Ashley Bailey is the assistant branch manager at this location. I’m a business professional and she made it convenient for me to pay without having to come in. She was always very nice, patient and mature. I loved πŸ₯° the service because of her I had over $2,000 in rental fees. I felt valued as a customer and Ashley need to be branch manager or training other people by being able to travel to various locations. I want to see her grow in the position!!! First, let me say that the staff was pleasant, even when the customers were not! They were attentive and worked as quickly as they could given the circumstances. My car unexpectedly had to be put in the shop for repairs for about a week. I made a reservation for a rental and got to the store on time, but due to the lack of vehicles and an over demand for rentals, I had to wait about 2.5 hours to be put in my rental. That particular day (a Friday afternoon) the store was full of customers and a number of them had been waiting for quite some time. As cars were coming in, the staff was cleaning them and getting them out as quickly as possible, even Russell, the branch manager, was cleaning cars. When my rental was ready, Russell apologized for the long wait and thanked me for my patience. The car smelled heavily of smoke (even though you are not to smoke in it) and it was quite irritating to my respiratory system. There were numerous burn marks and for a car that only had 17K miles on it, it looked like it was several years old. Not at all impressed with that vehicle. Upon return, Ashley checked in my vehicle. She was very pleasant and friendly; she took care of me in no time. In my observation the first day and the last day, she is highly efficient and knowledgeable in her job. The vehicle was the main reason for the four stars.

Put in for my reservation a week ahead of time. The place I put in at, they didnt have any cars available for me. They sent me to another Enterprise but the same thing, no cars available. The other Enterprise sent me here on Springhill but no cars available. I ended up with No Car and Cancelled Trip because of someone oversite but I got my money back, but I wanted the car for my trip.

The employees are typically delightful, but this location is the only one I ever have issues with someone answering the phone. I’m supposed to pick up my rental and have been calling all day and nobody ever answers.. I’m not driving out to the location again unless I know the car is ready.. Last time I came out there to pick up my rental on the scheduled day, and they had no cars available so I had to wait 3 more days which is kind of ridiculous..

Rented a one way car from the Mobile College Park location. The manager, Russell went above and beyond to make sure were well taken care of in a challenging situation. I highly recommend this location. Customer service is obviously the #! priority here!

Worst service Ive ever had with Enterprise. The vehicle had damage and appears to need a front end alignment the oil change sticker on the windshield indicates oil is 460+miles past due. Tried calling and reporting this to the office, only to be put on hold by an automated service and 15 minutes later disconnected.

Very disappointed in this location. We rented for the first time with Enterprise after using another rental company. And our first experience has been horrible. First when get got to the rental location we had to wait over 30 minutes even though all the paperwork had been done online and we had a fast pass then we had reserved a car when we got there they said they did not have a car and did not know when they would get one but that we could rent an small suv or a small compact car (which wouldn’t work on size for us) instead of the location renting us the suv for the cost of the car we had reserved online because it was there fault they didn’t have a car they made us pay the suv price. Then once getting the suv it was not cleaned as stated it had garbage, dirt in it and smells like an ashtray it was very obvious this vehicle did not have the complete cleaning as stated and advertised.

This was my first time renting from this location and my last. My initial contact was awesome but after having to extend the vehicle is where my experience went awry. I called my local store in Mobile, AL for the inquiry and was told to go to a local branch in Birmingham for assistance due to needing to use another payment method. I did not have a problem with that, so I thought! I went into the Birmingham location and spoke with a young man who assisted me. After he and the trainee assured me that the vehicle was extended I left the store and finished my day. I woke the next morning to not only a demeaning voicemail, I also received a threatening text message moments later. I was so shocked and disgusted to the point of not being able to contact the author of those messages. The manner in which that was handled was so unprofessional and sending someone a written and verbal threat did not accomplish anything but a negative feeling from the consumer. I called the young man in the Birmingham office and he was even astounded by the Mobile office actions. He placed me on hold for about 10-15 mins to rectify the situation and explained what he had done to the Mobile staff. I would not refer a dog to this location. Ive been using Enterprise for over 15 years and I have never been this dissatisfied with your service.

It has a stinking smell, stains on all the seats, damages all around the car, the service lights were on, etc.....Ive been renting from enterprise for years and this was the worse experience ever. Today, at 7:30am I called to reserve a car for my head coach at a 4:30pm pickup today, March 15, 2018. I spoke with one of your employees who asked me if we had returned the rental from yesterday. I replied that we had returned it last night after hours. He then told me that they had not checked in the returns but that we would be good for today. He went on to ask me a pickup time and return time to which I gave him both. The employee said we will get him (my boss) in a car.My boss arrived to your branch at 4:30pm and was told that you all did not have a car for him. He checked under both his name and mine but had no luck getting a vehicle. I called the office and spoke to a different employee to see why this was the case when I was told that β€œwe will get him in a car.” I was told you all were way over booked and that you were scrambling to fill reservations that were made days ago. When I asked why we were not told you were booked close to full capacity this am he just kept replying I am not understanding him. What I have a hard time understanding is why we were not provided a courtesy call to let us know you all would not have a car? Why when I said alright and was beginning to ask if we can get one from another branch I was hung up on? Some AWFULLY poor customer service if you ask me. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

Khristian Williams was a great sales associates and was very helpful and is very much a people person. I made reservations for a full car. Mr. Williams sold me with the idea of upgrading for $5.00 more. Mr. Williams was very professional and knowledgeable about his companys products. I commend the company for having such a honest and dedicated employee. I applaud this company for employing such a spirited young man.I only dislike the $100.00 deposit, that the company holds for repeat renters that has a long employment history in Mobile, especially when the vehicle is not taken out of the state.

Ive had pretty good experiences with Enterprise overall but there seems to be customer service issues at this one. Try to get any service from the outlet over the phone and their disinterest is abundantly apparent. Over the course of our extended rental we dealt with 3 people. One (Dustin) provided the kind of service one would and should expect. The other 2, not so much.As posted by someone else, there can be the issue of a lack of vehicles at this location despite reservations. We experienced that as well. With the better ratings at other outlets in the area, perhaps regional management needs to take a closer look at this location and make some improvements.

My recent car rental experience with Enterprise was phenomenal! However, they may have a red flag Avoid Wacky Customer by my name. I was spending spring break on Santa Rosa Island camping in my motorhome. I arranged to pick up a car in Pensacola on Monday and return to same location Thursday. Service wonderful. Then storms hit the beach, flooded the roads so I had to revise reservation dates and car dates. Service wonderful. Driving to Florida, I realized that the Pensacola office would be closed so Enterprise changed the pick-up to Mobile.Wonderful service. Mobile did not have compact so they upgraded me to a new truck!!!! that I dropped off in Pensacola at the end of my vacation. I dont think my Enterprise experience could have been any better. Friendly, patient, accomodating representatives definitely ensured my future patronage of your company. Thank you for making a frustrating situation pain free!

As always, service is exceptional. Friendly staff greets everyone with a smile. I would rent more often. But the penalty that is placed upon debit card users is a bit expensive: and having to provide proof of resident with each rental is degrading. I have been a member since 2007. I think by now, when I reserve a car online through my profile, all information should be there; and waiver or at least a reduction in deposit cost should be a reward for being such a loyal Enterprise customer. It is time for Mobile, Alabama to join your ride share program also.

Very disappointed with this location. I called a few days ago to set up a pick up time since my insurance set up a rental because we wrecked our truck. I told them I would need them to come get me since I didnt have a ride. The guy I spoke to said that would be fine and to just call on that day when Im ready. I called to tell them Im ready to be picked up and the lady I spoke to said that they can only go 5 miles away from their location. Im only 7 miles away. I will never use Enterprise for my own personal use any more.

The location is a bit unusual if you are not familiar with it; the office is within a small, though deep retail space in a retail strip, not the usual free-standing locations.Unlike the horrible Enterprise Rental on Government Blvd. (90) EVERYONE I mean absolutely ALL EMPLOYEES actual greeted me, spoke to me, even apologized for my wait and the high volume they were experiencing at this time; unlike the Gov. Blvd. location the employees here are actually grateful for your patronage, and did not blame the busy morning/ influx of customers on missing employees.The employees here are all professional and represent a diverse ethnic background. It is 2018. The employees at the Gov. Blvd. show now apparent diversity.I pre-registered my rental online (very easy to do I suggest you do also) and an employee stood and asked may I help who is next? and I was directed to a small check-in type desk, paperwork in hand.The employee is named Wesley, very professional, apologized for the wait, asked all the proper questions, covered all the rental details, covered without pressure the add-ons / upgrades the company suggest in its training.He was very quick, thorough, polite, efficient; honestly it took longer to actually retrieve the rental vehicle then to process the arrangement, due to the high volume of rentals/returns at this particular time.Highly recommend this location.

I was involved in a car accident a few months ago. During the wait time of getting my claim resolved, I was given a rental from Enterprise. After my claim was settled, I had to return the rental. So now I am searching for a new vehicle, and I needed a rental. I was so elated with the experience from your Mobile, Alabama / Springhill office, that I returned to rent a vehicle on my own. I had a reservation and had to wait an hour for my rental. The car was an older model car. The tank was right below half. I will no longer rent from this location on Springhill. This is the 2nd time receiving sub par service at this location. They tried to give me a large SUV when my reservation was for an intermediate car. The rate difference was an additional 34.00 a day. When I declined that vehicle, they were like this is what you have to get. The nice lady suggested switching with me so I didnt have to get that vehicle.

Generally a good business. Cars are clean, in good condition, etc., however he last one was a bit of a problem. The washer fluid was completely empty (no one checked it) and the car only had 7/8 of a tank of gas (instead of full). I always bring it back with the same fuel level to avoid the fuel prices, but filling to 7/8 (or any amount other than full) is not easily done.

Terrible experience...I made a reservations for a full size car 2 wks ago.. This location barely had any cars available and customers were waiting on vehicles to be returned. The vehicle that I received wasnt full size, dirty and too small for my needs. Though the reservation agent was very polite and apologetic after I canceled my reservation. I was late getting started on my birthday weekend trip. The manager seemed unbothered and unapologetic that customers were inconvenienced because of the lack of vehicles.

I had the most terrible expierience with Springhill Enterprise car rental She had the wrong name and date of our rental which was suppose to be for August 10th -13th 2016 well the clerk said there was no name as ours for a reservation but the problem was it was under the wrong name and she confused the date with the day we came in to reserve in June 2016. however in effort to make it right she called a sister store and they took us as a walk in, those at Springhll need to be better organized. Horrible enterprise on spring hill. MY dad rented a car and they required a dollar off of a credit card .my dad offered to pay it in cash but they wouldnt accept it. I let him use my card to get it .they told me they werent going to take anything else from the card. My dad turn in the car today and I checked my account to see they took every dollar I had in my checking account ... my name is nowhere on the agreement for the car I dont even have a licence ..I called enterprise they say its not in their hands but my bank have to fix it .
