Don’t be in a hurry! I took my truck in for an oil change and a tire rotation, and waited 3.5 hours (I had an appointment - not a walk-in)! At first I was told they were repairing a recall, but it turned out they weren’t. I paid $60 for two oil changes & tire rotations, but it was a “BOGO deal” so I have to take it in for the next one as well or else I’d never use Palmer’s for any service work. It has ALWAYS taken longer than it should.
Professional, personable, they handled my tire problem in more than a timely manner (considering how busy they were) and they made sure to have me out in time to pick up my daughter from school. They did an awesome job!
Will not go back. Will not recommend them to anyone. Service department indifferent to customer service. Scheduled an oil change over a week in advance and it took over 3 hours. After getting parked in the garage area it took nearly 30 minutes for a service person to address the fact that I was there. What is the point of an appointment if it takes 3 hours for an oil change that can be done in 20 minutes? I was warned that the service there was bad and that they could not care less, I should have heeded the warnings from others who have been there.
The service that was done on my car was fine. However, when I went to pick up my car, the service representative was no where to be found. He was paiged twice and another representative texted him. He never showed up. After about 30 minutes of waiting for him another representative (Carrie) checked me out. What was supposed to be a free oil change (Toyoguard elite), was listed at a charge for $56.82. Carrie took care of it for me.
Tundra was sounding weak when I cranked it. Stopped by Palmers to pickup a battery. I planned to install it myself but when they said installation was included in the price i waited. It only took them about 30 minutes to install the battery. My last Toyota battery lasted over 5 years. I bought an 84 month battery. Hopefully this one will last over 5 as well!

Had the front suspension replaced by Walter and Customer service by Carrie, very helpful and professional. Service Manager Frank was easy to talk with about how service was to be performed. Best service at a dealership ever.
It started off horribly I was giving the run around and was told a lie just to shut me up by the person that was handling it first went on vacation without letting me know so when I called I had someone else handling it just say it was a long wait

Terrible Service Department, they take too long treat you like your incompetent and when you have an issue with the service department the manager does not care. I have to call toyota directly and build a case with Corporate to get the managers attention. Well, its just not worth the time and the headache. Take your Toyota to another dealership and save yourself the time or you can roll the dice and take your chances. I for one will not be returning.

Second time I have taken this certified used car back for problems. First time they reset computer and it fixed nothing so I got somebody else to fix it, the radio. This time I got a message that the computer was having a problem communicating, I took it in and I will wait and see. This was the first certified used car that I have purchased and I will never do it again. I live over an hour away and can’t take my car to the dealership 5 minutes from my house, I was told I had to bring it back there. About a week after I purchased it I had to pay for a new battery for the key fob. Really? That seems to me to be petty but I paid for it. But I will not return to palmers for my next vehicle because I was told I would have no problems with a certified used car from palmers and that has not been true. More complaints but I think I have said enough.
Aaron was wonderful. Took my daughters Camry in for a leaking tire. He took her car in immediately and found the problem. Wonderful dealership and super friendly staff.

The shuttle service is awesome. The most kind hearted and caring driver. She was very pleasant person to take shuttled you around town!
