just blamed that my feet sensitivity was because I wore flip flops.. She uses the hot stones on me for less than 30 seconds and used one hot towel for both of my legs and a whole lot of other things to speed up the process .. which I would may have understood if they were busy . But they were NOT.. .. there was no one waiting for a service after me ..also there was a few times she stopped my service to text on her phone!! .. and to make it all worse I not have a severely painful infection on two of my toes !!! So clearly rushing her services is not the only thing she rushes she must also rush sanitizing her tools if she does that at all between customers ... I paid 30 dollars for a horrible pedicure and two infections .. still tipped 6 dollars cuz I am a cosmetologist and know that tips are a big part of their income but really she did not deserve a tip at all !! I will NOT be going back to Lindas

I tried a shellac manicure for the first time with red and sliver stripes like a candy cane for the Christmas holidays and they definitely didnt disappoint, im in love with them and I know where I will be getting my nails done from now on. It was a fri3ndly atmosphere and they took there time and did a great job. Would reccomend.

I cannot believe how amazing the customer service is. Linda is there every day open to close and she works her butt off to make sure youre satisfied. She will remember everything about you, as will the rest of the staff, and never make you want to go anywhere else. I get SNS nails and even though theyre a pain in the a** none of the staff ever complains and they always look perfect! I got fake tips with SNS and they lasted through 2 weeks in Costa Rica and more. Extremely friendly and talented service and I will recommend this salon to everyone I come across. The daily compliments on my nails dont hurt, either! ;)
